There's an old legend about the Native American and their relationship with the buffalo they hunted. It was said that when they killed a buffalo, they would use every part of it. Honestly, you can do the same thing here. You can go beyond all the various items that earn you the VersaPoints, like the games, the useful "To Do List," purchasing items in TripleClicks that help you recruit or build a downline. You can directly recruit; you can build a co-op; you can make, buy, or drop-ship items to sell in your own ECA store; you can blog, you can advertise, you can enjoy Wave3 membership; you can go to parties and give out gift cards; you can make music and enter the Artist of the Day contests; you can join a2a and make friends and get useful hints and tips from them; you can hold webinars and teach; you can read all the references and resources and become an Internet Giant.
You get the maximum benefit by using as much as you find beneficial. I can't think of any better way to say it. Don't just use the site--use the HECK out of it!

How can I get my affiliates to see the benefits of playing games like Knockout Trivia so they will play them?

At this time, as far as I know, there are only two major benefits to playing the Eager Zebra games offered on TripleClicks:
1) You earn VersaPoints for each game you play, and
2) You can win T-Credits.
Recently, leader boards have been added, but aside from an ego-boost, I don't see that as a real benefit. Personally, only the first of these holds any real interests for me because the Action VP tend to be the handiest, and any T-Credits you might win are not guaranteed.
Honestly, though, I see the games as being more for any PRMs--affiliates need to be doing things that directly earn them money or add to their networks. Concentrate on building their success, and they can play in their free time.

Are you planning to use the new JMT Gateway...and will you recommend it to your team? Why or why not?

Every tool that SFI provides has its place, and that includes the JMT Gateway. Each affiliate will need to experiment with how well it works for him or her. Once I've figured out how to use it most effectively, you can be sure I will explain what I do with the new gateway to my team because doing that is part of our goal of duplicating our knowledge and training our teams.
Which helps my SFI business the most...playing Eager Zebra games or bidding on Pricebenders auctions?

Everything involving SFI relates to your strategy in the way you develop your business, so let's break down the advantages of each. Because both earn you VP, that feature happens either way.
With Eager Zebra Games...
* You can win T-Credits that you can use to place member listings and enter more auctions and/or games.
* Pick the Price can improve your ability to understand bidding strategies on the auctions.
With Pricebenders Auctions...
* You can win merchandise that you can list in your stores.
* You can win PSAs, CSAs, or other tools that can directly build your business.
I use each sparingly, myself; I'm too impatient for many auctions, and I'm not keen on guessing games, which (so far) all the games are. I've had limited success with each, and I still use each. Your mileage may vary.

Which is better...doing two separate blogs about SFI and TripleClicks...or a single blog about BOTH?

Keep in mind that I come at this as a writer--I love writing, and I love helping people edit their copy. I would say that it's better to do as many blogs as you can enjoy writing than anything else. You can always tie in SFI and TripleClicks to any subject.
Fishing: "I bought this great lure at TripleClicks..."
Environmental Issues: "I've been working on reducing my carbon footprint, and TripleClicks has these great biodegradable cleaning products...'
Social Networking: "Compared to Facebook, I love talking with my friends on SFI--they're so much more motivated!"
When you write about subjects that excite you, people want to hear more about the fun you're having... and they're more likely to be motivated when they click through to your various links. People love feeling good, and that's what your blog is really there to do. That said, sure! Have blogs specific to SFI and TripleClicks, too! They're both great topics... but as long as you enjoy writing, enjoy writing. You'll have an even better experience here, and a better experience will always reap better results.

What is the most important goal you've set for your SFI business and why?

My most important goal for my SFI business doesn't relate to the "Goals" tab at all:
Try out a new form of promotion every month.
The reason this is the most important goal is because the Internet is constantly changing, and we need to adapt our approaches with it. Do not expect what works today to work tomorrow. Stagnation means failure.
Which is better to pursue...CSAs or PSAs?

It seems like many people are asking what are "false binary questions." CSAs and PSAs are not an either/or. CSAs come to you as you build your network anyway, though, so I do not pursue them unless I think I can catch a good deal on an auction. PSAs are what can build a stronger income for you, though, because you earn larger commissions on them and you get VP Matching in the Executive Pool from your extended downline. You can do that much more, as a result, with your PSAs. However, even as a co-sponsor, you will be assisting in training (and it's always worth staying in touch), so you will be pursuing both.

Is it worth it to keep sending supportive emails to PSAs and CSAs who have 0 VP and been inactive for weeks or months?

I believe it is worth talking with everyone at least once, and that includes the "second-home" CSAs and inactive PSAs that your sponsor might give you. I have occasionally been surprised by getting some response back, even if it proved short-lived at times, but it certainly doesn't hurt to include them.
Sometimes, it's just a question of finding the right tactic for talking to someone. I have even sparked some conversation by urging these people toward OPTING OUT--some people respond best to shockingly-frank honesty: "If you're not going to do anything here, you might as well opt out, save yourself from more e-mail, and save me the trouble of pretending to care about someone who doesn't really want to succeed."

How can I win a Pricebenders auction?

Every auction is about outlasting your opponents; with these "penny auctions," the challenge becomes how many credits are you willing to spend in order to get the item, and how long are you willing to stay at the computer, watching the bids go in. There is, however, an optimal strategy that will get you the best deal:
1) Choose low-traffic times to attempt the auctions. High-traffic times will produce too many bids and thus raise the price too much.
2) Wait until literally the last second before bidding, when the timer reads, "Going once... going twice...," so that other, more impatient bidders take the bulk of the expense.
Doing those two things will spare the most expense and give you the best deal when you *do* win. Other than that, winning is just a question of spending good TCredits after bad.

Text Ad Exchanges or Safelists...which is best and why?

Safelists, Text Ad Exchanges, and other sorts of traffic exchanges all have the same problem: They're advertisers advertising at each other, clicking on links or buttons or banners to earn credits without any real desire to invest in anything else. Sure, you might get few people who show just enough curiosity to investigate, but then you get the general attrition atop that. Some might describe this as cynicism... and it is.
I find that the best way to advertise is to do so where there's an actual chance to meet new people, like through a blog or other more entertaining site; I have even been known to advertise in print media in more exciting publications. The results are far more interesting.
