If you are giving unconditional support to your PSAs and you are poorly rated it is inevitable that it does not become a concern to you. One of the things you may need to look into is your communication with the individual; how well do you understand the business needs of the individual, is he/she getting the support that is really needed for them to see a brighter future. One other thing you may do to help you deal with the situation is to use your Affiliate Manager's checklist to document the performance quality of the PSAs which is for your own reference.

That way you will keep a better understanding about the intentions by the way the individual carries out his/her business, you will better understand what they are expecting from you in your support. You should not be alarmed if any of your PSAs should outperform you given to the fact that people's ability differs. Do not take any of these issues personal, continue to give your support the best you know how when necessary and always acknowledge the performance and consistency of your team in general.

If you have to convince your PSAs that they should set up a standing order they probably do not understand the value of a standing order or they may not be in position to set up one which could be for several reasons; one could be currency differences depends on where they are located geographically.

One of the best ways to convince PSAs is to get them to read and understand the purpose of a standing order, then let them decide the benefits, until they can see the benefits in setting it up it is pointless you try to convince them. If there is no worth to them your chances are slim trying to convince them. You may only help by explaining the value of a standing order if your PSAs do not understand what is all about.

Generally people who always need to be motivated from outside, never last longer than the time it takes for them to cool down from being motivated. While it is good to be a motivator to others, individuals will have to cultivate a certain amount of self motivation that drives them to do what they need to do if they are looking for results.

In my opinion if your team is impressed with your actions, and if they see the big picture in SFI their own inner drive will cause them to aspire to get what they want to have, by seizing the opportunity that offer them the possibility do so. Your team may not see what you see or want what you want badly enough to get and keep active with SFI.

It is all up to the individual, the bottom line is you work with those who want to work when they see what they want and determine in them self to go after it. As a leader be the best example you can, your team will follow and stay with you.

There is always a certain amount of quality you are likely to find in the quantity. The quality will automatically get separated from the quantity.
