What's the best way to advertise the TCards to motivate prospective PRM's to play Eager Zebra games?

I'm not sure how to answer this question because I don't understand why anyone would want PRMs to play the Eager Zebra Games when they can get drawn into the PriceBender Auctions or starting their own TripleClicks store, both of which are going to result in greater income for the person distributing the cards. A PRM who gets addicted to the auctions is going to buy more T-Credits, which mean commissions on the purchase, and a PRM who starts listing items and generates sales provides commissions for the person who referred him or her... and will also need more T-Credits to list more items. Those two choices seem to be bigger winners than motivating people to use their six T-Credits to gamble on prizes of more T-Credits. In all likelihood, six games, and they're done. On the other hand, motivate them toward the money, and by definition, you succeed.

Is it wise to offer non-SFI related incentives to my CSAs and PSAs? For example, create a standing order and get a free DVD?

If you have an incentive to offer, particularly one that helps your PSAs and CSAs succeed even more (like when I design business cards for mine), you should definitely offer it. Ideally, your incentive should provide value without too much expense. After all, if you spend five dollars rewarding an action that earns you two dollars in commissions and bonues, you just lost money in the process.

Keywords are nowhere near as useful as key *phrases*. Few people search on single words, unless they're very specific, unlike words like "success" or "business," which would draw from too many different sources. That's also one of the reasons why I don't target my own key phrases at the hypersaturated world of internet business income--too many people are already doing it.
Instead, I'll focus my attention on other audiences I already know, like artists (who might want "free gallery space" that can be provided through TripleClicks) bloggers who want to "profit from internet traffic" coming to their website. Now, obviously, for those, I'm not sending them directly to my gateway--I'm writing to them on *my* blog, convincing them first, and then sending them to sign up with SFI. The result, however, allows for more and more persuasion.

How do Eager Zebra games factor in to building a successful SFI business?

At present, Eager Zebra games primarily factor into promoting TripleClicks by encouraging those who buy from you to buy T-Credits. Games like Pick The Price have the additional advantage of encouraging activity in the Auctions, which also means the expenditure of T-Credits. T-Credits are a great mode for sales because there is no shipping involved and they can be used immediately, so if your customers like games, this can be a great way to earn commissions.
Where are the best places and what are the best ways to get answers about SFI?

I know that if I need an answer about SFI itself quickly, the fastest way to find most of what I need is through the "Reference" tab. The more nuanced the information I need, however, like ideas related to SFI marketing strategy or what people might think about certain processes, I would go to my sponsor and co-sponsor, my a2a friends, and the forum.

I'm not entirely sure why you ask this question because W3 and S-Builder are not exclusive to each other: Wave3 is mostly a TripleClicks branding outreach that offers many free benefits and a few potential cash incentives for bringing people into the Wave3 program, while S-Builder is an advertising co-op that increases your potential downline. Because the Wave3 kit is free save for shipping, it's worth participating in both because each adds to your business.
However, let's consider the unlikely situation in which somebody is holding a gun to your head and forcing you to choose one or the other. If money is no object, go for S-Builder because you can use it to build a deep downline that you can train and earn from. If, on the other hand, your funds are highly limited, then take advantage of Wave3.
I personally take advantage of both. I hope that helps clarify the difference between the two, at the very least.

How can I motivate and inspire my team using my SFI Leadership Page?

Motivation and inspiration come by showing your team how to succeed, and you can do that by talking about how you have succeeded. Tell them about how you've used your Pricebenders auctions to find bargain products to resell. Show them how you promoted links online and how they resulted in sales and income. Show them how you've built your ECA store and made money as products sold.
In a very real sense, Leadership is about going first. Go first. Lead. Your success will motivate and inspire them.

I have a Fast-Track lapel pin. How best to use it to attract sign-ups into SFI?

Probably the easiest way for your Fast-Tract lapel pin for you to work is to *wear it* when you're out doing your SFI recruiting practices: dropping off fliers, distributing gift cards, or otherwise promoting SFI and TripleClicks. Its purpose, as with any emblem, really, is to draw people's curiosity, at which point you can tell people how you managed to acquire it.

If one approach to attract new affiliates isn't working, there are really only two viable options:
1) Fix what isn't working in your approach, or
2) Change your approach entirely.
Some people might suggest using PSA services offered in TripleClicks, while others will tell you to focus on networking with others in realtime and drawing affiliates face-to-face. I do a combination of the two. What are you currently doing? I would need to know that to give more specific advice.

Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

How I would answer that question would depend on the PSA:
If your PSA is qualifying as Team Leadder by maintaining a large network of his or her own EA2s or better, and they are rating him or her highly, then he or she is moving at the right pace and is going to be highly successful as a Team Leader. This particular affiliate should be applauded and advised to continue.
If your PSA is qualifying as a Team Leader by racking up VersaPoints by being active, testing out different strategies and products in a way that is sustainable for him or her, it's an earnest attempt at a strong start, and this should be encouraged.
If, on the other hand, the PSA is just throwing money at sales with no strong idea of what he or she is doing, and is essentially exhausting his or herself in a way that is *not* sustainable, then in this case, it makes sense to advise the PSA in question to slow down and rethink strategy.
