SFI is an truly international company. What are some good ways for overcoming the language barrier when trying to communicate?"
I suggest you keep Google Translate or another translator program open on the side (make it a split view). If you need to translate, copy and paste SMALL sections (e.g. a sentence) to the translator. If you need to reply in a foreign language type a sentence in the translator to translate, then copy and paste the translated text to where it it needed.
Do NOT translate sections longer than a sentence at a time as some translators don't handle it well.

The Fast-Track Extensions program is NOT for new affiliates. It is for affiliates that missed the deadline.
How to let them understand? Send a teammail message to those affiliates that are not Gold Fast-Track and are doing something, refer them to the news article about it and said you can pay their way back into the program. Those who are interested, will reply and then you renew their Fast-Track for them.

As Easter is a religious holiday, this will depend on your own religious view of it. If you are a devoted Christian, you can devote more advertising here. If you are not a Christian, then basic advertising just to make a quick buck would be more appropriate.
The least you can think of promoting is chocolates, flowers and religious goods like crosses.

Good question!
The best way, according to me, is demonstrating it. This way by showing someone how easy it is to be their own boss, many will jump at the opportunity.
Sketch this scenario: Take your laptop to a busy restaurant with a wi-fi connection. Pick a seat outside or by the window and make sure your screen is facing the street. Now login to SFI and start working. Take your time. Wait for people to come and ask questions. You will be surprised at who would approach you!

Here is how you can work with your DDs:
1. Send an email every week to find out how they are and if there are any questions or problems.
2. Monitor their ledgers to see if they are doing what need to be done. If you find one that is battling, send them an email to guide them what to do next.
3. For those who can't afford a Standing Order, submit a Gift Certificate for at least $30.00 to get at least some TCredits and the Versapoints needed to move up.
4. Award your top DDs with 10 TCredits or a Gift Certificate for $10.00 and an ECard to congratulate them.

Awesome question! Here is my two cents thoughts.
1. Become an ECA and advertise your products. The more products, the more gateways, the more sales, the more income and the Executive Pool will get bigger and bigger for all to share!
2. Create an awesome advertisement and post it all over the internet on free and paid (if you can afford) advertising sites. Let our team grows, 'cos out of that our Diamonds will pop up...
3. Select you best EA2s and sign them up for the Designated Diamond program. These are the people that would take you and them to the top where the real big money waits. We are all after retiring from our 9 to 5 jobs to becoming SFI business owners with six figure incomes (Hey, wasn't that what SFI originally meant?) and these selected bunch of affiliates have got what it takes.

This is a very good question with multiple answers.
The general answer is ANY PRODUCT is a good product if it yields 1500VP.
My suggestion for products are TripleClicks Direct products. Apart from TCredits, you can go for the Natural Cleaning Products range or the Health Products range. To find a start to look at, check the T-Time products listed every hour to win 2 TCredits. Or go to the PRODUCT tab and click on the SFI department.

As a Designated Diamond is already an affiliate and were welcomed by you you only need to send him/her a Teammail / ECard / email to congratulate him/her for choosing to join those who want to get to the top. Be excited and give them a small tip on some aspect they are missing out on.
I invited an affiliate that login regularly, but on odd occasions and appears to working erratically. He accepted my invite about all odds. I remember how I battled to realize the first month that I had to click the BLUE blocks to get my Versapoints. So I send him a TIP Ecard and Teammail (for just in case) explaining how to get those Versapoints registered.

Brainstorming can help, the question is with who. If you can do it with your sponsor, co-sponsor or up-line sponsor, I think, it should help. If they are BTL+ they should be able to recommend better places to advertise to get those elusive active PSA.
Call one of your up-lines (your sponsor, co-sponsor or up-line sponsor) via Teammail and inform him/her that you would like to have their input on advertising. Ask them for advise and check their recommendations out. Chances are you should get better results from their recommendations rather than where you have advertised until now.

Being part of the Designated Diamond program is awesome! Here is how to pick a Diamond:
1. Go to your Genealogy Report (Concise version).
2. Pick those who are EA2 and active at least 10 days.
3. If this is less than 20, send an invite to them all. If not, hand pick those you want to work with and send them an invite.
Now wait and see who answers you. They are the ones that would take you (and them) to Diamond Team Leader status...
