Examples are:

1. Unless you knock, you can not expect the door to be opened;
2. Unless you make a small step, you can not make a long journey;

This is applicable to SFI Business. Unless you contact you will get nothing in most of the cases.

You can attract the attention of your Sponsor in two ways - one Positive and the other Negative.

Positive Side:

1. When you send your Commitment message, the Sponsor will know about you;
2. When you are regular in logging in to your SFI A/c, you will appear in Sponsor's "Movers";
3. When your Sponsor visits your VP Ledger, your performance will be known;
4. When you post in Forum, your Sponsor will know it;
5. When you reach/retain your EA or TL status, your Sponsor will be notified; (Your Sponsor
will also receive applicable VP);
6. Your Sponsor will know your activities when he/she opens the Genealogy;
7. When you buy through ECA or TC your Sponsor will know that (as applicable commission
will also be credited to him/her A/c);
8. When you raise a question or answer a question in Ask SC, your Sponsor will also know that;

Negative Side:

1. If you are not regular in logging in to your A/c;
2. If you do not reach/retain your EA or TL Status;
3. If you are an under performer or not a performer, etc

It's possible for the Sponsor to know all these. SFI has provided every possible Tool for the Sponsor and other Up Line Leaders to view/monitor and communicate with the down line regularly.

But the important point is, we are all independent contractors here. The onus is always on the individual to read, learn, understand the various materials provided by SFI , Set Goals and Plan activities based on the knowledge thus derived.

In the process, if there is any information or clarification required, it is for the individuals to communicate with their up line and move forward. If no support is forth coming, then the option is to go to the Forum where so many are waiting to share their knowledge and wisdom unconditionally.

Conclusion:

1. This is your business;
2. Learn things quickly;
3. Set your Goals/Targets;
4. Plan your activities;
5. Work towards them smartly;
6. Take the support of your up line where necessary;
7. If it is not there, then take the support of Forum; (Gery too will respond!!!)
8. If you are still not satisfied, then go to the Support.

In today's competitive business world, it is not so easy to find people who will be interested in On Line Business. Even if you find some of them its still difficult to retain in the Team as most of them give up after a very short stint.

There are so many reasons for this but the important one is - People expect to become rich over night; People do want to work hard to earn; People do not have the requisite patience and above all, People do not treat this as business like any other business.

If you are a regular visitor to the Forum, you will be able to observe so many posts on the above subject.

Such being the case, there is no point in restricting ourselves while trying to build the Team/Down line.

More over, Not speaking English or Not having adequate computer/internet knowledge can not be limiting factors for any one who wants to join SFI.

1.How quickly they understand the concept;
2.What extent they want to exert themselves on a daily basis;
3.How much patience they have to build their own Team;
4.How much they can afford to spend to buy products;
5.How much abilities they have to persevere and earn;
6.How much time they can afford to spend on a day to day basis.

Basically, these are all the factors that we have to consider when we try to introduce people to SFI business.

If you build your team by introducing people from your own Country/Locality you will not face any problem. At the same, if you get people from other countries (even if they do not speak English) you can always motivate them by translating your messages into their Language. If people have limited computer/internet knowledge, if they are SERIOUS to build and succeed in their Business they will certainly over come this short coming also sooner than one expects.

Anything that helps you to build your Team is best in SFI business.

There are established many sites where you can advertise your SFI Gateway free of cost. Of course, not for ever. They fix the maximum free charges. Until you reach that limit, your ad. will be in circulation. Once the upper limit is reached, you will be required to pay a certain amount. This cycle will get repeated.

Based on my experience, I can tell you, the response was very good. The number of people who joined SFI was amazing. But how many of them remains active as of today is very depressing. The quantity is encouraging but the quality is disturbing. I used only the "Free sources". Hence, I am not upset with the result. I keep encouraging all of them regularly with the hope that some of them will become active soon.

You can buy PSAs from SFI through S Builder Co-op or PSAs to Go OR from other ECAs.

Again, there is no guarantee on the quality of Purchased PSAs.

Conclusion:

Place ads. in free sites; See the results and decide. At the same time, buy from SFI through PSAs to go, S-Builder Co-Op, etc. Also, when you require more AVPs to become or retain TL Status, take part in Pricebenders Auctions (Bid and Build). For every 50 TCredits you spend, you will get a PSA. Through all these, you will be able to build your Team. Explore all avenues to build your Team.

1. Unless, you get a reply of some sort, there is nothing to confirm that our Team Members receive all our e-mails and other messages.

2. If the messages bounce back then we can know at least that it did not reach certain recipients.

3. We can ask for , "Read Receipts "!! But in most of the cases people just shut this off.

4. We can use SFI's Group Mail System. After sending the messages, at the end of the day or the following day, we can use the Genealogy (My Acct>My Reports>Genealogy) to see if they logged in or not. From this we can conclude whether they would have seen our message or not;

5. Finally, if you are able to see a particular action taking place at the other end (which you communicated in your message) you can conclude safely that your message did reach them in time.

In most of the cases, the fact remains that the recipients never acknowledge the messages.

Let's continue to do our very best to inspire our Team by all means!!

First of all, one has to be courageous to enter into any business.

If you are shy you will not be able to prosper in your business.

Just assume, you are a Trainer and you need to conduct Training courses for the Corporate Sector. Will it help if you are shy?

SFI is like any other business. Lot of efforts is required to build the Team, grow and succeed.

If you are shy and avoid speaking to people, how can you build a Team? How can you grow? How can you succeed?

To over come this:

1. Under go Training Courses, Personality Development Programs etc;
2. Learn to interact with people step by step;
3. Develop your confidence level over a period of time;
4. Start mingling with a small group in events, family functions, office meetings, etc;
5. Start conversations with strangers;
6. Smile & say Hi to any one you encounter every day

By doing all these, you will grow in confidence & one day you will find there is no shyness left in you, at all.

This is how one can over come one's shyness.

Remaining shy will not help at all.

If you are unable to come out of it, then interact with people invisibly, meaning over Phone, IM messenger, E-Mails, Chat Lines, etc.

All it requires to do the above is simple knowledge to operate your computer system. You need not be an internet savvy. If you operate it regularly, you will grow in confidence. You can learn new things by reading enough books on the subject.
