I have started using the free ads at different sites on the web and am also giving flyers at colleges and supermarkets parking lot and have started to see some results.

The first thing to do is take a walk in you town or city and look for companies, shops, industries and organizations that offer products and services you like, list them down, then approach the management to know who is concerned with advertisement and marketing. That way you can get the contact person and you can book for an appointment if you can't see him/her there and then.

Then go and talk to the person if you close the deal well and good; if not keep on persisting, finally you will get the right response.
