I describe TripleClicks as the World's Biggest Online Flea Market--here in the United States, a "flea market" is a sort of bazaar or trade center where anyone can get a table and sell their goods. Well, that's what our ECA stores essentially are. People get intrigued by the varieties of unique items and deals available here, and it's brief enough that people can remember it and get excited about it.

There are many reasons why affiliates become inactive shortly after joining SFI, and one or two of these may shock you:

1) Roughly 90% of the affiliates that sign up come into this through traffic exchanges or safelists and get intrigued by a free opportunity to make money... up until the point where they realize that this requires some actual time spent *working* and *learning*, in addition to additional (optional) expense in the form of Standing Orders and other marketing tools.

There are all sorts of common mistakes that relate to creating SFI ads, starting with mass-mailing ads everywhere, but I'm mostly going to focus on ad creation itself for my response:

1) Whether text is embedded in graphics or not, it is important to use avoid spelling and grammar errors unless you want your audience to make assumptions that you either (a) don't know any better or (b) just don't care. I've seen too many ads that confuse "it's" and "its" or "your"

How do I advertise if I want to reach a specific target group?

If you're going to reach your specific target group with your ads, you need to do two things:

1) Put your ads in a place where that target group will see it, and
2) Place ads that speak to your target group's desires.

For example, suppose you wanted to encourage stay-at-home moms to become your PSAs. Those ads would do very well on popular parenting or homeschooling sites. For that audience, you would want to speak to the mom's ability to watch her kids while earning

When a person joins SFI, I would consider the following items most important:

1) Do the Getting Started actions right away because they help him or her set up an account and a relationship with his or her sponsor.

2) Start getting a feel for the different tabs in the "Home" area because these are the most commonly used places to visit to learn about the site.

3) Begin focusing on one aspect of learning the site. I would suggest the Launchpad lessons

Sites like LinkedIn can provide you with a way to find people looking for new professions and new ways to use their skills; if you are active on LinkedIn, you can encourage the people you meet there to become part of your downline, and as your affiliates, they *become* your business. It's really that simple. You're there to encourage successful people to succeed with you.

The most obvious advantage of the Pricebenders auctions comes in being able to, potentially, purchase items well below retail price, and I'm sure that many of the answers will focus on this fact. However, there are additional advantages that make them worth using every day.

First and foremost you get a single VersaPoint for each and every bid, up to 500 bids a month, so they can be a good way to increase your ranking gradually throughout a given month. I've been known to speculate

How can I use Skype and YouTube to promote SFI and TripleClicks?

Skype works well both as a messaging service and a place for training--with enough effort toward coordination, a person can even run a training webinar from Skype. It also provides a method for reaching out to your entire social network, although admittedly, using the messenger in sch a manner may cause some of your less-business-oriented parts of your network to "tune out." By comparison, YouTube provides a static way for people, including strangers, to opt in to your message, and as

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Nobody is born a leader. You can have an inborn instinct to help others succeed, and that will help you to *become* a leader. It's entirely possible to become an SFI Team Leader on points alone, certainly, but I would hope the *real* question is "How do I become a GOOD SFI Team Leader?"

Now, there's plenty of writing on that here, under "Being an Awesome Sponsor," and there are people who will point you toward "Duplication," and while those documents are

Fear of success is a major problem for many people. How do you get past this with your team members?

"Fear of success" is essentially a fear of change--if you reach your goals, you have to find new goals and change your pursuits. Change takes people out of their comfort zones, and as someone who coaches people for part of his living, I can tell you that many people are often more willing to stick with familiar problems than they are to consider a better life without them. It's frustrating.

The solution here starts with an action that very few people take with their team members:
