Any business venture takes time to produce results. SFI business is no exception!!

Please go back to your Goal which you set at the time of joining SFI.

Please calmly think what went wrong, where, etc and what remedial measures to be taken now, so that everything will fall in place.

Please try to introduce at least 3 - 5 capable people (whom you know personally from the family or the friends circle) and sail along with them by guiding them on a day to day basis until they can stand on their own legs.

Make every one (including your CSAs) understand that Patience, Perseverance and Duplication are key factors to be successful in SFI business!!

When we carry out all these activities systematically, I personally believe that success is not far away from us!! All the very best for a glorious career here!!!

Personally I believe that before introducing any one, we should thoroughly explain about SFI business.

We should also know and understand the back ground, support of the family, attitude, etc of the person whom we try to introduce to SFI Business.

Till such time the person becomes an Executive Affiliate (even after that also) we should continue to stay in touch with him regularly, possible speak to him personally and motivate him so that he will be highly encouraged to continue with SFI Business.

We should show proof of our growth and success in SFI and we should explain how the same was achieved over a period of time(and not just like that)!!

In short, we should lead by our own example so that our down lines will be highly inspired to carry on duly understanding that patience, perseverance and duplication are key factors to be successful in SFI Business!!!

When the shop remains closed business is impossible and money making is ruled out. Isn't it??

Same way, unless we " log in " every day, we will not be able to enter our business site and carry out routine works.

The results:

1. we will not be able to read, understand all about SFI Business;
2. We miss the opportunity to do activities & earn Versa Points;
3. Missing Versa Points will delay reaching the next leadership level;
4. By not reaching the next leadership level hampers our earning potential;
5. If we don't see monetary benefits in time, we will only be frustrated, blame it on
system, people and the Organization and ultimately will quit!!

When we explain all these calmly I am sure that people will understand the importance of logging in at the SFI Affiliate Center every day.

In fact, the moment we join the Family of SFI, we tend to ask this ourselves - What should be my long term goal here?

As the proverb says, " every long journey begins with a single first step" !!.

Same way, when we joined SFI we did indicate what our long goal is: For me it is improving the standard of my living.

In order to achieve it, I decided, I should have short term goals - YES Precisely I did it. How?

1. I set myself the target of becoming a Bronze Team Leader (BTL) within 50 days.
2. I focused my time and energy towards that;
3. My action plan included introducing some of my best friends to SFI within 21 days;
4. I worked towards that;
5. Yes - By performing all these, I achieved my short term goal of becoming BTL very quickly.
6. In the process, 3 of my friends also became Executive Affiliates quickly!!

This now motivates me to move forward with more patience, perseverance and Duplication - the Key Factors to be successful here!!

I am confident I can see results from next month - This is my next Short Term Goal Too!!

We are all in Business.

Every Member of our Team is also in Business. WE are assigned to them as Sponsors and Co-Sponsors (unless they are our own referrals) by SFI with an expectation that we will support them to the best of our abilities so that they too will grow.

Without a strong and active down lines we cannot grow at all.

They have also come into SFI with an aim to grow and earn money.

We do not have a right to criticize any of our Team Members.

Why should we criticize any one? They are not our Employees. We are not paying them. Rather we are the beneficiaries of their efforts.

Our job is only to inspire them to do still better.

They will be inspired only when we show results. Our Badges are the best reflection of our growth for our down lines to see and emulate.

Our E-Mails should always:

1) Reflect our commitment to support them unconditionally so that all of us can grow together.

2) Show our Action Plan to achieve our monthly goals continuously.

3) Should make them feel, " There is indeed a person whom I can always depend"

Finally, if we judge people and try to criticize them (even if we assume they are
"constructive") they have the option to:

1) Move out of out Team and/or
2) Opt out of SFI Business!!

Both are not good for Leaders in general and business in specific!!

There is no fixed time limit that determines building a profitable SFI business.

However, we need to spend some time to do certain Daily activities here. Without doing them we will not be able to gather the valuable VP. For, Every VP is money.

Such being the case, which are all the actions that we can not avoid on a day to day basis?

1) Daily Actions under To Do List
2) Weekly Action;
3) Monthly Action;

Daily Action include Movers List.

We have to study this and from there move on to Genealogy for more understanding of Current Status of the Team Members. Corrective action through:

1) SFI Group Mail;
2) Individual Personal Mail;
3) Encouragement through Phone Calls;
4) Inspiration through SMS;
5) Motivation through Social Media, etc, etc

needs to be done.

For our own growth too, (In terms of reducing expenditure) we need to focus on earning VP, MRP and TC through Games, T-Time Draw, Auctions, etc.

To enrich knowledge and to support fellow SFI Family Members, we need to take part in Forum.

If felt stressful then there are always options to play games!!

Apart from the above, there may be need to go out to meet people for business promotion purpose.

We should enjoy doing all these, on a day to day basis irrespective of the business status.

Conclusion:

1. If SFI business is not a full time business, then one needs at least 2 hours every day to do the above.

2. If you are focusing only on SFI Business, then you can be more flexible in managing your daily time schedules. In such cases, I would suggest spending 3-4 hours every day.

