Remember, SFI Rules of Success?

1. Become and Remain an EA every month;

3. Help them to duplicate what you did.

When you become /remain an EA, that is the time for you to focus on Team Building. There is no point in becoming a Team Leader without a strong team.

Indulge in any form of advertising and promoting your SFI business in any media, paid or free, through word of mouth or hand bills. As long as you keep promoting and getting sign ups its fine. Continue to repeat it month after month.

As much quality sign ups you get is better. Please take care of them right from day one with all your heart. Show them that you are genuinely interested in their growth. Create a good rapport and slowly and steadily establish a bonding with every one in your team. Inspire them with your performance and achievements. Motivate them with incentives to do better and better.

Keep regular contacts through personal communication and contacts. Show them that you are an awesome sponsor. Demonstrate to them through your sincere actions that you are their trustworthy friend.

All these will result in your Team Members begin to building their own Team of strong and active affiliates.

That is the time, when you should advance to Team Leader ranks like BTL, STL, etc.

Conclusion:

Your growth and success will depend on the strength of your Team. How quickly you develop such a strong team will be better. That is the time, you should become an outstanding Team Leader. Then, continue to help your Team Members to build their own team and achieve Team Leader status. This is nothing but dynamic duplication. Together, we can grow! Together, we can achieve more!! 2. You can keep adding or removing products keeping market conditions in mind;

Referring an ECA:

1. Refer companies that sell products, to your ECA Gateway;
2. When the companies are approved and become ECAs, you can earn VP and 10% of the CV on

Our growth and success in SFI depends on:

1. Our commitment to win;
2. Our actions to actualize it;

The minimum action plan to succeed begins with our gathering 1500 VP and become an Executive Affiliate every month.

First month its very easy to do it.

To repeat it in the following months, we need to work to a clear plan. We need to know at the beginning of the month:

1. How many VP is possible through various actions given in the To Do List;
2. How many is possible through our Team Members attaining EA or TL Status;
3. What is the balance VP required through other means like Purchase of Products, Taking part
in Auctions, Games, etc.

Once these are worked out, preparing a financial budget is quite easy

By performing the various actions given in the To Do List one will be able to gather 539 VP very easily. (Daily 12 x 31 days = 372; Goal Setting & Sponsor Rating = 15; & 4 Weeks x 38 = 152);

Balance required is: 1500 - 539 = 961 VP to retain your EA status.

For this, I would suggest:

1. Buying 10 Single TCredits at $1.99/Each; Your spending will be: < $ 20 per month;
2. In return you will get 102 x 10 - 1020 VP

With that, you will remain an EA every month.

But, merely remaining an EA will not help your furthering your growth. So, you need to develop a Team. For that I would suggest:

1. Buying 20 PSAs at $ 1.99/Each through TripleClicks PSAs to Go. Your spent will be again
Less than $ 40. You will get 23 x 20 = 460 VP also.
2. A Standing Order for 125TCredit at $ 36.50 against which you will get 125TCredit PLUS 1500VP
PLUS 100 Bonus VP every month.

With these 2 you will have 460+1600 = 2060 Sales VP;
With 1000 Action VP through Actions given in To Do List you will be a BTL;
Depending on the situation, on a month to month, you can work out this.

Conclusion:

1. With a $ 20 investment, you can be an Executive Affiliate every month by which you will be
able to earn a small commission;
2. With $ 76.50 investment you stand a very good chance to develop your Team and also reach
the Team Leader Status.
3. Without a team, there is no point in spending and becoming a Team Leader;

Since all these can not be adequately explained here, I would suggest your visiting the following link:

Once you read it, please download and install the appropriate Translator, free of cost, in your PC.

When you find your PSA from other countries on line and you want to use the SFIM (Provided the person at the other end responds) please type out your short, few liner messages in the Translator Page and have them translated in to the language you desire and then paste it in the SFIM.

If you receive the reply then cut it and paste it in the Translator Page, have it converted, read, understand and then type out your reply, translate it and go back to SFIM and paste it.

This is how you can keep your conversation going on...Its time consuming.

The best thing is, use this technique in the initial days. Understand the PSAs requirement and slowly make him to communicate with you through E-Mails. There you can receive PSA's questions and post your reply in detail duly translated. This will serve the purpose.

Conclusion:

1. Download and install one of the free Translators in to your PC.
2. Use the Translator facility to create good understanding with your PSAs from other countries
in the initial days.
3. Slowly get on to communication through E-Mails.
4. Use the Translator effectively to build relationship and thereby a strong Team and successful

In fact, this is the problem most of us face here.

