Well… I will say it is not that important to tell your PSAs to join Wave3 program, but the fact that it is another fun to play in SFI site. You can inform your PSAs this ways:

1. Tell him/her whether he/she has come across the word Wave3 in SFI programmes.
2. Tell him/her what he/she intends to gain from joining the program every month.
3. Send the link to him/her in case he/she didn’t know where to find it.
4. If the need arises you can as well send him/her $2 to enable

2. Wait and see personality
3. People that want simply fun

You need to communicate with your Sponsor and Co-sponsor at least once in a week in order to acquire more knowledge about the SFI programme going on that will help you to advance, you need to communicate with them regularly for you to be informed.

Know that you can only grow an engaged audience by communicating to them when you want, where you want, and how often you want to be informed.

Whenever they communicate with you to know whether you needed help from them to reply them

To become a leader you need to know that Individual performance and getting your team to perform are two totally different entities. Indeed, they represent a total shift in paradigm. When you focus on your entire team's performance, your own achievement includes the sum total of the whole team's achievement, and an individual failure can also pull your team performance down.
As a team leader, helping your team to perform is a combination of balancing what is good for both the whole team and

Frankly speaking, I will not say that it is easy to cope with the inactive CSAs at all. But the fact is that since you do not have anyone to do what you are doing; you need not to relent on them. Due to this you need to do the following:

1. Write them group messages every week to encourage them to log on SFI.
2. Inform them all what they are to gain while being active in SFI.
3. Scan some of the checks you received from SFI and send to them as an evidence of your rewards for

Thanks for the good question. For you set a proper goal for yourself in SFI:
Firstly, you need to know about the SFI – knowing their mission and vision before you can set your goal. Knowing that SFI is set out to help people create second job for themselves, improving their standard of living, for life income and so on will help you to know what you will set in your goal.

Secondly, you need to be realistic
For starters in SFI, goals should not be unrealistic. It’s all well

Good Question. Please read through the answer to the question above from the beginning to the end.

“Rejection”. That’s a word salespeople hear a lot—and something they experience a lot. How you handle it will play a major part in how successful—or unsuccessful—you are in sales.
If you’re not hearing “no” often enough, you’re failing.
If you hear it too often you may also fail.
How we handle "no" is key to succeeding in introducing people
