At the moment I would have to say Germany and the region of Europe. Because I´m living here I can meet with prospects personally and that is sometimes more effective than other methods of advertising.

I usually send theses affiliates an email asking why did they sign up in the first place? Is it something that they found with SFI that they did not like or are they afraid that they won´t succeed? I let them know that it is normal in the beginning to have a little fear, but as their sponsor I am there to assist them all the way.

The best way to encourage an affiliate to set up a standing order is to
lead by example. I let them know just how a standing order helps me
maintain my status every month and that it will help them too.

I would simply explain that higher commisions just don´t come over night. Every commision is a plus and that should give them more of an incentive to work harder
the following month. They should also take an honest inventory and ask themselves
if they have utilize every option that SFI suggests to make more income.

Quite honestly I used this technique to get inactive affiliates back in the game and I personally think it gives the wrong impression to give a person a reward or incentive for something they didn´t earn. But if this is the way you want to go then I would have to say without a doubt that gift certificates are the most effective rewards for getting inactive affiliates active.Using gift cerficates allows them to have a choice in how they can use it.The next best reward would be tcredits which could

You should only spend on what your budget allows you to. There are very inexpensive ways to advertise your SFI business. I spend on an average 50 dollars a month, which
is just right for my budget. Radio SFI is also a good and inexpensive way to advertise
with great results.

I start off by first sending them a welcome letter and a brief description of who I am and what it is I´ll be doing for them. A short introduction of SFI and then start with topics like, the daily tasks, launch pad ,versa points and that they will receive a invite for the team training per email.

This is a very important question. First and foremost, you should not lie to them.It will only come back to haunt you and they will know it. I would simply tell them that I am new and have not yet reached my potential earnings, but I am earning. As my experience grows so will my commisions.
