My CSAS' are not become overwhelmed as I treat my PSA and CSA in same manner. I send Welcome Letter to PSAS’ as well as CSAS’ first. I think there is no difference between PSA and CSA. I always search for Affiliates who they are give efforts to earn money in a long term basis may be he/she a PSA or CSA. I always take care my CSAS’ like PSAS’

I send Group Mail to all my PSA and CSA weekly. If necessary I contact with them to send Team Mail and try to regular communicating with them.

I always watch one thing who is interested and active and whose activity will progress my whole Team. May be he/she is a PSA. May be CSA

When our main object is to do business and grow our Team in SFI to earn money so there should not be any difference between PSA and CSA. All the Affiliates active or inactive welcome to my Team. I will teach them. Make them active from inactive and that is my capability to motivate people either PSA or CSA.

After completion of introductory part such as congratulation to join SFI, a short note about SFI/TC and its benefits to start an online business successfully – I always give the following tips to my PSAs as well as CSAs in my welcome letter

1) Whitelisting the email addresses of your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, Upline Leaders, SFI, TripleClicks to receive valuable tips, advice, suggestion, information and important link time to time. It is most important to do first – otherwise all important communication from their end will go to your Spam Box. It is very easy to do. Simply go to your inbox – click contacts at left bar – write the addresses one by one in the box – save. Now you are confirm to receive all mails from the above authorities

2) Log into your SFI homepage with your SFI ID/email address and password. Click ‘My Acct’ and complete your affiliate profile. It will prove that you are interested to go further with SFI/TC

3) Upload a profile picture. It should be a professional picture. In future it will inspire your down line members and also prove that you are a human being to avoid fraud

4) Click START button to see the starting video. Read SFI Basics thoroughly. Start to read Launchpad lessons. Complete it one by one after a thorough reading and clear understanding. You will find all these tabs at the top right corner of your SFI homepage

5) Click To-Do-List. Complete one by one to click the button at the bottom of each page after a thorough reading and clear understanding

6) Click all the white tabs in a black bar in your SFI homepage to get training materials

7) Contact your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, Upline Leaders to click the button support at the bottom of your SFI homepage if you have any confusion

All the above actions taken by you – gives you a lot of VP (Versa Point) trend to go further which I have already discussed in the introductory part of this letter. So take the above steps immediately which will prove that you are ready to go with SFI/TC

Obviously yes – you should put your CSAs into new CSA exchange program. It is a great step taken by SFI

Just an example – suppose you have a long line of CSAs in your Genealogy and you are watching most of them are inactive since a long days. You are communicating with them with your valuable tips, suggestions, advice time to time but they are not responding in one hand and not to proceed further on the other

What is the reason? The most important reason is language barrier. You are sending mails to them but they are not able to read and as a result they are silent. You may ask me about Google Translate but according to my opinion Google Translate is not so enough for different languages of different countries worldwide

CSA exchange program is a great benefit to us as we can easily communicate with our team members in our own national language. CSA can translate it in their provincial language to utilize Google Translate, if necessary. So we should voted in favour of CSA Exchange Program without any hesitation

The best and most valuable use of your personal SFI Website is to advertise your SFI business rapidly in an easiest way

Write some useful articles about SFI and TripleClicks separately. You can add your experience in SFI and also all awesome advantages, benefits of SFI. But avoid to add any imaginary conception to get quantity instead of quality

Now click Marketing tab in your homepage. Choose effective and attractive banner for each article separately such as banner for SFI, TripleClicks auction, Wave3, Product listing, Sale of unwanted stuff etc

Go to your Website for post. Upload or click your photo at top left corner and copy paste the html code of banner at the top right corner beside your photo in the text box first. It will take place automatically. Then copy pastes your article below the photo and banner. Don’t forget to add your relevant Gateway URL at the bottom of each article before post. Do the same for each post.

Now you are ready. Random advertise your website URL to get traffic/visitors/new sign-ups easily and smoothly to any Site either free/paid or social networking without any headache as your website URL will not blocked by anybody like SFI Gateway URL. There may be some exception which is negligible

You need to browse internet to search, read and study to take a rough idea of universal demand of some products worldwide

As per my opinion it is better to choose products first from TripleClicks which are easily shippable. It may be digital download or ship through email particularly in case of worldwide to save shipping cost as well as to keep low price of the product

There are several ways to recruit new and good affiliates in SFI. Now I am discussing the best ways about it.


*You may advertise in various Social Networking Sites to get new Affiliates

*Contact your friends, relatives and acquaintances and converse with them face to face about SFI and convince them to join SFI. It is most effective and fruitful to converse with people directly so that you can easily tell them about the benefits, opportunities, monthly commission of SFI freely & frankly and also answer to their quarries about SFI frequently. In this regard I have followed an Insurance Agent in my country. Really they have power and self confidence to convince people. Convincing power of a successful Insurance Agent is really appreciable and we can easily take lessons from it how to motivate and convinced people. I have got a good result from it. But be alert; never tell a lie to people to meet up your purpose.

*Besides this you can email your SFI URL to your friends, relatives, acquaintances to console the benefits, opportunity of SFI and request them to join.

*You can also talk to them over mobile phone/telephone to discuss about SFI and convince them to join.

At first stage I do not suggest to give them Gift Cards, X-Cards etc. You may give them after joining SFI.

In conclusion I want to say that face to face conversion and advertising in Social Network Sites is the priority to recruit new Affiliates in SFI.

If you have only one hour a day to spend in SFI – follow up as per following

1) Log into your SFI homepage. Quickly go to TripleClicks and enter in T-Time drawing from Game tab as you shall have another chance to enter before leaving after one hour. You may win 2 free T-Credits in hourly drawing

2) Check the auction page quickly. Click “Pick the Price” from Game tab. Choose some auction/s and pick the approx wining price – it will help you to win a share of T-Credit Zackpot in any moment

I do maximize and enjoy the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader in a following way

Log daily to my home page, set my daily goal in a perspective way, check SFI latest news, all the messages, emails coming from SFI/TC, team members and take necessary action. Concentrate to build an awesome team

Track genealogy, movers tab, VP Ledger of team members and if require – make contact with them immediately to send necessary tips and support. If they face any trouble and ask something – try to resolved it without delay

Always encourage them to advance their rank as an EA (Executive Affiliate) with 1500 VP in each month to enjoy the benefits of commission and perks. Try to motivate and inspire the inactive, semi inactive affiliate members to regain their status. Suggest them to follow my Leadership Page and try to achieve the badges what I already gained

Send Welcome letter to new PSA/CSAs immediately after their join in SFI without delay mentioning to complete affiliate profile, join E-365 Championship and other necessary doings.

Make constant contact with my down line team members in a regular basis to send them Group Mail, Team Mails, Emails to encourage them to advertise daily of their SFI/TC business in several sites including social networking and especially in wall & groups of facebook to get new affiliate members to build an awesome team as well as PRMs to generate and increase TC sales/purchase to ensure their handsome monthly commission
