It all depends on:

1. How active your Sponsor & Co-Sponsors are;
2. Performance & achievement levels of your Sponsor & Co-Sponsors;
3. The knowledge base of your Sponsor & Co-Sponsor, based on their experience;
4. Their communication strength (Speed, accuracy, correct & concrete guidance, etc) with which
they respond;
5. The level of your rapport/communication/co-ordination & seeking spirit

Your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor may fulfill all the above requirements (1 to 4); But if you fail to be active or irregular or do not communicate with them due to one reason or the other (Like language barrier, etc) their remaining good will not be of any help to you.

A Good Sponsor & Co-Sponsor should always:

1. Remain in touch with their down line constantly;
2. Should not communicate weekly just to gather some Action VersaPoints to meet their
VP requirement;
3. Should Motivate their Team Members through their impressive performance;
4. Should inspire them by transferring possible TCredits, offering incentives through Gift
Certificates, etc;
5. Help them build their own team by:

- Reassigning active PSAs;
- Include them in their Co-Ops;

6. Guide them to take part in Pricebenders Auction, EZ Games, etc
7. Finally, suggesting ways and means by which expenses can be kept at minimum (to meet the
VP requirements) & earnings can be maximized.

Before answering, I would like to know - Tell me honestly - Do you have that much members in your team who keep communicating with you very regularly?

We only see lot of complaints in the Forum about affiliates remaining inactive or not communicating or responding after signing up.

Such being the case, it would be too good if your Team Members depend on you regularly.

How long they should depend on you for help, depends on how soon and how efficiently you teach them about SFI Business so that they will be able to stand on their own legs.

How great your rapport and bonding with them?
What's the trust level that exists among you & your team?
How often they remain in touch with you?
What is their knowledge level?
What's the level of their commitment to the business?
What is the response level you all maintain?
What sort of interaction taking place and at what pace?
What sort of inspiration & motivation you provide to them? & what is their reaction?
What is their current progress level & what is the Target & how you help them to achieve it?

These are all the major questions that you need to answer yourself. If you are happy with your answers then you have nothing to worry. You can concentrate on your activities that can take you further resulting in higher TL Status and more earnings.

If some where you find the links between you and your team remains weak then you need to focus more to make it stronger.

SFI business is basically team oriented. Alone no one can achieve bigger things. You need people rather committed people continuously. If they grow, you grow. A. What to do before distributing these cards?

We are aware that SFI has been in this on line business for over 17 years now.

Over the years, Gery, the Founder and his team had used all their knowledge & wisdom to a great extent that today we find everything we look for to develop the business is "In Built ".

The purpose of introducing CSA Exchange program was to increase activities in CSAs due to better communications and compatibility in regards to Language, Culture, etc.

You can feel free to work directly with all your CSAs. This is one of the best ways to get your CSAs actively engaged and grow your business.

Immediately upon reassignment, SFI sends each person an e-mail letting them know they have a new co-sponsor from their own country. This notice includes the full name and e-mail address of the new co-sponsor and invites them to make contact.

Through the Genealogy Report, you can easily identify the new CSAs and start communicating with you.

How can you do it?

- Please use the "CSA Assign Date" for your first filter, then "CSA Source = CSA Exchange" for your second filter to pull up your new exchanged CSAs by date.

- You can then use the Genealogy's group messaging tool to send them your message.

Its up to you to " what to say" in your first communication with your new CSAs. However, SFI suggests & created the following Format:

When any one joins SFI, its Sponsor's responsibility to explain all about SFI Business without giving any blank promises on earnings. The following should be explained among other things:

1. SFI is not a become over night rich program;
2. Its to be viewed as any other business;
3. It requires to be concentrated on a daily basis;
4. SFI Rules of Success to be followed diligently;
5. Earning depends on individual's as well as Teams's performance every month;
6. Compensation Plan varies according to Performance & one's status;
7. Patience and Perseverance are key to success;

If the new affiliate understands all these things he/she will know whether SFI business suits his/her requirement or not, on day one itself.

Adequate attention should be paid to all new affiliates especially who are active after sign up, in the first 2 months at least. If they do not appear in the Mover's list for a day or two its a warning signal that something is not alright at the other end.

The Sponsor should immediately establish contact to set right the situation. If nothing works and the affiliate is still unwilling to continue, the Sponsor can do nothing about it.

Conclusion:

There is no point in wasting time with people who re skeptical. Its always advisable to work with the workers. After all, we can only take the horse to the pond to quench its thirty. Finally its up to the horse. The sponsor can do nothing beyond this.

We sow seeds with expectation that all of them will flourish. But in reality, does it happen?

Some may sprout soon;
Some may not sprout at all;
Some may sprout and lasts a little longer & then whither;
Some may sprout, after long time, suddenly, when we have forgotten them almost;
Some may sprout, grow and whither when we least expected it;
Some may sprout, grow, become stronger & give us fruits, etc for a longer time, throughout
their existence.

Is it possible to identify the seed that would fulfill our expectation?

The same is applicable to our down line too.

Developing a strong and active down line itself is not a simple task. We have to put in out best possible efforts to teach them/encourage them/motivate them/inspire them so that they can grow.

There are so many other factors which influence every down line member's involvement & continuation in SFI Business. These include - Family Support, Financial Position, Existing Job Situation, etc. Any and all of these, individually or collectively have the capacity to demotivate even a strong affiliate in a team, to withdraw temporarily or permanently.

There is no guarantee that any person within a team will remain strong and active for many years.

Conclusion:

Hence, instead of spending our energy in trying to identify a superstar amongst many, it would do a world of good if we focus our energies on the Team as a whole. If all of them grow continuously its very good which is also a remote possibility. Let's keep polishing all the stones - which ever has the capacity to shine, will shine. 2. I will not send weekly mail, gather VP and keep quite;
3. I will use every available opportunity to explain to them about building their own team;
4. I ensure that they thoroughly understand SFI Rules of Success;
5. I keep helping them by reassigning my active PSAs so that they can build their team slowly by
steadily;
6. I will make them read and understand the Compensation Plan;
7. By this, they will know that merely remaining an EA every month will not help; & that
8. They have to keep building their team with sufficient strong and active affiliates;
9. Through my interactions, I will remain their good friend and not just a Sponsor;
10. Every communication from my side will strengthen my bonding with them;
11. My dialog with them will be sincere, genuine and honest;
12. I support them by making them place their ads. in various free sites, social media, etc so that
they can build their team, promote TripleClicks products, create PRMs, etc;
13. All these, will help them to grow and succeed;
14. I keep a close watch on their progress on a daily basis; &
15. At appropriate moment, I will guide them to become Team Leaders;
16. Above all, I will not push them to be Team Leaders just for the sake of it without a strong team
