People will not trust a person who achieved nothing but eggs on others to follow him.

Same thing is applicable to SFI Business.

Once any one joins SFI, the focus should be to become an Executive Affiliate in the first month itself and retain it in the succeeding months.

I will rephrase the question like this:

How do our PSAs and CSA know how serious we are (as their Sponsors and Co-Sponsors) that we are serious about helping them build a successful SFI Business?

I am forced to do this.

Quite often I find our fellow members mention that they do not hear anything at all from their Sponsor and Co-Sponsor, etc.

MOVERS is the first place of information from where we can know who are all active in our Team in the last 7 Days.

Once we know who are active and inactive then we have to visit the VP Ledger of inactive Members to understand their status.

Help them to grow by:

1. Guiding;
2. Encouraging;
3. Teaching (where necessary)

so that they will be able to know everything about:

1. SFI;
2. Opportunities available to earn;
3. Means to gather VersaPoints;

You can inspire them by your Performance & Achievements; For, a leader leads by his own example.

Cold calling is soliciting potential customers who were not expecting to speak with you. It's a kind of canvassing with strangers.

It's emotionally demanding. It can bring out, most of the times, the worst of negative reactions from the called people.

It can result in verbal abuse, threats, etc. It requires lot of patience to indulge in cold calling. It can be basically for a sales person who is in a hurry.

I don't think you can do anything constructive by knowing an Affiliate's profile.

For example, if an affiliate profile says he is good at acting, or playing instruments will it be of any help to the Sponsor. Certainly not. There is nothing much one can draw out of an Affiliate's profile.

Within a matter of few days of joining, you will know by experience, whether the Affiliate is really serious, or just joined SFI out of curiosity, etc.
