It's not your job to convince anyone. SFI corporate already reminds them of this and coming from you it looks like you're desperate to make more money.

Your job is to encourage and motivate them by noticing the good they do and
rewarding it with praise and giving them incentives to climb the ranks.

Offer them a contest where the prize is an sbuilder unit or tcredits or a
reassignment IF they do certain things, like fully set up their profile
or become an EA.

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

If you're talking about family members outside of your own household,
this is a great idea. But it's against the rules to have more than one
household member per account.

Your "outside the household" family can be a major asset, or they can
be a major liability. It depends on whether or not you're contacted
them about any opportunity in the past. Sometimes they have issues with
trusting you, depending on your past relationships.

What's the difference between being an SFI affiliate and having a traditional business, and which is better?

In a traditional business, there's always overhead. You have to buy something, even if it's just a bar of soap for a dog washing business, or lemons for a lemonade stand. And in most cases there's a lot of really big expense before you even break even. And that's not even counting your time, which is usually at least 8 hours a day, but usually more.

But with SFI, you have no upfront cost unless you want it. You can spend your time and make an income, and usually can do it part time. Both

Successful leaders know and do a number of things.

1. A successful leader knows to treat their business like a business
and not like a hobby. They have a set time to be productive and they
don't waste that time playing games or watching tv.

2. They know that they need to do something to grow their business
every day, even if it's just doing their todo list.

3. They know to discipline themselves and to focus on what's going to save
them the

How do you explain to new affiliates what VersaPoints are and what they are used for?

I tell people that Versa Points are a form of currency that will eventually turn into money. We get Versa Points or VP from doing small daily tasks, and they add up very quickly in just a few hours if you're doing fast start and over the course of a month for everyone else. Your goal is to become an EA, which can be done in a few hours to a few days if you're savvy and go through the lessons quickly, but that's not recommended for someone who is new to network marketing.

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

First of all, I thank them. It's a great blessing when someone asks that question since I am already in the business. I simply ask them if they've looked at the site and ask them who told them about it. I don't want to step on anyone else's toes, but I get their e-mail, and give them mine. Then I offer to find the person who told them first. This is the ethical thing to do. If they say it's someone in my A2a list, I give them their link and give them the chance to contact them first.

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

Financial support as in giving people money is usually not the best way to help them. If you give a man a fish he eats for one day. Same thing with money. What's best is helping them to reach their goals by giving them the correct information and showing them how to start earning it for themselves.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't give them anything. You can always give them a gift certificate or a place in your coop, but do it as a reward for reaching a milestone, like making EA, or

What are the best types of businesses to focus on to maximize ECA recruitment?

I would think the small Mom and Pop stores would be the best for
the ECA program. Most small businesses are already stuggling to
make sales and have only a few reliable customers who only come
every once in a while, so they would most likely be open to having
a way to sell internationally and boost their bottom line.

Helping people in your country also helps the economy and provides
jobs. When they make more money, they're more able to hire new

How will anyone find my SFI website when they search on Google?

The more places you submit your site to the higher it will go in search engine rankings and the easier it will be for people to find it. The best way I've found is to blog about it and enter in keywords or tags as well as using social networks, and sites like linkedin and apsense that are mainly for business people, as well as classified ad sites and social bookmarking sites like delicious.

Just having an affiliate site doesn't automatically get you indexed on Google. It takes quite a

What is the best way to get people to TripleClicks, generate sales, and earn commissions?

I think for me, it's blogging and writing articles on other sites and putting in links to key phrases that lead back to SFI and TripleClicks. Once you get the knack it's easy. For instance, just write something about the economy and include some youtube videos and link to other peoples similar blogs. You could show how many people are out of work or have no retirement left for the golden years and many have turned to online jobs instead of the traditional 9-5. How residual income works, etc...
