Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

I believe that every PSA is a unique individual, and a lot of being a successful team leader comes from understanding the nature of an affiliate program and what they're doing within it. I *accidentally* reached BTL within my first month and then pretty much stayed there ever since, mostly because I've stayed as active as I have, I've been curious about the various TC Direct products, and I've been exploring what can be done within SFI and TripleClicks. As a result, it's very easy to stay at BTL

What is the best way to maintain my SFI position and continue to support my team whilst on vacation with limited, if any, internet availability?

I recently went out of town to a conference, and I took a tablet PC with me; it could tap into the hotel's wi-fi, and every night, I would still maintain my SFI position. If I didn't have that, I would have had to had someone log in for me and take over that role, which is something I honestly would not want to do.

If you can, get your affiliates' phone numbers so that you can set up a weekly meeting from somewhere--phone connection can substitute for e-mail if you don't have any internet

Should I promote the ECA program to businesses that are not online and/or do not currently use the Internet?

The ECA program is an excellent introduction for offline businesses to come on-line, particularly as you also teach them about internet marketing and promotion. If your prospects are looking to expand their businesses, the ECA program can be fantastic for them because anyone can sell the prospects' products on their behalf thanks to TConnect connections and the "Affiliates" tab for each and every product on TripleClicks.

How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

Positive, constructive criticism shows an affiliate or group of affiliates how to better use the tools at their disposal by simultaneously correcting a weakness and engaging enthusiasm.

For example, suppose you have an affiliate who is accumulating PSAs rapidly, yet isn't following through with duplication or other leadership issues. You could say something like this:

"Hey, congratulations on putting so much effort into building your downline--once you start training

When do I know that I've become successful in SFI and TripleClicks?

There are many levels of success within SFI and TripleClicks--you can think of them as "milestones." Here are some of mine:

Already achieved:
Seeing my first real commission
My first PSA
#1 Power Rank in my class
Bronze Team Leader

And yet to achieve:
More money coming in from SFI/TripleClicks than I'm spending
(part of the problem here is I'm also still trying out new products!)
Having five ACTIVE PSAs as Executive Affiliates

Is cold calling, using a local telephone directory, a good method for attracting new PSAs?

While I'm sure that it's possible to cold-call thousands of homes to get a handful of PSAs, there are two main reasons I wouldn't:

1) It would take a great deal of stamina to make all those calls, deal with all the "no" answers and hang-ups, and more importantly,

2) There's a general rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I don't like being cold-called by anyone, for any reason, so I'm not going to do this to anyone else.

What is the best Eager Zebra game to generate TCredits, VP, and MRP?

The Eager Zebra games typically cost one TCredit and generate one VersaPoint and five Member Rewards Points per entry. T-Time is the only one that's a straight-up drawing--bet one TCredit, and if your entry is drawn, you get two back. Because the number of people enter change, and only thirty people drawn, the actual odds will be variable, and probably not that good (assuming that TripleClicks gets the volume of traffic I certainly hope it gets!).

Meanwhile, the other games are all,

I have planned a local get-together for A2A affiliates. Any suggestions on what to do at the meeting?

I've actually done this myself, here in Michigan. At (and just before) the meeting, I recommend the following:

1) Bring a large piece of paper with the SFI logo printed on it, so everyone who comes can find the table.

2) Take notes of who attended and where the conversation went--this can be very useful in planning the agenda for the following meeting.

3) Make a list of who has which other skills, from graphic arts to telemarketing to web design because a skill-trade

Where can I get good content for my SFI blog without infringing on copyrighted material?

I think you're missing the whole point of a blog here. A blog is meant to be a place where you can talk more personally about who you are and what you're doing. Your SFI blog content can come right out of your head, and because you are the one writing it, you can be more excited about what you're writing. You can speak expertly on everything you've experienced here, and you can pass this information along to your readers--heck, that's a great way to duplicate your information.

What would be a good way to hold offline classes or seminars to train my PSAs about SFI and TripleClicks?

If you're talking about meeting *completely* offline, that's fantastic because it means your affiliates are right there with you. Now, because one-on-one training isn't really about "classes" or "seminars," I'm going to focus on those.

In those cases, you take on the role of "teacher," and that means preparing lesson plans and instructional tools (handouts, etc.). In an ideal situation, a teacher can hook his or her PC up to a projector and literally walk
