It depends on your marketing campaign and how you're trying to reach prospective ECAs.

A general marketing campaign to show the benefits of being a TripleClicks ECA would not need to be tailored to a specific country or region.

Similarly, a more targeted campaign that is trying to recruit ECAs in, for example, the retail jewelry segment, does not necessarily need to be tailored to a specific country or region.

But you can create a highly targeted campaign for a specific market segment in a specific region. And this might be much more effective than a generalized marketing effort.

It comes down to a matter of determining which type of campaign will be the most effective and will produce the best, most cost-effective results. You need to consider a number of points such as the size of the market, the specific levers you can use for that market and the region or country, the method of delivery of your marketing campaign, and others.

While some generalizations can be made about whether your marketing efforts should vary by country or region, the real answer is in the results. What works best for you? Look at the different markets and regions that are of interest to you, and the variables or levers that can be applied to different marketing campaigns for those markets and regions. Then run some marketing campaigns to get a sufficient number of responses to determine what works.

Once you've found that, ramp up the marketing to increase the number of ECA signups. Congratulate yourself for creating a successful marketing campaign, and share what you've learned with your team so they don't have to re-invent the "wheel".

There are five concerns that any prospective affiliate will have.

In no particular order, these are the concerns:

Great question, and I would support any affiliate in my downline who wants to create their own website.

Creating a website is a big step forward in building an online business, and like any big step some planning is needed before starting. The planning will help to deliver a well-focused site that gets across its message in a clear way, and to avoid the mess that you see on many websites (bad navigation, clutter, or unclear content and purpose).

One of the easiest ways to start is with a blog, as many other answers to this question have suggested. A good blog like Wordpress makes it easy to build a site with links pointing to SFI and to ECAs and products at TripleClicks.

Another advantage of a blog is that it minimizes the amount of technical stuff that you need to think about. There is a lot to properly running a website, and a blog takes care of a lot of the details for you, allowing you to focus on content and not get too bogged down in the details.

Understand that a website is not a one-and-done concept. It is like owning a car - it requires regular maintenance to keep it running.

Overall, a website or blog can be a great way to increase your ability to connect with potential affiliates or customers, and is a great way to build your business if approached properly.

Simple answer - income is earned from the TripleClicks Executive Pool in two ways.

First, your personal actions as an SFI affiliate earn points, called VersaPoints. Each VersaPoint earns you one share from the Pool if you have earned the rank of Executive Affiliate (EA), which requires at least 1500 VersaPoints each month.

Second, after you build your business and advance beyond the EA level you will earn matching shares from the TripleClicks Executive Pool on the actions of the affiliates on your team.

So the larger your team, the more you earn. And the higher your rank, the more levels of matching shares you'll have and the more you earn.

You have two questions here.

First, why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing? Because it's easy to join, but the next step is a lot harder if you're an internet newbie. Many who join simply do not understand the incredible value that is available at SFI, and they don't understand how to put the parts together to make it work.

Those who don't understand the value are like a native on a remote island. You can show them a $100 bill and explain to them that they can buy lots of stuff with that money. But if they don't understand the concept of money, they're going to just see a colorful piece of paper and not the underlying value.

And putting the parts together is like giving someone all the parts to build a scooter in a box. If they don't have mechanical skills or don't have any idea how to use tools, then the parts in that box are never going to be assembled to create a working scooter.

What should you do about it? Your job is to help your downline understand the value of SFI and overcome the mechanical challenges. Telling someone to create an ad is simple, but if they've never done it before it can be an overwhelming obstacle. Take the time to break it down into simple steps to show them how to do it.

And finally, help them to understand that the action they take today is simply one part of a long series of actions they need to take. Results don't come from an individual action, but from the cumulative actions over a period of time.

Once you start getting results from your advertising, make note of which ads and campaigns get good results, and then work on improving those. And when your business is producing income use a portion of that income - perhaps 20% to 30% - to reinvest in the business in the form of more advertising.

Your own website can be your most valuable resource to get new business. Invest the time and energy to learn how to build a website so you can take advanatage of the leverage it can provide.

Use the info in the Internet Income course to help you understand how to create highly effective advertisements.

Simple answer: NEVER give up on them!

People sign up with SFI for a number of reasons and with lots of different levels of experience, motivation, desire, and willingness to learn.

Their desire to make money online is clear: they signed up. But that's often all we know about them, and the motivation and willingness to learn must come from within. Each PSA or CSA needs to decide for themselves that the time is right to make SFI work for them.

Until then, the best we can do for them as leaders is to not try to force them to get going with SFI, but to simply continue to show our enthusiastic willingness to provide ideas, support, and assistance to those who are willing to make the effort.

Whether it takes them a month or a year to get going doesn't matter - some will never get it! But many who sign up will only get going after they've received a number of messages from you. So don't give up on them, and don't try to force them to take action. Let them come to an awareness of the power and potential of SFI through your leadership. Just send group mailers regularly, and be happy and grateful about those who respond by taking action.

The best place: everywhere you can!

Do a search online for different terms, like "free ad exchanges", "free advertising exchanges", "free text ads", "free safelists", etc. Then try the same searches without "free".

Create a spreadsheet where you can track your ads. For each site you find from one of the above searches, enter a line in your spreadsheet with the URL.

When you sign up for each of these (most require some kind of sign up) enter the user ID and password you're using for that site in the spreadsheet.

Now you have a handy place to keep all this organized. And where you can record your tracking codes to keep them organized. You can group the list into categories (text ad exchanges, traffic echanges, safelists, etc.) to make it easier to find what you need.

As you're advertising on a site, check the ads for other traffic sources on the site. Don't fall into the trap of chasing ads forever, but just make note of the URL in your spreadsheet and then get back to the task that took you to the site.

And don't forget offline advertising!
Coffee shops, grocery stores, bookstores, and similar small businesses often have a bulletin board. Hang a flyer. Put an SFI card on the cars in a parking lot at a flea market or bargain fair.

Try each type of advertising at least three times.

And don't stop trying new stuff, no matter how wierd it seems. You'll get new ideas as you work on the obvious ones. Remember, a minimum of 3 to 5 new ads a day, everyday.
