You will need to sponsor people from all over the world, not just your country. Some countries are more Network Marketing Friendly than others. Some regions of the world have pockets of enthusiastic people awaiting a global opportunity like SFI.

If you limit yourself to one country, then you are limiting the number of affiliates you can sponsor. Don’t place limits on yourself. Sponsor people of all ethnic groups and treat them as though they are from your native country. This way you will maximize the potential of SFI.

The best way to communicate with your downline is through the mailer in your genealogy. Contact your team at least once per week. Let them know what you are doing in SFI. Tell them how you are growing your business and promoting Triple Clicks.

Tell them how you can help them grow their SFI business. Tell them stories that will inspire them to want to succeed. Ask them to reach out to you if they need help. Be sure to put all your contact information in all your correspondence.

The answer is YES!

This is a very thoughtful question and the reasons are mixed as to why it is important or not important to become a team leader before having a team. So I am going to give you my personal opinion. My opinion is based on my experience.

I believe that you should become a team leader as soon as possible. The reason is “Second Home CSA’s”. As a Team Leader, you receive a large portion of CSAs from SFI, because the previous co-sponsor is no longer qualified to be a co-sponsor. I currently earn more money on my CSA’s than I earn on my PSA’s. All of my CSAs that are EA or higher are 2nd home CSAs. You are probably saying, “How is that possible?” Let’s talk about CSA’s for a moment.

When someone joins SFI, they are immediately assigned a Co-Sponsor. At least ninety percent of people who join SFI do nothing. That is a lot of people. That explains why the 100 CSAs you won in a Triple Clicks auction do nothing. However, a 2nd home CSA is assigned to you because the previous CSA is no longer an SFI affiliate or lost their leadership status, and as a result, their CSAs were taken.

Here comes the good part. In order to be a second home CSA, you must be an ACTIVE affiliate. In other words, you have not been purged from the SFI genealogy due to inactivity. This means that a second home CSA is more likely to be an EA or better than a 1st home CSA.

Also, you will earn matching Versa points from your CSAs that are EA or higher. Matching versa points equal more money from the Triple Clicks Executive Pool.

As you can see, 2nd home CSAs are the magic that drives a Team Leader with no Team. But, I will say that CSA’s are just as much on your team as a PSA. What do you think?

This is a good question. Every thanksgiving my in-laws have their family reunion at the beach. Almost every time, one of our relatives gives a presentation on a business opportunity. We are able to do this by contacting the family reunion coordinator and requesting presentation time.

If you are unable to accomplish this through a family gathering, I suggest visiting Meetup.com. There are, literally, thousands of groups to join. You can even create your own group. You can join a business opportunity group or create your own and invite guest.

If you go this route, be sure you have something valuable to offer. I would suggest doing a drawing for a Triple Clicks gift card and/or give out Triple Clicks gift cards. Or use a projector and play Eager Zebra trivial games on a white screen.

It is excellent if your family joins your business opportunity, but to be honest, my family is the last people I tell about my business because family members think they know you and they will tell you every reason you will fail. Sorry, but human nature is to avoid challenges and you just blew one up in their face.

Your best option is to sponsor people just like yourself, and you may not be able to find these type people in your family. Don’t be concerned with family members joining your business. Only be concerned with logging in the SFI Affiliate Center everyday and following your TASKS to the fullest extent.

SFI is an English platform. The entire SFI program is written in English. Therefore, most of your time and advertisement budget should be allocated to English speaking countries.

Yes, you could always use “Google Translate”, but the software is based on the perfect use of language. And just like most Americans speak worse than perfect English; most people speak less than perfect in their perspective languages. Thus, “Google Translate” is only as good as the writer.

The entire SFI program is very reading intensive. There are almost no videos to watch. So even if a person could understand the videos, it will do them no good since we don’t have many. In order to succeed in SFI, you must be, at least, partially fluent in English. Otherwise SFI is too frustrating.

The only way acquiring non-English speaking SFI Affiliates would be feasible is if you just happened to acquire bi-lingual affiliates somehow and you reassigned your PSA’s to people of their prospective languages. But even this plan may eventually backfire, because in order to build a large productive team, most of them will need to be able to speak and READ English.

When it’s all said and done, English does not need to be your first language, but you need to be able to speak English.

This is a very intriguing question if you know anything about targeted website traffic. And the key word is “Targeted”. Your website will need to be optimized for certain key words along the lines of “business opportunity”. You will need to use a keyword tool such as Google analytics in order to find similar keywords and key word phrases.

