That's a great question. Its initially confusing to everyone, regarding how to know at what point the reassignment will be most beneficial to build the business..

The answer is very simple if we understand the basics behind the reassignment.The reassignments are done, when

1. The sponsor is having too many PSAs that he could not clear all the doubts of all the PSAs..

2. An actively working PSA who needs a team.. That active PSA may be financially weak to afford for S-builder or co-ops or posting priced ads.So reassignments are an act of encouragement to that active PSA..

3. As a reward to a PSA for winning the contests organised by the sponsor in the Leadership Page or in the co-ops..


Now back to the question..If the sponsor can help and support all the first generation PSAs in their team, there is no need for reassignment.. On the other hand if the sponsor is busy or has too many affiliates that he couldn't manage, then it is time for reassignments..

The most important thing is, to whom the sponsor reassigns the PSAs.. The downline to whom the sponsor reassigns the PSAs must be active.. If the new sponsor is inactive, the reassigned affiliates will lose hope.. So the new sponsor has to be the active downline...

The PSAs who are being reassigned to new sponsor must atleast be active (though not EAs).. Otherwise the new sponsor will be a little backed down..

All these things must be considered before reassignments..

That's a great question.. In fact all the answers to this question throws light in a different perspective of what is more important among all the SFI activities...We must summarize all the answers to this question and find out which activity should actually be overrated than the activities that were overrated..

Most of the overrated activities are not actually overrated and most of the underrated activities are actually not underrated..So the benefit of this question is to find out the activities that must be really overrated and underrated...


Most overrated activity :

Its none other than the daily to-do actions.. The reason i say this for sure is simple..When a sponsor signs up a new PSA, the first thing he advises is to do the daily actions regularly and to become an EA..So the new PSA obviously overrates it.. In the first 2 months being an EA is easy.. The sponsor never tells them that they need to purchase or sell to maintain EA status every month.Because if a sponsor says that ,the PSA will become inactive as most of them want to earn ,not spend..So the PSA thinks that to-do actions is the most important activity in SFI to earn VP and thus it is overrated..But as soon as the PSA reaches third month,he realizes that maintaining EA needs purchase or sales.. Since he sets up his mind that to-do list is overrated,he keeps doing only those and not do anything to build his business.. Eventually he will stop working..

Purchase and sales and a good team are the backbone of running any business.So they must be the most important activity but now the to-do-list actions are overrated ,to prevent the PSAs from quitting in the initial months itself..


Most underrated activity:

It certainly is SFI-PPA actions ..It neither helps in building the referrer's business nor the referred PSA gets to be in the team of the referrer..This activity is underrated because it is mostly done to get money and not done in order to develop their business.. If a person signs up as PPA in TripleClicks and the person subscribes to the DOTD manager, the referrer gets $0.2 per PPA affiliate... So ,only to get money it is mostly used..People ask their friends and others who are not interested in SFI to just signup under PPA and subscribe to DOTD manager .. That way the referrer gets money.. So it is the most underrated activity in SFI as it provides only a short time income..

Well ,in my point of view, the best way to use TripleClicks gift certificates to inspire and motivate our affiliates is to give it to them..
The most important factor that makes up for the best use of such cards is in the qualities of the receiver..

Three aspects of gift card delivery:

1.Giving cards to all our affiliates...(not advisable)

If they are given to all our affiliates,then its a waste..The purpose is to encourage the affiliates to achieve some targets..But when they come to know that they get cards even though they don't achieve a particular target,then this slows down the team activities..(Example: When a tree sheds its fruits automatically, no one will climb the tree to get them)

2.Giving cards to active ones...

Since this marketing is done with known prospects they will be somewhat patient in listening to what you say..So its easier to explain them..

Cold market approach:
These people will definitely be impatient because they are not known prospects..So you have to be polite in explaining them and especially answering their questions..

Steps to reapproach both markets:

1. First you have to know how are they doing with the first business regarding which you approached them..If that is fine for them,then they will be easier on you in hearing about SFI..If not , you have to be polite in explaining about SFI..