Membership in social sites provides an opportunity to advertise your SFI/TC Gateways and explore ways and means to build your Team.

Linkedin is one of them. Its becoming better and stronger day by day.

Its an on line platform for many people with different professional knowledge and back ground.

It provides an opportunity to its members to share their knowledge, experience, etc on different subjects so that others can benefit.

The other side, Organizations also use this to advertise their requirement. Freshers without any experience also register themselves with hopes to receive opportunities to begin their career.

When you become a member, contribute regularly and talk about SFI duly providing Gateways, interested people will try and make a connection with you. You can also make connections with people of similar or different interest. In short, you get opportunities to know more people.

Conclusion:

1. Once you start knowing more and more people, introduce your JMT and other SFI/TC
Gateways;
2. Who ever is interested, will definitely establish contact with you.
3. Grab the opportunity with your both hands;
4. You stand to lose nothing.
5. If you believe, other social sites like Face Book, etc will be of use to build your SFI
Business, do trust that Linkedin too provides it; No harm in trying it too!!
6. But, do remember that nothing guarantees quality sign ups.

Every Day, I am spending time on SFI Business as follows:

1. To Log in and perform Daily Activity (RED Tabs-including ASK SC ratings)- 60 Minutes

2. Playing Games like KOT, GoldStrek,T-Time,etc,etc (On an average) - 100"

3. Communication, Marketing, Forum etc - 20"

Total - 180"


On certain days, When I will be attending to Answering Questions (in ASK SC), it will take 2 to 3 hours etc depending upon the number of questions & my ability to answer them.

I do not like to analyze the time spent in terms of %age every day.

** How productively I spent my time is very important;

** How the time thus spent helps me to grow together with My Team is more important than
anything else!!!

Have I got the question right? You meant only A2A friends and not your Local Affiliates/friends??

If the question is correct then I would like to know the following:-

1. What is the purpose of this meeting?

2. Do you just want to meet your A2A friends to know them better?

3) Do you want to learn from them by hearing their experience?

4) Do you want to exchange success stories?

5) Do you want to know how to move forward? How to take care of the Team Members? How
to inspire them?

6) Do you want to understand how to grow further with the Team with least cost?

If these are some of the major questions you want to discuss, understand, exchange and put them into action in your local area then please prepare the agenda accordingly.

Thoroughly discuss with your Local Team Members, take their inputs, suggestions, questions, consolidate them with your own inputs/ideas and send them to your A2A friends in time duly seeking their suggestions for improvement including modifications, if any.

Please plan everything by visiting the minutest detail of every point and have a Final plan which should be clear on all aspects like:

1. Date, Time and Duration;
2. Venue;
3. Level of participation - for members and or for members & public;
4. Number of participants;
5. Topics - based on consolidated points already discussed;
6. Who will discuss which topic;
7. Select success stories;
8. Question and Answer session
9. Fun time - Playing EZ Games on a major screen involving the audience;


Covering all the above, please make a detailed Program List & circulate it to Leaders concerned well in advance.

If possible, please prepare a detailed Book covering all the Topics. At the end of the end of the Meeting this can be issued to the participants.

Most Important:

Please discuss all costs involved in conducting an event of this sort. Take the opinion of people concerned. Involve them in the final decision. Need be, collect the amount thus accepted, in advance from participants. No profit motive please.

At the end of the day, every one should leave the place with lot of business promotion ides in mind and happiness in heart by attending the meeting. There should not be any cause of worry to any one. Please pray, plan and ensure the safety of every participant.

There are so many books on this Topic by experienced Gurus. Still, since I also belonged to the Retail Industry, I feel the following will help any one to become a great salesman or saleswoman:

1. Love your job. Do not consider it as a " mere job " or "means of your earning" alone.

2. Put your heart and soul in it.

3. Treat your customers well. Even if the sale is not concluded after hours of explanation and demonstration, do not look at them as "Time Wasters". They will come back at the right moment.

4. Treat every visitor as "Special" and make them feel "Special". Please respect them and show your genuine care and concern for them.

5. Please do not just look for concluding a Sale; Please do not just keep your target of sale in mind and the need to earn certain extra incentives.

6. Allow them to speak/express. Listen to them patiently. Understand their needs. Suggest them alternatives. Help them decide.

7. Do not make them buy a product about which they are not clear. Your Target matters for yourself. But functional requirement matters most for your customers.

8. Live up to their expectations. Do not give blank promises on delivery, installation, service, etc.

9. Do remember, if you fail initially, you will lose them for ever.

10. A bad act or word knowingly or unknowingly done, will spoil not just your ranking but will spoil your Organization's reputation as such.

11. Plan your time efficiently and spend it with your customers judiciously.

12. Attend to complaints quickly. Respond very fast. Give proper solution. Ensure customer satisfaction.

13. Stay in touch with your customers regularly after the initial transaction. Provide them regular information on new arrivals, up grades, offers, etc.

14. Build lasting relationship with them. They may send more buyers to you in future.

15. My Mentor used to say, "When the customer did not buy a product after your hour long explanations, demonstration, etc do not conclude that they rejected you. Its not so. They were not impressed by that particular product. That's all".

16. Finally, be honest and open minded in your approach while dealing with people.
