I send my CSA's an Welcome mail, with a few tips, as soon as I get a notification, explaining that I am their new Co-Sponsor, and next to their Sponsor, I am the person to contact if they need any help

Then they get exactly the same series of team mail I send to my PSA's, where I explain a lot of different topics from SFI.

When I send out a weekly team mail, I include my PSA's, all generations and also my CSA's

I do have competitions for all team members, PSA's and CSA's as well.

I do not distinguish, between my PSA's and CSA's, as I think if I won them, either by being a team leader, or auctions, or any other means, the onus is on me, to help everyone in my team to attain their dream, and some CSA's have great Sponsors, but others have to either rely on their Co-Sponsor, or "navigate it alone".

After all is said and done, I have a vested interest on my CSA's being active, as I benefit from rhem, on getting matching VP, as well as a percentage of commission

So I contact them, the same way I contact my PSA's, no difference

Also I tell them to do all the actions they see with a plane next to them. I also advise them that the first month, is really a learning month, and not to skip any of the actions, ie: just click to get the VP, as this will hurt them in the long run

I advise everyone, to NOT DO, all the Launchpad lessons, in the 1st day, for the same reason, you need to read and understand, as well as follow all the links in each Launchpad lesson

I tell them about the Daily Actions, and the Forum, and finally that they can contact me any time with any questions they may have, and will try to reply within 24 hours

I follow this with an individual e-card, telling them about my welcome e-mail, and where to find it, if they have not seen it

Most affiliates, can only afford to have a SO ( Standing Order), for 100 TCredits, so:

1. I would use this TCredits to bid on an auction to maximize my TCredits

2. Use the TCredits to bid on either PSA's or CSA's auctions, so I could grow my downline

3. If I have to use an internet cafe, in order to do my SFI, use the TCredits to bid for an Ipad, or Macbook, or similar device, so I can work from my own devise, any time I want

4. Bid on Lifetime Prestige Domain, so I can promote SFI, TripleClicks, PriceBenders, etc

5. Bid on any of the auctions, for items, I need for the home / leisure / exercise, as this will save me some money, all PriceBenders, are about 77% of price

6. All of the above can help me to grow my business, and even If I do not win the auction I do win VP's , up to 500 VP, count to my monthly actions, and also earn 5 or 10 MRP's , per bid, that I can also use to buy more TCredits, or use them to buy items from rewards tab, or some of the ECA's

My view, and experience in SFI as taught me:

1 .We should contact new affiliates as soon as possible. Send a team mail or, if you can, an E-card, as this is more personal and makes the recipient feel special

2. Send them tips about Daily, Weekly, Monthly Actions

3. Tell them about the different Eager Zebra Games, and also that some can be played for free

4. Tell them about the ECA Program

5. If you are good at blogging, help them to start their own blog

6. Do you run a competition for your affiliate? Let all know about it

7. SFI sends a reminder about the New Member Pak, but it is better if you send out a reminder about it in your own words, about the benefits of this promotion

8. If you can, open a Facebook, or Skype site to teach your affiliates, and also were they can interact with each other

9. Send news from the "Latest News" to new affiliates, as most will not see them, or ignore it, and tell them about the FORUM and ASK SC

10. Reply to any questions from new affiliates within 24 hours, if at all possible

This will make your affiliate feel more at ease, and help to establish a good relationship

Your Sponsor, is the person who introduced you to this wonderful program, called SFI.

If you are lucky enough to have a sponsor that communicates with their affiliates, congratulations, you are very lucky, and can than ask him / her any points you do not understand, reading all material that your Sponsor sends you.

Another name for Sponsor is Mentor. Your mentor is there to help guide you when you start, and / or get confused or overwhelmed, by all the information available to you

As for relying on your Sponsor, you must understand that whether or not you have an active Sponsor, ultimately this is YOUR BUSINESS, so you should not rely solely on your Sponsor, but rather try to learn as much as you can, and that involves contacting your other Upline Members, your Co-Sponsor, using the Forum and ASK SC, making friends in the a2a, this last is very powerful, if used wisely, as you can make friends from your own country, and discuss problems relevant to your country.

So yes rely on your sponsor, when you first start, but at the end of the day, it is up to YOU, to grow your business

Team stands for Teach, Experience, Action, Motivation

Teach: teach your downline to duplicate what you do, Daily Actions, Weekly and Momnthly Actions are standard, everyone that wants to succed should be doing it. Teach them how to do research, ie: send them links to read, or a brief description, on the subject, and teach them to do the same to their downline

Experience: You should have a basic understanding (experience), of SFI/tripleclicks/Auctions, so you can pass it down, and/or answer any queries from your affiliates, either PSA's or CSA's

Action: You want your team to duplicate what you do, so ensure you are doing all the actions you expect from your team to do, lead by example.

