SFI being an international company, naturally English alone can be expected as the Main language for communication. However, the following options are available to communicate effectively both with SFI & your Team.

1. Using the Translator facility provided by SFI. There are very good sites that help in
Translating English text in to various other languages and vise versa. Please do a
Google search and you will be able to find them or Try these:

2. Taking part in your Country’s Forum .

3. Reassigning the PSAs to a performing PSA of their country, in your Team.

4. Exchanging CSAs of other countries with CSAs of your country through the CSA
exchange program provided by SFI.

5. Create A2A friends from countries, from where you have your majority of team members, and seek their help on specific issues.

6. In case English is the problem for you to communicate, if you are so committed to
SFI business for a long term, then its better to learn the language from now onwards.
Again, there are Free Tutorials available in the net which you can make use of.

7. Alternative will be, if you have institutes that offer English Communication courses in
your Country, you can join them. It will help a lot.

Finally, please strive to introduce more people from your Own Country/Region/Area which can effectively help you to build your Team quickly.

Every LSC has has at least 5 levels of competition. It offers different types of prizes ranging from Products to TCredits to the winners.

In essence, it makes every one realize that Team Building is vital to grow and succeed and that duplication means compensation.

Having understood this, how can you make your Team participate more in this LC?

1. First of all, as a Leader, you should lead by your own example;
2. You have to:

a) Introduce many PSAs and ensure most of them remain strong and active;
b) Educate them about SFI Rules of Success;
c) Help them to build their own Team through S-Builder Co-Op, reassigning your active PSAs, etc;
d) Inspire them through your performance & achievements;
e) Motivate them through incentives, gift certificates, etc

3. You can explain to them about SFI Compensation Plan in detail and show them how Team Building will help them achieve their goals.

4. At this point of time, you can start speaking about LSC and the opportunities it provides every one to build the team with more and more active people and the benefits associated with it;

Since the purpose is to recruit SFI affiliates and TripleClicks members, it would be ideal if you keep the questions generally the readers will be asking and provide answers in your Blog.

You assume that they will ask, “What is TripleClicks and what is its background? And what will I gain by registering there?”. If you provide details for these assumed questions the visitors will be curious to visit your Blog again and again.

Identify an easy to remember key word phrase which can be the title of your Blog. This can serve as a tool to drive more traffic to your blog or site.

Fill your Blog with valuable content so that reader will be more curious. Articles on “ how to dispose of unwanted goods free”?, “ How to indulge in Transfer Buying”, “How to become an ECA”, etc. will boost traffic to your Blog. The conversion rate will be quite high as you will have repeat readers.

Do not start a Blog and leave it in the middle. Keep up dating it according to a clear time frame. Lack of time should not be a reason for not up dating your Blog regularly. Once you see more readers, you should focus on quality articles and products while writing about SFI and TripleClicks.

Always write sincerely and from your own experience. Do not give any false information either on the products or on the services being provided by SFI and TripleClicks.

Keep your Blog informal. Provide brief details about Gery and how the organization was built and where does it stand today, and how easy its to communicate with Gery, etc. This will talk volumes of the human face of SFI and TripleClicks. Provide testimonials of Team Members or others from SFI or TripleClicks. Introduce more and more attractive products being sold by TripleClicks/ECAs and do not forget to provide links that bear your SFI ID.

Make lot of questions which should seek answers from your readers easily. Provide ample opportunities and provide rewards for good answers. Allow people to share your Blogs in other areas of their interest like social media, etc by providing the “Share” icon. This can enhance the probability of more readers from other Blogs to your Blogs. Provide counter to indicate number of visitors to your Blog.

6. Create a small group of your promising affiliates together, form a group and then move on with providing training to them. Do not waste your time on every one in your down line.

7. Then request every one in your chosen group to Register in a social media platform you all already decided and help every one to make their profile there. This will create working knowledge for them to follow later.

8. Again, on your part, it is most important that you made them realize the purpose of your training and that they are fully aware of everything about SFI and TripleClicks.

9. As they put all the training in to effective placement in the chosen social media platform, monitor their progress regularly and guide them for corrections or modifications or any updates required.

The one thing many affiliates struggle with most is they do not know how to get started after signing up.

Since joining is free, many of them just sign up. Then they feel they all at "C" not knowing what to do, how to proceed further and whom to contact.

The moment I get a notification of a new PSA, immediately I send a Welcome E-Card where in I will:

1. Congratulate them for joining SFI in general and my team in specific;
2. Introduce myself as their Sponsor; &
3. Ask them in what way I can help them immediately;

Most of the time, I will receive no reply from them and it will never deter me from communicating with them again.

I will send a mail requesting them to:

1. Read SFI Basics
2. Launchpad Lessons every day; &
3. Explain what should be done to score 1500 VP and become EA

Following this, I will send an E-Card on Tips where keeping their status in mind, I will try to give them appropriate tips which are need based and case specific.

This is how I keep following up with them in the initial days.

I will never indulge in bombarding them with so many messages. The emphasis will be on logging in to their account and complete actions as defined in the To Do List on a daily basis.

I always urge them to:

1. Know SFI Rules of Success;
2. Follow them in both letter and spirit;
3. Get back to me any time they like for any clarifications; &
4. Will always react immediately.

Conclusion:

In sum and substance, not knowing how and where to begin and get started is the biggest problem being faced by new affiliates. Realizing this fully, I communicate with them giving specific and clear tips so that they will move forward with lot of optimism and enthusiasm.

A good listener will be able to understand the situation correctly and give correct and concrete guidance with appropriate words so that the other person will derive confidence and courage and will be able to move on with hope and optimism.

1. Whether on line or off line one has to have patience to listen to the other person.
2. You should not interrupt while the other person is talking.
3. You should be fully attentive to what you are hearing.
4. You should not be judge mental of the other person;
5. You should maintain absolute privacy of what is being shared;
6. You should not attend to your other works while listening to a particular person;
7. You can ask questions to understand the person better;
8. Demonstrate that you care for that person;
9. Very important is to have a follow up dialog with that person;

1. When your Team Member seeks something from you, allow him to complete what exactly

1. DD Program involves 2 ways commitments.

a) Commitment from the Sponsor to the Designated Diamond; &
b) Commitment from the DD to the Sponsor;

All these were introduced with an intention to help every affiliate to grow and succeed here. If this is understood with more clarity then every one will grab the opportunities with both hands and start working with great plans and strategies to achieve set goals.

In order to have an effective and result oriented website, you must:

1. Load it with interesting contents. Create articles that can make your readers visit your site
again and again.

2. Create a huge readers following with quality posts on a regular basis. Keep updating it with
