FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GOALS SET
These are goal setting guidelines to follow as part of the TO-DO List. Affiliates should try to adhere to these goals, measure progress, and take corrective action for deviations.

GET-RICH-QUICK
SFI is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Affiliates should get rid of that get-rich-quick mentality. It takes commitment, time, effort and learning to build up your SFI business.

FAILURE TO UNDERSTAND THE BASICS
New affiliates should first focus on the three core areas namely “START”, “SFI BASICS” and “LAUNCHPAD”. These are the fundamental SFI building blocks and after understanding the fundamentals it is easier to make further progress.

FAILURE TO TRAIN YOUR PSAs
Team Leaders should make it a point to train their PSAs in all aspects of SFI business so that they can be independent in the long run.

FAILURE TO DUPLICATE
Duplication is the key to building up your SFI business. Affiliates should emphasize the duplication aspects to their downline in order to grow their business.

FAILURE TO EXPAND ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE
SFI has a library of resources to help affiliates build up their business. Gaining knowledge and learning should be a continuous process.

FAILURE TO SEARCH FOR ANSWERS
Answers to most questions can easily be found within SFI resources if affiliates make an attempt to search. These answers can be found at the forum, ASK SC, FAQs, Search Bar etc.

FAILURE TO SUPPORT THEIR PSAs
Some new affiliates don’t get the needed support by their sponsors. Sponsors should be better equipped themselves to provide quick answers to their PSAs. Language should not be a barrier as translation is easily available.

Treat SFI like a business entity for profitable purposes. Like all businesses, affiliates should come up with a mission statement and business goals. Make short term and long term plans.

The profit motive goes without saying but if affiliates think that SFI is some “get rich quick” scheme then they are in for some disappointment. Approach the business by setting realistic achievable goals and set a comfortable time-frame to achieve these goals. Measure your performance with the goals set and take corrective action for deviations.

Like all other businesses set a budget for your SFI business. How much are you willing to spend at TripleClicks, paid advertising etc.

The training element is important for any business. SFI has vast resources to train affiliates in building up their SFI business. Take advantage of these resources.

In any business customers really matters. At SFI your downline, PRMs, CSAs, ECAs are your customers. A business cannot flourish without customers and that applies to your SFI business.

Every business requires some investment upfront. SFI business requires a minimal investment before you can realize profits. Businesses think long term and the same goes with SFI Business.

To conclude SFI business is not some get rich quick scheme. Sow the seeds first and reap the rewards later.

Getting the team to understand the SFI Compensation Plan will allow them to see the potential to earn multiple streams of income.

Explaining to the team the Benefits Chart which shows the payouts and perks gives the team a good idea of the potential.

The Earnings Calculator also provides a good indicator of the earning potential.

Basically the team can be made to understand the potential to earn large incomes at SFI and TC by sponsoring, duplication and sales.

BASIC AVPs
Log in everyday to earn 11 AVPs daily by reviewing the tabs on your home page and reviewing the latest TripleClicks products.
Earn 3 AVPs each week for posting steam messages.
Earn 5 AVPs each week for reviewing your TConnect Page.
Earn 30 AVPs each week for sending group message to your team.

Team Leaders can reassign a portion of the affiliates they’ve sponsored to their “Movers” or other PSAs. Earn 5 AVPs for each reassignment (unlimited points). The transfer applies to affiliates who have generated a minimum of 600 VPs in the past 90 days.

PB AUCTION AVPs
Bonus AVPs of up to a maximum of 500 AVPs per month can be earned at PB Auctions (1 AVP for each bid).

PRODUCT REVIEW AVPs
25 AVPs can be earned for each product review after purchase at TripleClicks.

TC GIFT CARD DISTRIBUTION
10 AVPs per card can be earned up to a maximum of 300 AVPs per month.

There is no one best time to upgrade from EA to Team Leader. It depends on individual preferences.

You can be a Team Leader during your first month at SFI while learning the ropes and while building a team.

Alternatively you can be an EA until you have a team and then go on to be a Team Leader.

However, the best benefits are reaped when you have a team of EA2s and with you being a Team Leader, you earn matching VPs on your team members.

As a Team Leader you are entitled to monthly shares of Second-Home CSAs. That makes it attractive to be a Team Leader during your first month at SFI.

As a Team Leader you need to be well versed about the business to provide the support and training to your PSAs. So you need to pick up knowledge fast if you wish to be a Team Leader during the early stages.

If your PSAs are duplicating fast enough then it is advisable to go for a Team Leader soon.

Your team is being formed by sponsoring and if you are already a Team Leader they look upon you as their leader and it is advantageous to be a Team Leader as soon as possible.

A Team Leader title is easy to obtain by spending money. However if you build a team of EA2s and Team Leaders, you will earn the VPs required to qualify as a Team Leader without spending money to buy the rank.

A good financial budget would be $100 each month. This allows you to maintain a Standing Order with 1500 VPs which qualifies you to be an EA2 and also spend some money to build a team with S-Builder Co-op etc.

Those who can afford it can budget more and qualify as Team Leaders through AVPs while focussing on building a team.

After some months the initial investment can at least pay for your Standing Order.

The initial $100 budget should be enough to offer Co-Op shares to deserving PSAs as an incentive.

If you can build a sizeable team which duplicates you can start earning a tidy profit within a couple of months.

Every SFI affiliate would like to attract people who have money to invest in your SFI business and join your team. However, there are some techniques involved to shift from general prospects to targeted prospects with money to invest.

BE CONFIDENT

In order to be confident you have to be very well versed in your SFI business. Know the business inside-out and be prepared to handle difficult questions. Prepare your marketing materials beforehand. You can’t be attracting people with some cheap flyers. A PowerPoint presentation of SFI business would be a good start if you can gather about 10 to 20 people. Confidence pays.

BUILD YOUR NETWORK

People with money to invest tend to be more at ease with people whom they know or invest in a business which has been recommended to them. So get started with some planning and sow the seeds when you attend social functions, meetings, sports tournaments etc. You will reap the rewards in due course.

FOCUS ON THE VALUE, NOT ABOUT PRICE

People with money to invest although they check on the price tag, they place more emphasis on the value of the business which can be derived in the long run. So emphasising on “free to join SFI” or hard selling won’t work with them. Instead talk to them about the value SFI can bring about, SFI products and services. Price will be a secondary matter.

METHOD OF APPROACH

Approach only the people whom you are familiar with. They do business with people who are friends or allies of their associates. People with money to invest don’t do business with strangers who approach them directly.

DO YOUR RESEARCH

Make sure you have done your research before you meet up with your prospects and know exactly how you can help them. Don’t think about how they can help you but instead how you can help them. They want to know exactly how you can add value to their life.
