You need first learn about marketing and advertising on line,than you can collect a data that can help to promote SFI and tripleclicks products.
You need also to enter daily to SFImg.com and tripleclicks.com to see what is new there and be updated.
You need also be sociable with your team and share with them everything,encourage them to work ,if they win you win.
How does sponsoring many affiliates help me?

SFI business is based on recruiting new affiliates ,keep them working.As we can't force them to work,we need to recruit without stop,till we get a Team which will have a goals which meet our goals and
with SFI goals.

I think PPC is costly you need an email advertising it is more efficacious.
I don't have time to do free advertising. What are the best paid advertising options?

Try direct contact ,it is more human,hard work but to send individual email to each one and you will be surprised.