We have so many free Websites, social media etc to advertise. Unfortunately,

1. Either we do not get satisfactory response;
2. Or We get so many sign ups. But, the quality of sign up is no good at all.

But this business demands that we keep advertising and promoting and keep getting more and more sign ups. So, keep advertising continuously and communicating regularly with all your new sign ups. Even if you get one strong and active affiliate under you, it will do a world of good for business.

The alternative is, to go with PSAs to GO, S-Builder Co-Op or TripleClicks Auctions for PSAs. These too have their own plus and minus. But the consolation point is that many of the top leaders in SFI have all emerged through these methods and it gives confidence for us to adopt and place orders or take part in Auctions.

In my experience, word of mouth is the best advertising to promote SFI business.

Every opportunity we get, we should speak about this business with our Family Members, Relatives, Friends, neighbors, colleagues, some what known people, and strangers too when we do a stroll around the park or beach etc.

The response may or may not be quick. But if we keep repeating our dialogues certainly we can get good results and quality sign ups.

Conclusion:

Without losing heart for not getting satisfactory results against your advertising, move on with more and more advertising and optimism for better results. The important thing, keep moving and keep on moving!!

You can promote SFI and TripleClicks through Television in the following ways:

1. Create different ads. that talk about:

a) Productsof TC/Pricebenders Auctions/EZ Games, W3. etc
b) Income earning opportunities of SFI like ECA/Transfer Buying/Garage Sales/PRM, etc

2. Insert them appropriately at different timings during the day;

3. Talk Shows/Reality Shows/News Bulletins/Serials/Film Shows/Health Programs, etc are all
providing best opportunities to place your advertisements.

While doing these, please keep the following in mind:

1. Identification of your "Target Groups" - House wives/working men & women, retired people, etc;
2. Creation of ads. that suit your select viewers;
3. Keeping the ads. brief for few seconds to make the viewers curious;
4. Providing your contact details for the viewers to communicate with you;
5. Rotating the ads;
6. Remembering the current "Season"
7. Time slots;
8. Channel with a large viewership;

Apart from these,

During different stages of the Competition, you can monitor the performance of your affiliates who are in E365 and guide them appropriately.

Despite all these, if any affiliates get knocked out of the E365 at any stage, its basically because of their not following your guidance based on your thorough understanding of E365 Rules.

When that happens, make them understand how they missed it.

In case its possible for their "come back" due to following SFI rules then guide them to do it.

Some of my regular/routine works apart from the Daily To Do List are:

1. Creation of ECAs/PRMs:

a)Visit the Marketing Area.
b)Choose the desired Marketing Aid mainly banners, pertaining to different categories.
c) Posting them in various Web Sites including Social Media Groups like Face Book, Twitter, etc.

2. Creation of PRMs

a) Play EZ Games including Knock Out Trivia, Gold Streak, Card King.
b) Try to cross certain levels/Streaks,
c) Get W3 Links;
d) Copy them &
e) Post them in chosen Web Site Groups (that I already created) &
f) Share them among my friends and relatives to explore possibility of creating PRMs.

3. Exploring ECA opportunities:

a) Visit ECA referral & other guides on E-Commerce;
b) Copy the Specimen letter provided there;
c) Try to speak select Organizations that sell products &
d) Sending the letter by E-mail or Post;

4. Visit to certain Locations looking for ECAs:

a) Have already made a List of Companies/Shops for certain products;
b) Will try and visit them depending upon my time schedules for meeting/discussing the
possibilities of enlisting them as ECAs;
c) Other wise, will make follow up visits;

5) Try & speak to Family members/Relatives and Friends by visiting their homes for fresh Affiliates
sign-ups or know their interest for "Transfer Buying";

6) Visiting Professional Colleges will also be in my Agenda of Weekly visits to have a

a) Presentation on SFI/TripleClicks; for Students & Faculty
b) Or hand over Flyers to students & the Public

7) On National or Weekly Holidays, occasionally, will visit Beach/Malls/ & other places of huge
gatherings, together with some friends to hand over Hand Bills on SFI/TripleClicks

8) Will indulge in discussions when ever new people are brought home by friends and relatives
to understand about SFI with an aim to join;

9) Will go through the Genealogy Report systematically and will send appropriate mails individually
to inactive/active members;

10) Up dating of my Leadership Page by changing the contents to ensure information flow
among my Team Members;

11) In the evening, will speak to very active Team Members over phone discussing what has been
done so for and what needs to be done further to achieve set goals for the month;

12. In between, will play all EZ games, answer specific questions in the Forum, etc.

Conclusion:

All these help me to plan my requirements, take appropriate action and grow together with my Team continuously.
