I made mention of yourself first because you will need to study if first, make it your own business, see how it works for you and how you have fared over a period of time after which you can now sell same idea with the team that you would build up.Teamwork goes on a long way in SFI, be an effective and dependable leader to the team. For me, I noticed that SFI was organized and on point. They had videos, ebooks and lessons to read on how to progress, this is not what you will see in any other programme out there. It even has a forum where you can ask any questions where you are not comfortable and believe you me Gery will be available to answer some of the questions for you and even send you links to you can progress on this journey. I have been in SFI since 2012 though I was unavailable for something, I noticed my down lines where working on my behalf and surprisingly i received an email during when commissions where shared and i noticed that my down lines have catapulted me and i got some really good commissions.

This geared me to be more serious with the programme and now i dedicate time to my down lines to be able to grow real quick because in SFI when you win everyone in the chain wins.

So Maja SFI is a real deal and I will suggest you take it serious.

Thank you for the question Betty Tamihana, but I feel that doing it gradually and learning how everything goes will make you a better teacher and leader on SFI. Irrespective that SFI has fast tracker but would one stand to gain when your formula does not work for your affiliates. It would not be nice and you would end of inactive PSAs or CSAs.

If you still want to continue on the fast track movement from affiliate to Diamond Team Leader to be frank be ready to spend some good cash to get the necessary versa points to attain DTL. For further reading do click https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan

First and foremost, I must say congratulations that someone signed up under your link, secondly you will welcome the person to SFI and give the person assurance that you will be available to assist him or her on any issues/questions relating to SFI. Well also you can ask the person if he or she will like to be communicated via chat(IM) or via mail.
