I am always bold to say that SFI provides nearly all the required tools which its affiliates need to succeed in the business. Hit-tracking is no exception. Come to think of it, as an Internet Business Person with Gateways advertised out there, any smart entrepreneur must have and use tools to track hits to the Gateways of the products so advertised. From the information provided by your installed personal key codes, you can track the number of times your gateway links are clicked because the tools record the number of hits/clicks your ads receive. You can thereafter use the 2 parameters below to make informed decisions on the effectiveness of your ads.

1. The volume of hits/clicks. This represents the number of persons who have actually seen your ads. The higher the number of visitors, the higher the chances/probability of sign-ups.

2. The number of sign-ups compared to the volume of clicks on your key code. This is simply termed “conversion rate.” The higher the rate, the more effective your ads are.

Armed with this information, it becomes easier for you to determine how you can improve on your promotions. You may choose to change the ads platforms for higher visibility or you can improve on the quality of the ads. Armed with the information, you can easily decide which promotions are doing poorly and do require some improvements and which are doing very well. You may choose to use some unique key codes for each ads site to make comparisons easier.

It is also advisable (if you know how) to find ways to set up many data fields to compare different types of advertising whether Offline or Online and to make informed decisions based on the data you collect.

It is a marketing fact that you must have some passion for a product before you can market it successfully. It is also a marketing truism that every good product sells itself. From my experience in SFI, the one thing affiliates struggle with most, is DUPLICATION particularly about getting serious and active affiliates. Since it appears to be a business-wide problem, everyone is grappling with it the way they deem fit. On my part, I always insist on the following to my affiliates.

1. Be very familiar with SFI awesome sponsor tips and use them as recommended.
2. Do not fail to regularly communicate with your affiliates.
3. Encourage and motivate them to keep sponsoring even if they are not getting serious and active affiliates.
4. Promote your SFI Gateways widely and intensely to recruit new affiliates.
5. Never fail to welcome your new affiliates when they join your team.
6. Follow that up always with “welcome to my team” cards.
7. Share your progress in the business with your affiliates.
8. Appreciate the modest achievements they have in the business and reward them if you can afford to.
9. Remember and identify with their anniversaries and congratulate them.
10. Encourage them to ask you questions and help them with good answers and references.
11. Take your affiliates as business partners and relate with them as such.
12. Encourage them to read widely in SFI and to imbibe all the business lessons.
13. Encourage them to join the various forums and to participate actively.
14. Advise them to have fun with the Trivia Games and the Auctions.

The foregoing are the things I do and recommend to my affiliates which I believe if done properly can help to alleviate the duplication problems we all face.

Your PSAs and CSAs look up to you as a sponsor and they always ask questions with that in mind. That is why in SFI, you must “walk your talk” all the time. It is easier to answer questions about what you know and do routinely than what you do not do. Since you can never tell what questions your PSAs and CSAs can ask you at the anytime, be fully prepared by doing all that SFI recommends that its affiliates should routinely do. Specifically you should:

1. Log in to your SFI website daily and perform the “to-do” tasks to earn VersaPoints.
2. Work to reach at least the rank of EA2 every month.
3. Communicate very regularly with your downline.
4. Join and participate in the forums.
5. Read SFI news and other lessons.
6. Accept SFI regular tips and use them in your business.
7. Play the Trivia Games to have fun.
8. Participate in the Auctions.
9. Promote SFI Gateways intensely and widely.
10. Help to sell products on TripleClicks to earn commissions.
