SFI is a business like any other business. We are all businessmen and business women.

As individuals, we have got our own plans and ideas to conduct it so that we earn at the earliest possible opportunities. What is best for me may not be good for you.

However, SFI has provided us with many Tools like Banners, Gateways, etc. They keep improving on these regularly. The recently introduced JMT Gateway is my favorite currently.

I am using it:

1. As signature to my out going mails through Gmail, Yahoo, etc;
2. In my personalized Blog;
3. I posted it in my Group in Face Book (the moment the Gateway was introduced)
without any difficulties;
4. Using it in Linked in and other Social Groups effectively;
5. I am now trying to create my own video (with the help of my friends in the Media
where I will introduce this Gateway & will post it in You Tube.
6. There are very many Free ad. sites some of where I have already introduced this
New Gateway.
7. I am planning to do it in rest of the sites soon;

The greatest advantage of using this new JMT Gateway is that:

1. Its personalized;
2. It talks on behalf of me;
3. It provides adequate details about SFI;
4. Since it was created by SFI I have nothing more to add or speak or explain
about the business;
5. Its open and honest
6. It does not give any blank promises;

I have done my very best to make full use of this new Gateway in all channels of Marketing.

Conclusion:

The results are encouraging. But the quality of sign ups needs to be monitored. Time alone will show its effectiveness or otherwise. The fact it, we will get sign ups at least. Rest of the things will be our responsibility. Being in business, let's do our very best sincerely to build our Team!!

Suppose you want to have your own Garden with full of Plants that give wonderful Vegetables, Fruits and Flowers what you will do?

1. You have to sow seeds;
2. You have to wait till they sprout;
3. You have to nurture them;
4. You have to protect them;
5. You have to take care of them on a daily basis;
6. You have to be patient before you reap the benefits;
7. You can not give up easily on any as some may sprout immediately, some will take long time than
your expectation; some may whither soon; some will emerge very strong and produce good
results & still, some may sprout at unexpected times & go on to produce great results, and some
may not sprout at all.

Now, consider your PSAs and CSAs as follows:

1. They belong to you;
2. You earned them through your own efforts;
3. Some may be quite active and some may not;
4. With your constant encouragement, some will become active in the future;
5. Even the so called hyper active can give up at some point of time due to their own reasons which
they may or may not be able to justify over which you will have no control at all;
6. Still the inactive for long duration can become so active suddenly to your delight;

The bottom line is, the nature of this business is so tricky that we can not write any one off. We should keep inspiring/motivating/encouraging every one in the team to the best of our abilities through regular communications without overwhelming them.

Summary:

1. Keep encouraging every one regularly;
2. Do not give up on any one easily;
3. Support your Strong ones with all your heart;
4. Motivate the inactive one through best possible means;
5. All it requires is, "Staying in touch";
6. Keep recruiting PSAs regularly;
7. Move forward - Its your business & you need to grow and win!!

SFI has given the best of MIS under Genealogy. It contains every information that we expect of our Team Members.

There are so many filters and basically these are "need based"..

What exactly you want to know about a particular member of you team, you can have them by choosing the appropriate filter.

Every filter is important to have clear and concrete details. But, if you do not know how to use them, then, you will never be able to put them to the best of uses that they offer.

First of all:

1. You need to introduce yourself to the person (New PSA) on the other side;
2. What is your role towards him to be explained;
3. What the other person needs at that juncture to be understood;
4. What support you can extend by which that person can grow to be ensured;
5. How you have grown in SFI to be communicated to that person clearly;
6. That person should feel your sincerity in communication;
7. At the end of it, he should feel, you are trustworthy;

a. Should reflect your genuine care & concern towards that person's growth!!
b. Should give that person confidence & hope to continue with SFI Business!!

Before advising your PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country you should be clear on certain things, like:

1. What is it you want them to buy from ECAs in their country?
2. What is their requirement?
3. Whether the products meet with their regular requirements or seasonal requirements?
4. Whether the prices are economical compared to the local stores?
5. Is their any specific advantages of buying from the ECAs?
6. Whether the products meet with the quality expectations of your PSAs?
7. Performance rating of these ECAs by other SFI affiliates;
8. Whether local currency payment is acceptable vis a vis payment through credit cards, etc.

If you have:

1. First hand knowledge and experience; &
2. If you are convinced of these and satisfied fully

then, you can explain thoroughly and advise your PSAs to buy from ECAs in their country.

On the other hand, if you just advise them to buy from ECAs in their country without these information it will not be helpful; In fact, it will be counter productive.

