6. What is the performance of the Company in terms of Sales in the last couple of years?

7. How does it rank when compared with its competitors?

Once you have all these details & satisfied with yourself that its worth meeting the Company officials, please:

1. Have all details about SFI & TripleClicks;

2. Better have a slide presentation;

3. Have a brief about the Founder and President Gery;

4. Arm yourself with adequate details for all the anticipated questions & clarifications from the company side;

5. Then fix up an appointment to meet the CEO or the decision making person of the
Company;

6. Meet them on the appointed date and present everything like a seasoned professional;

7. But never forget to mention that you are not the owner of either SFI or TripleClicks nor you meet them on their behalf. Plainly introduce that you are an independent Contractor of SFI and that you are there to explore possibilities of a tie up with them by which they can become an ECA of TripleClicks.Com & promote their products for a huge global consumers.

8. Once everything is completed, seek their opinion and provide details and clarifications for any questions they have.

9. Based on their reaction, please have follow up meetings & try to conclude the deal.

10. Even if their reaction is not fruitful, do not get discouraged. Look & explore other

Like PSAs, CSAs are also part of our team.

In fact, the moment we become EA, we get 2 of them. They are the ones who help us to build our team even if we do not have a PSA in the initial stages.

Hence, they need to be respected the way we respect our PSAs. What ever they do or don't do that will have a bearing on our growth.

In what ever ways we contact our PSAs, we should apply the same to our CSAs. It does not warrant any special application or tool to communicate with them.

SFI has provided enough tools, like:

1. Movers;
2. Stream;
3. Chat (IM);
4. Group Mails;
5. E-Cards (including Tips);
6. Genealogy and so on....

All we need to do is, monitor the progress or activities of our CSAs through these tools on a daily basis. Where situation warrants, we can communicate individually and collectively by choosing the appropriate means of communication tool provided by SFI System.

When we send the group mail through SFI system it also goes to the personal mail ids of our CSAs (If they provided the correct one duly white listed).

Apart from these in built tools, if you like you can contact your CSAs through Social Media like FB/Twitter/PInterest/Linked In/Skype, etc (if they are part of them).

Keeping tariff in mind, where you feel it is highly essential, you can contact them through phone and in case any of these CSAs reside in your local Region/Area, you can meet them personally. Sending SMS at regular intervals (on a case to case basis) will also help.

Please do not flood them with messages on a daily basis. They may get frustrated seeing their in box remaining full all the time in the world.

Conclusion:

1. Study the situation;
2. Choose the appropriate mode of communication;
3. Establish contacts;

Stay connected; This is very important. How often you communicate or establish contact all depend on the strength of your relationship & the performance levels of your CSAs.

Designated Diamond is a person who belongs to your Team and not a stranger.

You have been working with that person for quite some time and you would have identified the fire to grow more in him. That's why you have chosen him to be your Designated Diamond. There is no need for you to do something strange in terms of welcoming him.

It means what you speak you must demonstrate which should be visible to your team members.

Leadership Requirement:

Earlier there was always opportunities to "Buy Leadership" status and becoming a Leader was quite easy without having a team of active down lines.

With the new announcement, one has to focus on Team Building in order to grow as Leaders. The new affiliates will be given due attention by their sponsors and hence it is quite possible for them to learn many things quickly and grow. When they grow, naturally the Sponsors also grow.

Milestone Shares:

SFI has clearly spelt out how one can advance from EA to EA2 Rank easily and in the process how one can earn more benefits.

Unless the sponsor works closely with the Team Members it will be very difficult to see growth.

If this is the case, it is important to have Active Affiliates in your Team. Active here means people who log in to their Account every day and who are committed to their business.

If you have such people, it will be quite easy to coordinate with them and guide them to advance to EA2 Ranks continuously.

In reality, it is not happening.

What best the Sponsor can do create more active members?

1. Encourage them frequently through mails without overwhelming them;
2. Keep them informed of developments in SFI through Stream Messages;
3. Where ever possible, try and speak to them;
4. Identify potential EA2 within the team & offer them:
