To rate myself a five i will have to ask myself some questions, to which i would give very honest answers. The first of these questions would be how do my I relate to my downline?
Fortunately SFI offers us a very comprehensive lesson on how to be "AN AWESOME SPONSOR". It consists of 24 DO's and some DONT's, which I believe will make me a super awesome sponsor if I can follow them to the letter. Here are just a few of them which i have employed so far.

1. I try and lead by example.

2. I offer support to my downline always, bearing in mind that i can only succeed if they succeed.

3. I work with the workers.

4. I send out weekly newsletters to my downline and CSAs and do this consistently.

5. I post teamtalk messages on my SFIMG homepage's stream tab, where i encourage and share with them.

6. I answer all emails and team mails i recieve from them as best as i can and as soon as i recieve them.

These are just a few of the recommended DO's. The DONT's are just as important.

Now as for whether my PSAs would rate me the same, I will opt for "do your best and leave the rest" because no matter how hard you try you just can't please some people. If i give it my best shot, though, a vast majority of them will rate me as highly as I rate myself. But I will keep in mind that with humans you win some and lose some. That way a low rating from them would not dent my ego.

To me the E365 is an incentive to help the new affiliate stay focused and to build a spirit of healthy competion among affiliates in their first month.
So how do i get my affiliates to focus on it.
In the first day of enrollement i try and get in touch and make sure they get the fast track badge, telling them it will make things easier for them later on.
Where they fail to make the fast track, i keep a watchful eye on them remainding to watch the greenline. The only way to get them to focus is to watch with them. Because in the first month they are still learning and may give priorty to the wrong things.
Sometimes i track them on facebook and explain the benefits of moving on to the next round.
I know some of my PSAs, who are finalist, having money issues are holding on hoping to win $50 so they can invest in their SFI business.

The S76 for will be a very good marketing tool. A good number of people will be attracted by the logos there by providing an avenue for recruitment.
Also investing in metals has always been a great way to save up for the future.
Unlike investing in stocks and shares whose value tend to rise and fall depending on prevailing economic variables.
Metals rise in value and rearly suffer loss.
So the S76 is going to be a very wise investment for me, especially as it is coming from a very reliable source. This is a golden opportunity for me. Especially as i have always dreamt of investing in metals. My fears had always been the fear of buying fake or sub standard products.
So i am definately going to capitalize on this opportunity and save up for my retirement.

The badges are a proof of your achievements. They inspire your downline to want to have some of their own too.
They help you build your business because of the prestige that comes with them and they give a sense of achievement. Meaning each time you acquire one you are inspired to go after the next one, by so doing you find yourself relentlessly working hard to achieve the next badge and the prestige that comes with it. They more acquire the more successful you are.
This in turn will inspire your downline to work harder to have those badges for themselves too. And so your business keeps growing

First and foremost if you dont have an active downline, it is pointless maintaing BTL.
Now it is actually very easy to maintain.
You need 3000vp every month to do that. Of the 3000vp you are allowed to make purchases/sales for 2000vp. (A standing order of 1500vp plus purchases for 500vp settles that)
you are now left with 1000vp. 492vp will come from daily and weekly activities, leaving you with just 508vp, any of the following actions or combination of actions should give you the 508vp.
1. Answer questions like this at ASK SC tab.
2. Bid at pricebender penny auctions.
3. Sponsor EA2s for a 100vp each.
4. Be a top 20 enroller.
5. Distribute gift cards.
6. Reassign PSAs.
And so many more, just use the one more suited to your needs.

I believe at the onset, making money on the internet was very easy. Because the customer base was huge and the programs were very few and so those who came into it were able to make it easy and quick.
When people became aware of the huge potentials in this sector more programs were established, some of them scams. A lot of people fell victims and the era of caution set in.
So even though we now have a more caucious customer base, a lot of people still believe you can come in and pick up your check just for signing up.
The advertisers are not making things any easier with the adverts you see everyday promising to make them thousands in 60 seconds.
So they signup for SFI expecting the same, and when they dont get it they leave disappointed. Unfortunately even the educated fall victim.
That is the picture of the big funnel for you. Win some loose "MOST"

I would let them know that although advertising is the most important part of any online business he or she does not have to be a computer guru or advertising guru to succeed.
What they need to succeed in their advertising campgne is just:

1. The conviction that they are working with the right team. Once they are sure of that they can convince anyone to join.

2. The will. Once there is a will you will find a way.

3. The zeal to succeed at your business and then,

4. Persistence and consistence.

Armed with these, he then needs to decide how to go about his campagne. The best place to start would be family, friends, colleagues at the office and even classmates and church members.

Then he can go on the net; there lots of traffic exchange sites. Get his alternate email address and key code and plug in.

There are also a lot of post ads free forums he could try.

If he can invest some cash, he should consider, SFI S-Builder co-op. He could also set up a co-op for his affiliates and reduce cost. He could also be a part of my co-op and that of his co-sponsor.

The various cards provided by SFI are good tools to invest in, especially if he is the shy type.

Joining the wave with a Wave3 kit is a good way to get his message across. Armed with good text and banner ads, wave3 kit, some flyers, persistence, consistence and dedication, he will be on his to becoming an advertising guru in no time at all.
