If it's simply a question of finding a way for them to put money into the system then you are restricted by what your country allows, however there are a number of local pay merchants now which you may be able to make use of. To become a team leader you need both sales and action points, now one way you can achieve this is to buy enough t-credits and effectively exchange these for versa points via auctions and games, though I would argue this is not a very cost effective path to take.

The idea of being a Team leader is that you are leading a team, and you will find that it's actually easier to qualify as a team leader, when you do that. Not only do you receive action VP when your team members qualify as EA2 or higher, but you should also be receiving some level of commission as well which will help relieve the cash flow issues you are describing.

The best way to help somebody who wants to be a team leader is to help them build a team, how you choose to do that is up to you, you can provide PSAs directly or simply advice on how they can get their own PSAs. You must remember building a business is not something which happens overnight, a certain level of patience is required aw well.

There are a number of ways to increase your earnings they are listed at https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan, some are easier than others, and some hold a greater return for the effort you invest.

You need to pick a task which suits your interests and skills, for instance if you love social media, conversing with people, and have a charming pesonality, you probably want to put your skills to work building a big team of affiliates.

If you are more comfortable looking for great deals in TripleClicks, start looking for some super christmas presents and advertise them where likely customers hang out.

One really great profitable option is to bring in an E-Commerce Associate, you will earn 10% of the CV of every item they sell.

Then there is the question of Bronze Team Leader, once you are at that level you stand to gain a lot of additional versa points through the VP matching system, but you must remember it takes either a large team or some investment to reach that level, will you get back your investment ?

Essentially you need to login everyday, advertise is several places every day, and never quit, if you keep doing this your business will build.

If your sponsor is not responsive, you have other lines of support, everybody has a co-sponsor, who should be happy to help an active affiliate. If you get no luck there you work you way up your upline select "Support > My Upline" from the top navigation.

I'm sure there are many sentences which convey quite a lot about SFI, certainly you'll never find a sentence which says everything.
The sentence which I use has been re-written many time as I learn more about SFI, marketing and what people react to, I'm currently using the following.

"For your free home based business (part time or full time) Click here, SFI has been in the business for 15 years, creating residual income streams for 1000s of people world wide."

That sentence tell the reader all of the following things.

1. It's free.
2. Tells them what level of work is involved
3. Requests an action (click here), people do react to simple commands like this.
4. SFI has been here a long time, so it's not likely to vanish.
5. Tells them what they get.
6. Tells them that it's global.
7. It's not too long so the reader should reach the end.

Obviously you will have to be able to perform marketing tasks, now that covers a lot of things in one easy phrase, you need to know how to capture peoples attention quickly, how to encourage them to take an action, even silly things like which colour advert is most likely to succeed, far too many things to list here, but marketing skills are a must have.

Beyond that you need to explore your nurturing skills, the empathy and the advice you can provide will help bring along newer members to strengthen your team, make a point of remembering how difficult this all seemed when you first started and what a difference a simple piece of advice made.

All that said, I think the most import skill you need is to be patient, nobody ever promised over night success, this is a marathon not a sprint, those of us who go the distance will win through in the end.

Hi Patricia,

Knowing when to re-assign PSAs in difficult, you have to strike a balance between safeguarding your own position and encouraging your other PSAs, you also have to consider if you will actually discourage the PSA being moved.

As we all know you can only move PSAs who have scored 600+ versa points in the last 90 days,and you can't re-assign PSAs who have been re-assigned to you.

To achieve the level of Bronze Team Leader you need to amass 1000 versa points from non-sales activity, you can get around 500 each month from the daily, weekly & monthly actions, and you would get 100 for each EA2 which re-qualifies, so really you need to have 5 good working PSAs before you consider passing any to your downline. That being said if you have a fantastic PSA who is really good at encouraging 'sleepers', you are much better off with an active 2nd level affiliate than you are with a non-active PSA, this also acts as a reward to the PSA receiving the re-assignment.

It's very much a question of knowing the individuals in question, if you know they won't mind being re-assigned, if you know the recipient is going to do a good job at encouraging them, if you know you've tried and can't get any more from them perhaps somebody else can (are you sure you tried hard enough?)

Well I have to admit this is a tough call, most people put great stock in their first impressions, on the other hand if you don't follow up you'll certainly loose those people 'sitting on the fence'

I'm going to say that the follow up is more important, generally people who are not interested in what we are offering won't answer any of our adverts anyway, those who come here are already interested at some level, I'm not saying you should forget about first impressions, but how much of SFI can you actually explain in an e-mail which is not going to bore somebody silly. By following up with regular information and simple instructions, by showing what you do and what you achieve from those actions you will do the best job of bringing in people who are not sure or who have forgotten they signed up.

Not many things are overrated, everything we've been taught to do on a day to day basis is a useful productive piece of work, you have to invest the time in many aspect of the business so you understand how it works and are able to explain it should you be asked question by your downline. I'm a quite an early stage in my time with SFI and whilst I find the t-credits from the t-time contest very useful for maintaining my EA2 level, I'm sure the amount of time I spend re-entering each house is probably dis-proportionate with the actual reward received, certainly as I progress, that will be one of the first things to go, I'll leave it for the newbys.

As for underrated, I'd have to say that we all need to learn how to encourage more people to use SFI and triple clicks, the only real way to gain stability as a BTL or above is to have working PSAs, to get higher than BTL you need sales as well, you cannot expect to get anything out of a business which does not have customers, we need to build that customer base.