More importantly, your website needs to be optimized for these keywords or keyword phrases. You also need to set up a blog on your website. Your blog needs to consist of information around your keyword or keyword phrases. Your blog must bring excitement and curiosity to your readers…enough that they will return to your blog regularly.

You also will need social plug-ins for your blog, assuming you have a WordPress blog, which I recommend. Your goal is to connect with everyone who visits your website. The more social platforms that you have accounts for, the more likely your website visitors will connect with you.

I cannot stress enough, that your visitors need a reason to return to your website. Try something like placing a banner on your website that reads “Free Internet Income Course”. Be sure to include a key code on the banner link, so you will know to send them the link (https://www.sfimg.com/Training/InternetIncome) to our Internet Income Course once they join SFI.

Above all else, you need to work toward personal branding. You need to specialize in something in regard to digital marketing. Find something that you are good at or want to be good at. Become highly specialized in that area and make your website the focus of your niche.

As you blog, the few pages of your website will transform into hundreds of pages. Did you know that each blog post adds another page to your website? Thus the search engines have another opportunity to find you.

I add a new blog post 2-3 times per week. I hired and SMO (Social Media Optimization) company to administrate my social media accounts. I have many of them. My SMO administrator posts to several social media groups per day. All I do is produce the content and they manually post it to several social media platforms.

Personally, I don’t have time to do this myself. But, of course you can do this on your own. I do it because search engines recognize “social proof”. That is…Search engines, like Google, can see discussions on social media platforms, and they reward highly engaged conversations by giving you traffic.

Continue to update your website with new material, and blog at least once per week. The key is to create a highly optimized, highly engaged AGED website. You noticed I used the word “aged”. That is one thing that offline and online businesses have in common. The longer you are relevant in your niche, the more visitors you will attract. As a result you will receive more traffic and more signups.

Super question!

The best way to teach your downline on how to build their downline is by teaching them how you build your downline. If you feel that you are just lucky and did nothing special to build your downline, then explain to them that building trust is the best way to build your downline.

In order to build trust you must put yourself in their shoes. What do you want your upline to do for you? You want them to reassign PSAs to you. You want them to enter your SFI ID into a marketing co-op. You also want your upline to send you letters of encouragement with marketing tips.

You teach your downline that in order to succeed in SFI, they must support and reward their workers. If your workers feel that you are helping them build their business, they will stick with you until the end.

I personally keep 5 PSAs on my first level and reassign everyone else to those 5 people. That not only helps my team, but it gets me high sponsor ratings each month. When your downline gives you low ratings, then you have reasons to be concerned because they won’t be around much longer if they are giving you low ratings.

Some may stay, but most people don’t want to support people who don’t support them. To simplify everything and keep a happy team, reassign all your PSAs. Only do this after you have at least 5 people on your first level. All of your advertisement budget should go into supporting your PSA’s.

Build their team and they will build yours. By doing this, you build a giving culture in your organization. Therefore, your downline will do the same. They will do it because it works, and best of all, because it FEELS GOOD!

That is a mysterious question.

"How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?"

The short answer is “You don’t”. A person must already not be lazy and be motivated in order to succeed in SFI. Most people who succeed in SFI are already motivated with good work ethics when they sign up. They already know what they want and why they want it.

The only way to get idle affiliates working is to continue sending your weekly mailings. And hopefully one day you will say just the right thing to get them motivated. However, I don’t believe being lazy is a bigger issue as you might think. Humans are inherently lazy. Most of us do as little as possible to reach our goals. Some people call this efficiency.

The good news is that our motivation can easily cut through our laziness if we have a big enough WHY. So when you send out your mailings, be sure to include why they should give SFI a chance. Tell them what SFI has done for you and what it can do for them.

Tell them if they take one step, then you will take two steps on their behalf. Tell them if they invest in themselves, you will also invest in them. Continue to DARE them to try you, by taking that first step. Keep poking at those sleepers and one of them is bound to move.

Periodically, I will get a sleeper to wake up. When this happens, it is important for you to establish a dialog immediately. While you are on your computer, always stay logged into your SFI Affiliate Center. That way, you can begin a chat session if you see one of your affiliates online.

Establishing a connection with my affiliates is the cornerstone of my success in SFI. When I establish a chat session, I promise my affiliates I will build their team for them if they maintain, at least, EA status. And I cash in on that promise by reassigning all my new PSAs to my first level PSAs.

My advice to you is to take heed to the above content and read different types of books on leadership and team building. You can find these books in the Triple Clicks store. Don’t be afraid to ACT on what you learn. You have nothing to lose.
