I do not differentiate my level of support according to the rank of my downlines.All are equally important for me.But i must differentiate my support and guidance according to their needs and requirements.I also watch if they are regular on their Homepage or not,Because I want to work with the workers and movers.

In my 20 years of network marketing experience,I have always seen that prizes and cotests always motivated and inspired people to do more and achieve something better and greater.However to make a prize contest successful,we must be careful about its some vital points-
A) we must set it up in a manner that all the members can participate in it from the beginning.
B)No differentiation should be made among the members and all should have the equal opportunity to achieve the prize.
C)Prizes and recognition should be given as early as possible after the end of the contest.If we delay in the prize distribution,it loses its real attraction and inspiration.In fact, prizes delayed,prizes denied.
D)One caution,Prize Contest should not be known before hand otherwise it may halt the normal growth of your business for some time in the expectation of the coming contest.

Thanks for this smart question.according to my opinion ,the three best keys to success in SFI ,are as follows-
1) Learn SFI Basics and Launchpad lessons carefully and IMPLEMENT it THOROUGHLY.
2) Recruit at least five affiliates monthly.And
3)Motivate,help and train your affiliates to do the same.
Thats all.It is so simple and easy.
