For my affiliates as the SFI procedures I always start with the welcome letter where am introducing myself and tell them my duties as a sponsor. Then I give then a general guide, thus How they have to start, what they priorize on their activities as well as the deadline. Dont forget to motivate them talking about the advantages they can have on their dailly activities.

Show them a lot of advantages on Buying at TripleClicks, from the litle that can pay on Biding prices and on de Deal of the day. Dont forget to talk to them about the Closeouts and hot deal. First you have to praize his/her effort in become ES.
A congratulations is the aproppriate word for that.
Then show most the beneffits of being at this level, for himself and to the other members of team. Show him also the importance of renew this position as well what he have to do to maintain this position. As his or her sponsor make sure you motivate your member to keep this positions chosing aproppriate words.

Ignoring them would not be a good solution. What I recommend you to do is continue maintaining the contact the contact with them, not just because of 30VP, but because most of them they are not sure why are here at SFi. They need to be pushed up and they need to understand to nowadays the solution in E-business is at the SFI.

Show how a good host you're, be objective talking about your aims as a team leader, encourage others especially your downline to be proactive and focus in business and tell them about the advantage of working as team. Show then how open you're to help anyone, just in case.

I think there is no so much to do, since its a part of SFI activities by which they earn 10 VP. Therefore, you can tell them that by rating his Sponsor they're showing what kind of job he/she is doing.

We attribute to SFI largely to the unique makeup of their affiliate program—a hybrid sales and marketing system exquisitely powered by the Internet. It probably also has a lot to do with the simple fact that SFI WORKS for so many thousands of people.

Computers knowledge is not the most important to join to SFI even thugh to run a business. Having the basics knowldge like Kay Byers said, its enough. There are so many guys in the SFI, with high knowledge in Computers, but there are lack business knowledge. The most important in joining SFI is the will and joy of being part of this big family.