Before advising, please do sufficient home work, equip yourself with adequate information and then proceed accordingly.

Just because they have money you can not attract them easily unless you prove to them that you earn more money in SFI.

Further, if they are interested in just safeguarding their money by investing in areas that earn them interest every month how will you be able to convince them to be your Team Member?

Having money alone is not the criteria to be part of SFI.

Whether the person is truly interested in working smartly with lot of patience together with a set of people over a period of time, that is very vital in SFI business.

There very many ways to earn in SFI without spending much money month after month.

You have to first of all identify those areas, achieve something great and should be in a position to demonstrate your achievements to people so that they will be motivated to join SFI.

Without achieving something better consistently you can not attract any one to be your Team Member.

You have to prove to them that they have the potential to earn more and more in SFI that if they indulge in any business venture.

Without having adequate statistics to establish your credentials in SFI, honestly I don't think you will be able to convince any one with money to invest into a business to join your SFI Team.

Further, whether they are willing spend considerable time on a day to day basis and ready to build a team and work with the Team Members apart from their any other business venture, are all factors which you should consider before trying to attract them to join your SFI Team.

Conclusion:

1. Don't look for people who have money to become your Team members;
2. Look for people who really want to have a passive income over a period of time;
3. Try to have dialog with people who are willing to spend time every day and prepared to
listen to you;
4. If you still want to attract people with money to be your Team Members, then you have to
establish yourself in SFI with strong and performing Teams under you with reasonable
consistent income every month;
5. You have to be very cautious, open minded and honest when you try to speak to people who

2. Do not give any blank promises on earning;

3. Say, even though joining is free, SFI business still requires periodic investment
like any other business;

4. Make them understand, they cannot become rich over night;

5. They have to spend time every day;

6. They have to study and understand SFI business Concepts;

7. They have to work to build their team with full active & strong members
regularly;

8. They have to have patience to see results and growth;

9. It provides vast and equal opportunities to every one to build the business

We are in this business to earn money.

We are supposed to exploit all available avenues so that we can grow & succeed.

SFI provides umpteen number of equal opportunities to every one to win.

Referring PRMs, Creating ECAs are all such opportunities that have their advantages. But, everything depends on us as to how we make use of them.

1. PRMs - Other wise known as Personally Referred Members are people who are introduced to
TripleClicks through our own efforts. As and when they buy products, we earn applicable
Commission and VersaPoints. If they don't buy, we get Nothing.

2. ECAs - You refer companies that have attractive products, to TripleClicks. When they are
approved they become ECAs. when ever Sales take place, you earn appropriate commission
on such sales, continuously through out your life. The more ECAs you create, the more
opportunities you create for yourself to earn more and more.

They can add more and more products once they study the Member's requirements. The more
members buy and rate them high due to their price, product quality & service, there will be more
sales for them and more income for us. It holds high potential for income opportunities.

Summary:

Of the two, I would suggest referring and creating more and more ECAs. Once ECAs are created and products listed, we can promote them every where and help them sell more and more of their products. The more we help them sell, the more we tend to earn.

On the other hand, we depend on the purchase of products by PRMs to earn income. Once they become TC Members, we will have no control over them since all communications to them will go directly from TripleClicks.

Focus more and more on ECAs by referring companies that have attractive products and if any individual is willing to buy products from TripleClicks help them to do so. But, do not put any pressure on them.

We are in Business. Our down lines are also in business

Its incorrect to assume that the down lines are only interested in the Daily To Do List. What is that they are going to gain just by performing the Daily Actions. At best they will end up having just 330 to 400 VP max at the end of the month.

Will it be sufficient for them to grow in their business? Will it help them to reach leadership levels and start earning income every month?

Will it support them to build their Down Line?

What will happen to their business if they do not patronize our own TripleClicks Stores?

Will they not miss the quality products at much much cheaper prices if they participate and luck to win Pricebenders Auctions?

Will they not lose the opportunity to learn about new products, current events, by visiting the SFI Forum every day and acquire knowledge which will help to furthering their SFI Business?

As Sponsors and Co-Sponsors it is our responsibility to explain all about these, make them understand and help them to perform all actions so that they will grow.

We have to inspire them with our achievements & performance!!
We have to motivate them by remaining their trustworthy friend!! Offering of incentives like Transferring T Credits, issuing Gift Certificates, Re-assigning good quality affiliates,etc if they perform consistently will spur them to do their best.

We have to have a honest and sincere approach to support them. These should reflect in