Motivation: Encourage your team, by sending team mails, replying to any queries, if you do not know the answer, tell them so, and try and find the answer, either by researching or asking your upline / a2a friends.

Remember team work, does not have an "I" on it, it is for all to be involved, and we must remember that we all do things at different paces, so try and help all in your team, even if they have not done much when they join, or have stopped, try and find out if there is a problem, that you can help resolve, that is what a good team player does, helps the team to grow stronger, goes the extra mile for the team

1. Have a SO of 125 TCredits, gives you 1500 VP and 100 VP for SO

2. Turn 100 of that TCredits into buying affiliates, and you get more VP attached to that. You get your EA status, and start a downline

3. Use the balance to reward your 2 best working PSA's/CSA's

4. Or use the balance to enter the Eager Zebra games, 1 VP per entry & you get 5 MRP

5. Or use it to enter Guess the price, if you good at that, and you can win extra TC's

6. Enter the auctions, and try to win more TCredits or PSA's, or any product that you want. And if possible look for auctions that have double MRP. You can convert the MRP's into more TCredits, or buy products.

Sending a detailed mail to your downline, will show them why they should invest, ie:

If you are in your First Month you have no problem to attain and maintain EA, however when you reach your 2nd and subsequent months,you will find that the only way to attain and maintain EA or Team Leader status you will have to do 2 things:

1. Start recruiting your own affiliates and teach them to duplicate the system.You can do this talking to family, friends, have meetings, co-workers, etc. Or you can use the SBuilder or any of the ECA shops in TripleClicke, that sell either affiliates or hits to your Website or blog

2. Putting a SO in place

125TC (TCredits) Pak that gives you 1500VP every month, you also get extra 100 VP for having this as a SO, or Get 100 TC Pak that gives you 1200 VP, TCredits can be used to bid on auctions, download music, and so much more, you also get MRP for each bid in auctions, and can use that to purchase more TC's (using MRP to buy 1TC gives you 102VP)

2A. The new introduced paks, assures you get the VP, for the rank you want to achieve, Choose the one that best suits your budget.

TCredits – 240 pack — $76.80 w/2000 VP
TCredits – 300 pack — $96.00 w/2500 VP

If you are not very good at recruiting or do not have the time to do so I recommend that you do an order for SBuilder, It takes 6 to 8 weeks to start from initial order and you get 1 to 5 affiliates per SBuilder, also there is a choice of buying PSA-TO-GO starting with a pak of 10 PSA's

Remember that if attain EA you get 2 affiliats that you are the Co-Sponsor of, and their are valuable, as you can get residual income from each and everyone of them, however if you do not maintain your EA status you forfeit the CSA's, so it is in your best interest to maintain EA or team leader status

A Bronze Team leader gets an average of 50 CSA's, and it goes higher as you advance all the way to Platinum

2B You can also do transfer buying, look up any ECA stores in your country/ area, and buy items you normally buy in other places, you get the VP, and help your store at the same time

Why should you invest in SFI...

SFI just like any other venture requires an investment of time and money, all business have overheads, like rent, licences, wages/salaries, etc

In SFI you can treat your SO as your rent, and recruiting affiliates as your wages/salaries, as your affiliates are your customers, their are the ones that do pay you, and while we are at it why not treat advertising as your licences? Do you see what I mean?

All business requires an input of time as well as money, and SFI is no different, the only difference is you have a lot of advise for free, so you are already saving money, and any investment in SFI, will repay you quicker than a brick and mortar business, as you have much less output of capital. Also with the structure of SFI, you do get a return in your expenses, through VP, MRP, TripleClicks pool.

My rent is my SO with Tripleclicks, as tripleclicks is my store, so to speak.

By keeping a SO of 1500VP, I ensure I am keeping my EA Status, as well as getting 2 extra entries in the Daily Grand Draw, plus I get 2 CSA's every month, they are potencial earners for you. With the new NMP PACK, just introduced by SFI, it is easy to maintain your EA every month, and starting to build your downline. You have 10 days from the date you started, to get the NMP PACK

You can also have an SO for 100pak TC , an SBuilder Co-op, and a PSA's-to-go , or any other item, like transfer buying.

Homemakers: The majority of people in this group need to make some extra cash, but with the hassle of running their careers and family, they are short of time, so I do not think you will find many in this group, interested to start yet another venture.

If on the other hand you can get them interested and show them that working at least 1 hour a day, every day, they can make a good income 3 to 4 years down the line, than this is a group to go for

Retired Person: It is a fact that the majority of retired folks, do not have enough as pension, to have a decent kind of retirement, and since this is a group of people that have time in their hands, the ideal target to teach them about SFI and TripleClicks, and everything the site has to offer.
