If you're in the process of reassigning people in your downline, you're likely doing so to reward your most active PSAs. Obviously, the biggest reward to them would be other active PSAs--for example, if you have six active PSAs who are doing a great job and are learning how to duplicate their knowledge, assign each of the three weakest PSAs to one of the stronger ones. You might boost productivity somewhat more if you can pair them up by nationality because it will increase the strength of their lines of communication.

Inactive PSAs are almost useless as incentives except as sources of practice for your active ones--they can give your active affiliates someone to send mailers and possibly inspire action. Again, if they share a common language, they may be able to motivate someone inactive where you might not.

There are two favorite methods I use to distribute gift cards:

1) When out and about, I give the as gifts to anybody that talks to me. When they ask what it is, I tell them, "It's essentially six free credits you can use to download music, play games, and try out the auctions at TripleClicks."

2) I place them places where I know people will find them if they just look--beneath windshield wipers (on dry days only!), in with tips or in tip jars, or in the dust jackets of best-selling books at bookstores. The last of these is great because you know they are going out to people who not only have extra money, but because they read, you know that they have an intellectual curiosity about them.

If your advertising is not providing satisfactory results, it means you need to change what you're doing. Because you have not been specific, I can only speak in generalities. Personally, if something I'm doing isn't working, I seek a mentor who can offer suggestions I can apply. Ideally, one of your upline sponsors should be able to help, or failing that, someone on the forum. If you can't find an answer that way, there are plenty of sites online where you can get advice and ideas to try out. Search on keywords like "advertising advice," and decide how much you want to spend on that mentoring process--very rarely does a stranger's advice come free.

Now, I don't mean this as an insult to people who are shy or who are new to the Internet, but the best thing you can do is learn to overcome those limitations. One way or another, you have to be able to get your Gateway links out to people, and you've got two major options: talk to people and tell them about your links, or using the internet to share those links, whether on blogs, in classified ads, on facebook, or wherever you go. Learn about the Internet, and you will grow your business because you will understand that portion of your market better.

Otherwise, your only options are "blind" methods, like distributing and posting fliers, and those are generally not as effective--they cost you money for printing, and they rarely give you the same exposure you can get for free by sharing links online.

When you ask, "What are the best actions to focus on?" it's important to understand what you're asking. Let me explain:

1) If you mean, "What should I do to earn the most VersaPoints?" the answer is obvious: You can accrue the most VersaPoints through TripleClicks sales and purchases, and 2000 of those go directly to your title for the month, so this is probably the most crucial of the "best actions" that you can take. If you build an active team of PSAs beneath you, this will pretty much take care of itself, so recruiting active affiliates is also one of your "best actions." Logging in every day and running through your daily, weekly, and monthly actions are also key to building your Action VersaPoints, so you should definitely do that, but your sales, promotions, and recruiting are still your best actions.

2) If you mean, "What are the best ways I can promote TripleClicks?" the best actions are going to be those that share your referral links to products you can sell with enough honesty and sincerity to encourage people to buy. For me, it's the diet, health, and nutrition products because I have successfully used them to lose weight, and that means I can speak to their effectiveness. The links those products wind up in regular communication and shared with friends, family, and even strangers. Next to that, your gateway links also provide ready-made tools that enable you to get new PRMs and ECAs to sign up.

3) If you mean, "What are the best ways I can sign up active affiliates?" that will depend on your recruiting style. By far, I prefer face-to-face recruiting, direct social networking with others, because then I can guide people directly through the process of signing up and even through the Fast Track program, and that assures continued activity. Some people prefer more "automated" methods, like PSAs To Go or the S-Builder Co-Op, and if you have enough money to throw at those (as opposed to time to invest in people), it might be more effective for you.

4) If you mean, "What should I do every day?" I recommend inhaling and exhaling first and foremost, followed by eating, drinking, and so on... There are additional things worth getting your focus onto here, as well, including building a positive mental attitude and developing communication skills, but I could go on quite a while with respect to specifics here.

Regardless of which you mean, I highly recommend asking more questions--and more specific questions--because those can lead to more useful and profitable answers.

If you set up an auto-responder, the best thing to do is to set up a secondary e-mail address for yourself, and subscribe it to your own mailing list. That way, when your autoresponder sends out messages, you get to see the outbound copy and how it looks. Occasionally some element of formatting gets lost, and this will alert you to that, as well.

The best way to start building your SFI team is to understand what you're building first. Ground yourself in the business by understanding it, and you have a much greater ability to teach. Remember, duplication is about teaching them how to succeed--hopefully your sponsor is doing that with you--and understanding is absolutely required for duplication.

Well, given that in the end, all the ways to sign up TC members result in the use of affiliate links, that does indeed limit one's creativity somewhat. I don't know how new it is, but QR Codes offer some interesting ways to encode the affiliate links, and that means you can sign people up with anything that can be scanned. I suppose if you were really dedicated to SFI, you could tattoo the QR Code for your Join My Team gateway on your arm, and then people could just scan you to sign up. I suppose that might be seen as both creative and effective.

Well, logically, the best general way to teach your downline how to build their downlines is to share your business journal with them, teaching them what you've used successfully to build your downline and what you've used *unsuccessfully* so they can avoid your mistakes. This is how they can most easily duplicate your successes, build their downlines, and then, in turn, *teach* their downlines the same way they've learned.
