We should approach SFI business as any other business with lot of plans, efforts and actions on a day to day basis. Then only we can grow and earn regularly.

SFI is providing us with vast tools on marketing, training, etc and keep improving them regularly.

They do not have any limiting factors. Why?

SFI wants all of us to learn, work and grow without any limits!! In fact if we are serious and follow the SFI rules for success, we will certainly achieve fantastic results if not immediately at least in the near future.

Life is uncertain. Any business is also governed by so many external factors. The results are not certain.

Such being the case, why should we stop developing more first level stars??

In Affiliates programs like this it is well established that only 5% become serious and perform consistently (out of a thousand or so).

Its easier for new affiliates to become BTL, STL, GTL, PTL etc quickly. But, to
sustain is very tough. First two months will be easier. But the real fight begins from the 3rd month. People can easily give up and do an " Opt Out " or become inactive.

If they don't grow then our growth also will be affected.

Hence, it is important that we keep introducing affiliates (as our PSAs) and build the team consistently. Identifying the potential 5 future leader is fine. But do remember - they are also in business & they do know how to conduct their business. If something goes wrong in their " Plan of conducting their SFI Business " they won't mind leaving or remaining inactive. You can support - only to some extent! But you can do nothing if they don't pay heed to your words.

Conclusion:

You are in business. Why limiting your growth by satisfying with identifying with just five future PTLs? Please keep developing more and more strong and active down lines and help them to become Leaders and expand their Teams. Its a business with limit less growth. Why try to limit yourself??

What is a domain name?

If you go through SFI Basics you will understand there are more ways to earn VPs and income regularly.

One of them is: E-Commerce Associate (ECA).

By referring ECAs to TripleClicks, one can earn upfront VersaPoints and also cash royalties through out life.

We can refer Organizations that sell products to your Gateway. If that is approved to become an ECA, each time the product is getting sold, the referrer will get VP and 10% of the commission value (of the sales.

When their product is listed the first time, you will 100VP too!!

2. When an affiliate creates an ECA of his own it will help him in maximizing the income. How??

Gift Card costs you money. Hence its very valuable.

At the same time its an effective tool. Used with wisdom it can help in furthering your business.

First thing to remember before distributing these cards is not to waste it, meaning not to be issued to unknown people and quite strangers to you. They may not know its value. Hence, this caution.

Then, to whom it can be distributed?

Please categorize people under following heads:

1. Family Members;
2. Relatives;
3. Close Friends;
4. Friends;
5. Colleagues;
6. Acquaintances;
7. Business contacts;

Make a Name List under each of these categories. Try to figure out their Family Back Ground, Earning Potential (Job or in business); Their likely interest in an Online Marketing Program, do they have a PC at Home, etc.

Then, narrow down to:

1. Who can be your prospective PSAs;
2. Who can be your prospective ECAs;
3. Who can be your prospective PRMs;
4. Again filter them & Rank them;

With this, now you have to decide whether you want to:

1. Build your Down line by bringing in PSAs; OR
2. You want to Introduce people just to TC Stores as PRMs;

Based on this, please go ahead & start distributing the valuable Gift Cards to the highly prospective PSAs or PRMs.

If you feel about best methods, I would suggest handing over the Gift Cards to these people in person. You can meet them personally, explain to them face to face; clarify things, explain how to redeem them, etc.

Even though, Digital version is also AVAILABLE, I would not suggest them for distribution. You need to send it by mail to people. But I always prefer meeting people in person. This way, you stand a very good opportunity to maximize the returns for your hard work and efforts.

3. Patience and Perseverance are key factors to succeed;

As a Sponsor, one has to know why an affiliate fails to grow in his Team. Where is the missing link between his hard work/efforts & return/success. One should keep in touch with the team constantly & consistently. We have to do our very best if somebody fails to grow. We should not give up on any one so easily. All said done, if an affiliate makes up his mind to quit despite your best efforts, you can do nothing about it. Its his business. He is an independent contractor here like all of us. Versa Points are money, for every one in SFI Business!! The more we obtain the more our earnings will be!!

At the same time, mere gathering of points alone will not guarantee more money!!

We need to be EA2 or BTL every month. We need to have a strong Team where members should become EA2 every month.

The more number of them becomes EA2 we will get 100 points against each of them. When they become BTL and so on we will get more and more points applicable to each leadership position.

By this, without spending much, we will earn more VersaPoints & money!!

Of course, by placing a Standing Order for certain TripleClicks products we can gather assured number of points (example 125TCredit pack - by buying it we will get 1500 plus 100 bonus points) every month;

So, Success here depends on one major Factor - DUPLICATION!!

In order to ensure this, reassignment is a tool available to all of us.
This will be effective only when we take care of the following factors while reassigning members to our Team Members:

1. It should be a kind of motivation to a Team member who is sincere but is unable to create a PSA of his own;

2. Inactive PSA should not be transferred to a Team Member who is also inactive;

3. Reassignment should not be done just with an aim to get some VersaPoints;

4. Reassignment should be done to a Team Member who is promising and active;

5. Reassignment does not absolve of our responsibility towards that particular person; We should do enough follow up;

6. Reassignment helps in developing small Teams within the Team. By this, we will be able to focus our attention on weak areas of our Teams;

7. Reassignment should help in taking corrective action at the right time so that growth remains consistent for all the Team Members;

The Proverb says, " known Devil is better than Unknown Angel ". It literally means we should always trust people who are known to us. We know their back ground, business acumen, friendliness or other wise, go-getter or what, etc, etc.

When we are able to analyze these factors of our own resources i.e family and friends we will be in a better position to promote our interests including business.

We need not cajole them beyond a reasonable limit by which time definitely they will understand our interest and will joyfully come forward to accept what we propose. And if we enjoy their trust from the past then it will be still easier to convince them to join SFI.

Where as, all these things are practically not available immediately to us with regards to strangers. It may require lot of efforts before we find at least one such person who will be willing to join based on our words.

Rather than spending our time and energy on strangers, I would suggest better we sail along with our Family and Friends. The success rate will be higher here!!!
