Once any one joins SFI, the focus should be to become an Executive Affiliate in the first month itself and retain it in the succeeding months.

In fact, becoming an EA in the two months after joining is quite easy. Once you become an EA & remain an EA every month - you have something to demonstrate, when you look for PSAs. Your JMT Gateway should do the talking on your behalf.

Even after becoming an EA, there is no need to go for paid advertising. There are lots of websites where you can present your SFI Gateway free of cost. Just try them and see the results.

Please try to speak to your Close friends, family members, relatives and colleagues
about SFI. Word of mouth is the best, easiest and free of cost advertisement method
one can indulge in.

In short, try to explore & exhaust all available free means of advertising, after joining SFI Business. Try to build the down line this way. Preserve the money to the best of your abilities. Use it wisely.

Conclusion:

1. Initially, do not use the funds for advertising.
2. Use free channels to bring in PSAs. Help them to be strong and active;

I will rephrase the question like this:

How do our PSAs and CSA know how serious we are (as their Sponsors and Co-Sponsors) that we are serious about helping them build a successful SFI Business?

I am forced to do this.

Quite often I find our fellow members mention that they do not hear anything at all from their Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, etc.

There has been very many successful stories here (in SFI) from many Members how they left SFI earlier only to come back after few years, start all over again and emerge as top performers.

These inspiring stories are all pointers to us that we should not give up on any one (of our Team Members) just because they seem to be inactive presently.

But, still:

1. When we see their names appearing in " Movers " continuously

OR

2. When we visit their VP Ledger and find their status

OR

3. When we see their participation in Forum

OR

4. When we see their names appearing in Winner's List in Daily Grand/T-Time/Games etc

OR

5. When we see their names appearing in Winner's List in Auctions

OR

6. When we see their posts in Stream

We can conclude that they are very much interested & serious about their SFI Business.

These are all pointers for us:

- to get on seriously to remain connected with them regularly;
- to motivate them sincerely; &
- to assure them of our unconditional support.


When we do these, we are assured of: Success & Continuous Growth of the Team!!

At the same time, if we do not hear from any of the CSAs or PSAs - There is nothing to worry & Nothing great could be done about it EXCEPT encourage them through all available modes of communication to do activities regularly.

After all these, we can do only one thing: Remain with Hope to see them back actively!!!

MOVERS is the first place of information from where we can know who are all active in our Team in the last 7 Days.

Once we know who are active and inactive then we have to visit the VP Ledger of inactive Members to understand their status.

Once the status is known all we have to do is, Start the process of motivating them Immediately:

- Through Personal Meetings; (where ever possible);

- Through Phone Calls;

- Through E-Mails;

- Through PSA/CSA Mailer;

- Through Stream Posts;

- Through SMS;

- Through Chat (if available))

If we are able to activate them through any of these it's a very good First Step, for the Team as such, in the Right direction.

From there, it will be easy to help every one to build the Team & Write the Success story!!

This is how any one and every one in SFI can maximize the business by building a strong and active Team by effectively using the " MY MOVERS" as well as other form of Channels from where we can get wealth of information!!!

Cold calling is soliciting potential customers who were not expecting to speak with you. It's a kind of canvassing with strangers.

It's emotionally demanding. It can bring out, most of the times, the worst of negative reactions from the called people.

It can result in verbal abuse, threats, etc. It requires lot of patience to indulge in cold calling. It can be basically for a sales person who is in a hurry.

The other prospecting methods like E-Mail, Social Media, etc, etc can be quite effective. However, they take too much time to move someone from a lead to a customer.

Another thing to remember is, basically, cold calling is not for making a sale. It is simply a technique to make the prospect agree for a meeting. It is to make your prospect "interested". They are not interested in what you sell. They may feel your "Wasting their time".

When you make a call, your time duration to have an effective conversation is very limited. If you don't make it interesting you will be a failure.

Some of the best tips gathered from Top Notch Gurus in this field, to have an effective cold calling, are:

1. The Goal: To have an appointment with your "Prospective PSA";
2. Try to understand the back ground of the people that you try to call - Try to know
their profession, interest, etc. This will help during the conversation;
3. Organize your thoughts & avoid common mistakes prior to calling; Have the List
of people to be called specifically;
4. Always start your conversation with a greeting and an introduction.
5. Have a detailed Note to answer questions;
6. Fix an appointment at a specific time - Don't give them chances to reject you;
7. Be friendly with the person who picks up the phone when you call;
8. Do not assume that "your prospect alone will answer your call ";
9. Be sure to make calls early in the morning to catch the right person at home,
meaning the decision maker;
10.Finally, if the results are not encouraging, do not feel bad about it. Do remember

what you offered.
11. Leave your contact information - They may come back to you in future.

I don't think you can do anything constructive by knowing an Affiliate's profile.

For example, if an affiliate profile says he is good at acting, or playing instruments will it be of any help to the Sponsor. Certainly not. There is nothing much one can draw out of an Affiliate's profile.

Within a matter of few days of joining, you will know by experience, whether the Affiliate is really serious, or just joined SFI out of curiosity, etc. If you see him regularly in your Movers then please get serious about him and help him to gather the requisite points to become EA that month.

You can guide him on what are all the Actions to be performed immediately, what can be carried forward for next month so that it will be easier for him to become/remain EA in the first 2 months of joining.

If he performs with all seriousness, you will know it like he starts building his own team, asking questions about become TL, etc.

Please work with closely. Please keep encouraging him regularly. Please stay in touch with him if possible through phone (whatsapp, skype, etc). In short, please remain a source of inspiration to him through your achievements and consistent performance.

At the appropriate time, gift him with TCredits/Re-assigning performing PSAs/Gift Certificates, etc.

Do remember - As Sponsors, our job is to teach/guide/train/assist/support and help our Team to Grow and succeed with us. Our success too depends on their growth and performance. They are not our subordinates. They are also independent contractors like us.

When we support them with genuine concern, care and compassion they will certainly off to a good start & become successful in SFI.
