By coming and asking here, you've made your all important first step. I'm assuming you have already sought a mentor through your upline and have failed to find a suitable candidate. You have asked a very important question here. By asking this question, you have given many of us the chance to explain to new affiliates the importance of sticking with it and logging in daily doing a little more each day to reach their goal.

Are you aware of the business funnel?

You can have 100 000 people coming in the top (people who see your site or people who you approach). Out of those people you may only get 10 people who sign up to your program.

I explain to my Personally Sponsored Affiliates(PSAs) the value of VersaPoints(vp); they are like gold dust so don't squander them all in the first month.

It may be better to advise them to do enough just to attain Executive Affiliate(EA) rank in the first month. Make sure this includes completing the Launchpad and re-reading it to become familiar with the business. It is also important to advise them that it is not necessary

Firstly, I would ensure I tool advantage of the Fast-Track badge and VersaPoints. You can never get those VersaPoints or Badge again. When I started, I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of information laid out before me which is why I tell all my new recruits to focus on three buttons under their profile: Start, SFI Basics and Launchpad.

Hi Marlene,

The best is not necessarily the fastest and vice versa. It is also true to say that what is best for you may not be best for me. Once you've discovered which method you're most comfortable with, you find your skills will greatly improve.

If you're more at home with advertising rather then recruiting or setting up a store, you will find that-as time goes on-your skills improve and this becomes not only your best way but also your fastest way of making money.
