It is also to be noted that we all have joined in the SFI as an affiliate without or with minimum knowledge about the system. By grabbing the opportunities to learn and through experience, we are moving forward confidently to become successful. So you should not allow the fear to overrule your sense and make you insecure, confused and hinder your successful progress. I always inspire my team members both new and old alike to believe in themselves first without fear of success and then move forward in the system and if a person can remove the fear off his/her heart, then success will be unlimited.

It is as simple as this. Every morning, say yourself that I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

Setting goals itself is a positive development and achieving your goals is the fantastic achievement. Successful people maintain a positive focus in life no matter what is going on around them. They stay focused on their past successes rather than their past failures, and on the next action steps they need to take to get them closer to the fulfillment of their goals rather than all the other distractions that life presents to them.

Earlier, there was no such concept of setting goals in the SFI but they have started this practice at a later stage to make the affiliates motivated, determined and result oriented. I always set goals for myself and trying to achieve the same in the stipulated time. If you ask me about my most valuable, precious and important goal in the system is Team Building and I always work toward the same. Without an active and successful team, no leader can sustain for long and taste the desired success.

I keep always the realistic targets every month about Team Building and recruiting a certain amount of new affiliates and making them active and successful with my ideas, views and proper guidance. Of course, I am very happy with the outcome which prompts me to set higher standards for myself in the days to come.

My kind advise to you is that set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there. A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals.
Do remember, setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible and discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

Always try to find the positives even in the negatives and then the life is more beautiful.

There may be pessimistic and not much optimistic people in your team, but how you can convince them and make them active to do positive things, from there your success starts.

If you need to attract your inactive and doubtful customers to your ECA, it is for you to take all the positive steps. Shed the lethargic attitude and move forward with all the confidence and determination. Have a perfect plan with a vision; convince the lot about all the goodness and benefits of shopping in your ECA without any ifs and buts. If you can succeed in this mission at least half the way, then you are a good business man with a vision and a plan. I am sure; they will throng your stores not with pessimism but with great wisdom and willingness to know and what you can offer to them through your ECA.

Never expect the success easily and if you can try hard to convince your potential customers and if you can succeed in the mission to a certain extent, then I will say, you have started scaling the summit of success.

At the same time, you should show your leadership skill to make your inactive affiliates to become active. I am not saying that you can make all of them be active but definitely you can make a section of those inactive ones to become active with real, positive and sincere efforts.

The success in SFI relies on our own ability how you respond to the situation and how effectively.

I do believe, there is no word IMPOSSIBLE, if you look at closely, you can see that even the word IMPOSSIBLE itself says that I M POSSIBLE.

SFI gives us various opportunities to earn income and choose from many avenues but it is for you to decide what the best fields are and then excel in them.

You should never put our hands everywhere and return as empty handed and disappointed at the end of the day. If you can earn from both SFI and Triple Clicks, then you should go for it. In SFI, there are many avenues to earn like sponsoring the affiliates and make them successful with all the right guidance and also with the duplication. In such a way, you can earn also earn from your own ECA and also through the PRMs. If you can balance everything in a perfect and positive manner and give adequate attention to your chosen areas, then why not, I would always encourage you to go for the maximum. How much and how can, it is for an each and every individual to decide. There is no dearth of scopes but how deep we can do the mining, which matters always.

So, as a first and precautionary measure, do the self introspection and then move forward to reap the harvest. If you can achieve the maximum success with your sincere efforts, then it is your desire but if you go for the maximum beyond even your own potential, then it is greed. SFI has been launched in 1998 with very minimal and nominal resources but after 16 odd years, now it has grown up like a giant peepal l tree from a few hundreds of affiliates to millions of affiliates as of now. But the way you mentioned, the playing field was and is the same and also the captain of the team.

Mr.Gery Carson and his most efficient team have put all their sincere efforts to improve the system periodically with many innovative and progressive ideas . SFI has moved nicely and steadily with those methods to please all types of affiliates whether they are old or new in the system alike.

I can narrate my own experience in a good way to make the things simpler. When I joined in SFI a couple of years ago, there were not many facilities or features the way the current lot of affiliates enjoys. I was in the dire straight at times for the want of some suggestions and perhaps guidance from others. Now we have a very vast improved system where everything is available with a click of a mouse. Moreover, if you see the auctions arena now, you will come to know that how they have improved the entire scenario of the auction circuit and how it was earlier.

For example, now, you can opt from many auction windows and choose the right category as you belong to, like First Win, Junior Auctions and Regular Ones apart from the Big Dogs Auctions. Is it not a fair change? Or don’t you think so? By all means, they have improved and made the best changes they can afford to, to please the entire SFI fraternity to move forward and make a strong and profitable career with SFI. In the coming days, you can expect more and more positive changes in the system.

Hence, I don’t think that the Playing Field has been changed but the way it was looking earlier has been changed in POSITIVE and GOOD ways.

You are a part of SFI and you are running your business online. SFI is an International Organization so you should always remove the local concepts, cultures and time zones to move forward in the system.

You may be having a great team consists of various affiliates from all over the world irrespective of their cultures and time zones. As far as I am concerned, I have a huge team consists of affiliates from all the parts of the world and it is virtually impossible for me to devote the entire day as per their timings to guide them to progress in the system. In that case, it is always advisable to send them periodical letters and messages so that they will open your messages as per their convenience and follow your instructions carefully. If they need more attention, I am sure, they will come back to you with a set of questions and points so that you can guide them specifically the way you can.

Moreover, you should encourage your team members to read all the study materials in the system as per their convenience and timings and also by using the Translator facility being provided by our great SFI.

To do anything in Life, we need the required interest and encouragement and SFI is no different from that. When I started my career with SFI, I was nowhere and I thought I won’t ever become successful in this vast system. But when I realized the benefits and goodness of this great system, I started to learn everything systematically and then I progressed further in SFI.


Now, being a Global Leader, daily I get many calls and mails from affiliates asking therewith various ways to improve in the system and many of them were on the verge of giving up due to the lack of confidence. My answer to those is simple. Believe in yourself, be determined and then move on and reach the destination successfully. The main reason for their frustration and depression is the lack of knowledge about the system and if we can provide enough enlightenment on the various possibilities and benefits of SFI to them, they will become more active and work towards their welfare and benefit. As a matter of fact, I have seen this mentality in many of them personally.


SFI even provides systematic knowledge facilities like Start Up Guide, SFI Basics and Launch Pad , etc. for a a new affiliate to move up and set their goals higher. Encouragement to others is something everyone can give. Somebody needs what you have to give. It may not be your money, it may not be your time. It may be your listening ear. A Standing Order with SFI is always good especially for those who do not have much time to spend or to collect those invaluable daily/weekly/monthly action points but what type of standing order, which really matters most.


If you can express your ideas and if you can convince your suggestions about Standing Order to your PSAs wisely through your weekly support messages or by way of personal messages to them, then everything will fall in line. It is very easy to suggest your PSAs a standing order casually but do your home work first and consider the relevance and the type of standing orders for each affiliate before you recommend them.


Never intimidate your PSAs to have a standing order just for the cause of making a gain out of it but wisely and cleverly you should be able convince them about having a standing order. It is for you to elaborate of its features and its contribution towards their growth in SFI.


I will never ever discuss about standing orders with my down line at the first place during our discussions but at a very crucial point, they themselves will ask me about the ways of moving forward and becoming successful in the system.
