If I only have one hour a day to spend on SFI, what should I spend this limited time doing?

If you only have an hour a day, that gives you about half an hour to spend on your daily, weekly, and monthly actions and the rest to promote your links, whether for recruitment or TripleClicks. Your actual method of this is going to vary, obviously. For example, bloggers will be doing this differently from those who prefer more direct social networking. Additionally, some people prefer to divide up the types of tasks they do from day to day, using Monday for recruiting, Tuesday for TripleClicks promotions, Wednesday for ECA-related tasks, and so on. Find your own pace and organize your tasks in ways that make sense for you.

Which is the best SFI Gateway to use...and why?

The best SFI Gateway to use depends entirely on your audience. If you have people looking for a sales platform--and I know many crafters looking for additional ways to sell online--the ECA Gateway is by far the best and works out most profitable because of all the commissions you can earn when they start promoting and selling. Once they're in, you might also convert them to becoming SFI affiliates. On the other hand, there are people who prefer the residual income route. For them, the invitation gateway is the best. With this logic, you can see that each of the gateway links has a different target audience.
Some of them, like the Wave3 gateway, carry the most difficulty in getting the person to sign up and follow through with the decal and picture. I've found many people are either too lazy or too apathetic to follow through--your mileage may vary. Similarly, it has seemed lately that musicians don't follow through well enough to bring their fans in to vote for them, with a common complaint that it seems to them like a straight-up cash-grab by TripleClicks. I tend not to use this one as much.
For me, it's the ECA link that grabs people's attention--I can sell people on it well because they feel that it can bring them money more quickly.

How do you get people involved and active when they live in countries where most are not yet comfortable with online purchases and payments?

People in other countries have their challenges--for example, at the time of this answer, there's a banking crisis in Greece that makes citizens' access to their money more difficult. However, when you consider that this also could make ONLINE banking, purchase, and payment more useful to them, you can see where TripleClicks might provide some flexibility for them. If you can highlight the convenience (with all appropriate caveats with respect to shipping and other issues, obviously), getting them to try online shopping should be fairly easy.

What's the best answer to give to SFI prospects who ask, how does it work...and what do you do?

You have to give your prospects answers that meet their backgrounds--for example, I'm going to tell a mathematician something very different than someone who works with crafts. As with everything else, the goal is to understand the mindset of your prospect.
For example, if you're working with the type of person who likes to jump right in, the thing to do is to just help the person sign in for the first time (it's free, after all!), and show him or her where to find the information, from Launchpad Lessons to the compensation and benefits charts. The ultra-simple plan explains the geometric progression part of it, and they'll get it all.
If you're working with the type of person who wants to see the day-to-day aspects, let them watch you as you go through your daily actions. This has the direct advantage of starting the duplication process.
If you're working with the type of person who wants to understand the long view, describe the Ultra-Simple Plan and tie it in with the compensation plan. From there, it's pretty straight-forward.
If you're working with someone who wants to see what he or she will enjoy with the process, find out what he or she likes, and show them how SFI and/or TripleClicks ties in. For some, it will be the games, for some, it will be sales, and for some, it will be about spreading word about a process that has prosperity at its heart.
There's no "one-size-fits-all" answer. Know your prospect.

How can I get my TripleClicks Gateways to generate sales?

Put simply, your TripleClicks Gateways are links that, when visited by a prospective customer, result in commissions for you when they buy any product. You can share these links anywhere you like, from your private website(s), Twitter, Facebook, fliers you circulate... any of these can get someone to visit your Gateway links.
However, it's helpful to target the types of people that might be interested in what you're promoting--link people to diet, health and nutrition products if you're promoting on a diet site. Discuss the Pricebenders auctions with people who enjoy other auction sites. Are you selling products as an ECA? Link them to your own products, and build your customer base! All you have to do is know your market and point them to what you know interests them.

I'm an ECA wanting to sell my products internationally. How do I determine how much to charge for shipping to other countries that is fair to both me and my customers?

Here in the United States, it's easy. Weigh the product, and put the appropriate values in the shipping details. Then select the option to let TripleClicks calculate the charges. It hasn't come up for me yet, but I would imagine they'd use USPS charge calculations since those tend to be the best values. Otherwise you have to enter data for each country separately, which can get quite time-intensive.
I keep losing people that were active previously. What do I do?

First of all, when dealing with this type of marketing, you can always expect some level of attrition. This is related to one of several reasons, and this will determine what you can do to either "reactivate" the affiliate or let him or her go his or her own way.
1) Lack of compensation can seem fairly common here, especially given that VersaPoints are worth roughly half a cent each, some prizes are worth even less than that, and the challenge of getting others to spend money on TripleClicks merchandise, regardless of source, makes the commissions sometimes seem futile. If you can show these people how to use Member Listings or to build an ECA, they may find some value that way.
2) Lack of communication can leave an affiliate feeling rather alone; this sort of abandonment can lead to apathy and lack of motivation. This can be turned around with direct conversation and some unilateral incentives.
3) Lack of time can keep an affiliate too busy to return to SFI. Sometimes, this is valid, related to health issues, job issues, or family issues (or some combination thereof), but sometimes it's just about procrastination. In the former case, they may or may not return once the crisis has past; in the latter, it's just a question of refocusing attention.
There are certainly more complicated situations, from clinical depression to financial duress, each of which requires its own solution. Some of these solutions can be time-intensive, so you have to consider how much any given affiliate is worth in terms of time--there's only so much you can do. It's your call.

What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

The answer to this question is going to depend on you, your teaching style, and what you've learned about SFI. For example, if you're new, and you're one of those people building a downline rapidly, you're likely not to have the experience built up to teach by example, so your best option is to use existing tools and videos. If, on the other hand, you're someone who has been here for a while, you've tested out TripleClicks, and you've had a successful ECA store on top of everything else, you're going to teach them how to duplicate what you've done. Work from your strengths.

Your best A2A friends are going to be the ones who can provide you with both strategy and encouragement. They show both intelligence and encouragement beyond merely commenting in the forum. You can gauge this best by directly engaging people on the forum. Follow those who seem to give you insight into SFI and seem willing to invest a little attention and encouragement in you because those are the ones who really want to see you succeed. Those are critical values in an A2A friend.
what are the benefits of Member Listings at TripleClicks and what are your best tips for successful listings?

To my mind, the Member Listings are like "baby steps" at TripleClicks; they teach you how to list products and prepare you to promote them, and you earn VersaPoints at the same time.
A successful listing informs and entices: The title is well-formed and contains as many keywords as will comfortably fit; the description contains as much information in as friendly a manner as possible; and the pictures show the item at its best, making it its most desirable.
So say, for example, you're selling a digital watch that's been languishing in your jewelry drawer since 1974 (I'll admit I have one of these!). Describe it in terms of its color and other properties in the title--something like "Vintage 1974 Chrome LED Men's Digital Watch" will tell the buyer everything he or she needs to know at first glance. The description will be a combination of technical details and enticing text:
"This men's Seiko digital watch is chrome, with buttons that activate the red LEDs, displaying date, time and seconds. It's futuristic, streamlined look gives the watch a lasting appeal, and it's also perfect for someone who loves to stand out."
The description would then continue with the technical details, regarding make, model, batteries, and so on, but probably by this point, the sale is made or the prospect is just not interested. It's as good an example as anyone could want.
