For a Successful SFI Business we need to have a strong, active and motivated Team. How can we do all these & support the Team Members?

Quite often I read, " How to be an awesome Sponsor?"

I would like to share some of the best points I gathered from there:

I would conclude:

B. These are applicable to me first, as a Leader. I try and speak to my Team Members quite often. It enables me to understand their circumstances/feelings, etc.

The Banyan Tree remains Strong amidst fierce storms. How? It has the support of too many strong aerial roots from its branches.

Same way, if we do not have a strong supporting Team how is it possible to stand on our own legs??

When you go on a vacation you can enable the Vacation Mode in SFI System and it reads as follows:

This can be done.

During a vacation, I certainly assume that you will carry either of your Smart Phone or Lap Top. If you stay in a reasonably good Hotel it will have facilities like Internet Cafe or Wi-FI,etc.

You can inquire about these facilities when you check-in and try to log in to your SFI Account and carry out activities so that you will not lose anything. You will also stay connected with your Team Members.

Before you go on a vacation, there is nothing wrong if you keep your down lines (Team Members) informed. You can also send them an individual mail encouraging them to continue with their SFI Activities on a Daily Basis during your absence with an assurance that you are always available on phone for assistance if any required by any of them.

During your vacation, you can still speak to them through your Mobile Phone inquiring their well being, etc.

All these will make your team feel secured & will certainly show them your sincerity and how serious you are about SFI Business in general and their Growth in particular.

Little things like these will go a long way in building relationships & bonding thus established will help in building a successful business venture.

There is no need to analyze all these things at all when you get some one as your down line.

SFI Business is very simple. If you help your affiliates to know the SFI Rules of Success and ensure they follow them regularly they will become better performers quickly.

Other than this, I do not think we need to know their skills that can help them become stars in SFI. This business is all about Building the Team with Strong and Active Down Lines, & support promotion & sale of TC Products. If this is ensured, I can guarantee that every affiliate will be a star here.

Much depends on the performance & achievements of you - the Sponsor. If you demonstrate that you are bright Star that can motivate your affiliates to become a "Sun" and not just a Star.

A Leader has to lead by his own example so that the Team Members will be inspired to follow suit.

Gery and SFI had provided everything transparently. All we need it is just to read/understand/follow/achieve and guide our Team too do the same.

This business is very simple. There is no point in complicating it by breaking our heads on unwanted things.

Before trying to understand what TC Products, a person might be interested in, please be familiar with:

1. The categories of Products being offered by TC Stores;
2. Type of Products available under each category;
3. Products allowed to be imported under your country;
4. Free shipping products;
5. Assessable value of the products at your local customs;
6. Import duties involved;
7. Final Landing cost of the products;
8. How does the final price compare with the local product?
9. Is there any cost saving?
10.If the difference is big, affordable or negligible?
11.The VPs associated with the Products;
12. Delivery period including the lead time;

Once you are familiar with these basic information, you will be in a better position to take it up with your "Prospects".

Try to understand the "Prospects" to whom you are trying to introduce the products.

Have a gathering of your Family Members/Relatives, Friends, Colleagues, etc in groups on a specific Holiday;

1. Introduce your JMT Gateway;
2. Make people view it.
3. Answer their questions to the best of your abilities;
4. Introduce TC Stores;
5. Give a brief explanation of products;
6. Show the advantages;
7. Explain how it will benefit them if they become an Affiliate & a TC Member;

10. See their reaction; Use your wisdom & need be
