Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?

Without duplication, your business won't be sustainable. You will be the only one doing all the work and all the advertising and it would become almost impossible to ever grow it into anything bigger. So you'd basically be stuck at the bottom and have no way or ever making it to higher level.

Duplication is like having several sets of hands. The more people you teach to duplicate your efforts the more sets of hands you'll have and the faster your business will grow.

Good question. For me it's when a person gives of their time and doesn't act like it's a burden when someone has a lot of questions. Also when they are well versed and took the time to learn their own way around before they started recruiting a lot of people.

A2a Isn't really for support and assistance. We have the Support Desk, forum, sponsors and cosponsors for this. A2a is really more for brainstorming, making friends, and getting to know people. It also helps to alleviate boredom and gives you a way to kick back and have fun chatting with others and getting to know each other.

What are the benefits of using an auto-responder system in SFI...or should I not use one?

SFI makes it easy to contact your downline once you have one, but there are always benefits in using a good autoresponder. For one thing, you could set up a simple leadcapture page with an autoresponder form and get the emails and other information from people who take a look at SFI so that you can send followup email every few days. I've tried them all pretty much and for me it's the coop manager. And before I confuse someone, I'd like to take the opportunity to let you know that this is something entirely different from the Sbuilder Coop. This is a coop run by you with advertising you're doing to help your team.

This is how I started. Each person is different but as a rule, I recommend starting out with Wave3. You get some free tcredits you can use to start listing products, plus it gives you offline marketing tools you need to be able to go out and find people who are looking for ways to make money from home.

Once you get your free stuff, you will get a bumper sticker. If you have a car you need to put it in a visible area and stand by the car (or truck) and have someone take a picture of you.

I would include a professional looking photo of yourself, your full name, phone number and the Aim High Dream Big quote. Also mention your rank in SFI and a url for the gateway you wish to use.

If you have your own domain that's even better. Set up a simple webpage on your own domain or use a file on your domain to create a subdomain.

Outside of your downline, what is the best way to get WAVE3 signups?

Good question. You could advertise your Wave3 gateway on all the traffic exchanges, safelists and classified and sites you're already using.

But before I did that I would use a link cloaker and shortener to track and shorten your link so you can easily remember them, then also use this link on your business cards that were sent to you when you joined Wave3. Visit a few consignment shops and second hand stores in your area and ask to speak with the manager.

How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?

If you are in close touch with your downline members, you should be able to send them a team mail and have them go to your leadership page and let you know if they intend to enter your contests. If you don't hear something right away, give it a day or two and send them another e-mail.

I always let my downline members know that unless they enter they can't win. And if only one or two enter, then I just give them the winnings. After all they were the only ones who took the time to follow
