CSA’s are our 1st teammates when we attained the Executive Affiliate status. It is with CSA’s that we work and hound our Leadership skill. Hence, I send them information and assistance as much as I can as their leader. On the other hand, the CSA’s receiving information from their co-sponsor can benefit from the encouragement, information, news and valuable tips that they may have missed from their own sponsor.

It is better to have more information and assistance

I would like to understand that on your autoresponder, you have at least mentioned what you are involved with and the success you experienced in your endeavors. Hence in your follow-up email to potential Affiliates, I would like to recommend the following details:

Dear (Potential Affiliate),

The 2nd month in SFI is the defining stage for new affiliate: whether to continue or stop. After they learnt the basics, read all the 30-day Launchpad, they are challenged - "What's next?" There are "Rules to Success" as blueprint, marketing tools to use and training that equip them, because above earning VPs they need to find affiliates to build their own TEAM.

It is important that on the 1st month the new affiliate is made to understand that SFI is no “quick-rich”

Yes, reading is important to success, we gain information, instructions and knowledge shared by others through their writings. There are lot of books written by brilliant authors and we choose books that will serve our purpose in a particular time. Since, we are doing business through Internet Marketing at SFI and our goal is to have a successful Second Income through Internet, (for technical skills) I would like to recommend:

1.“Internet Income Vol. 1” by George Little, an important

Each one of us receives notations from SFI Admin, Upline, Sponsor and Co-Sponsor at least once a week. A minimum of 4-5 written communication are received in our inbox. We have reading materials: Launchpad, alerts and Forum to read. Hence, the tendency we get overwhelmed.

As a sponsor, I think a communication of once a week is enough, unless a particular affiliate will seek support and correspond for discussion on particular topic. Beyond this, communication becomes unnecessary or too

People join SFI with different reasons and different capacity to engage in or not with the Business. In this regard, the sponsor's best move is to continue with the business and share his/her experience and success with SFI.

Every success story with SFI will trigger interest and can encourage Affiliates to try and do something with their business. As a leader we must continue what we believe is the key to build our future then, let others follow.

When one becomes an SFI Affiliate, he/she is also a member of the TripleClicks. It has 1.8 Million members and has 97,542 products and services that is growing everyday. The beauty of it --- TripleClick is your virtual Store. SFI Affiliate earns a direct commission on every purchase from personally sponsored affiliate for at least 45%. It is easy for a new PSA to get overwhelmed by all the materials to read especially when one does not have the habit of reading. Based on my own experience, I think the best tip for a new PSA is a step-by-step guide for her to do on a daily basis. Work with her. Send her a short reminder daily.

1st, inform her that on her first 24-hours she can gain an additional 200 VersaPoints when she can reach 500VPs by simply logging in her Homepage and click on the “START” Button

One thing to keep in mind is that no one can predict when an affiliate is ready to engage in SFI Business much more to be conversing with them as a leader or upline.

For me, I will continue to exert effort to let them know that I'm available for them and that they are free to reach me at anytime. Take every opportunity to update or share with them my progress and even my thoughts on the current development and issues in SFI.

On the other hand, the affiliate or affiliates under

Interestingly, every business needs people with qualities that can spell out SUCCESS! SFI is no different, we need people that can further the aims and dreams of people who invest time and effort to increase marketability that ensures the future of the business.

The qualities that one needs to have to be successful in business with SFI are:
