First of all you should talk to him and try to find out the main reason why is he leaving or giving up on SFI. After that you need to work out a solution for his problem.

If he is giving up after short period of time, then you should pay attention on motivating him/her more, by giving examples of successful SFI members(it would be perfect if that example is you), or even sending him some Gift Cards or TC Credits.

If he/she is giving up after a while, then it must be bigger problem. The solution must be figured out by yourself. Motivation is also key factor to keep every single one of your affiliates dedicated.

After all, you can always remind them that Winners never quit and quitters never win!

It is easy if they are excited.. The difficult part comes if they are not!

It would be a lot easier if there is an universal answer that you can always use, but there is not!

The KEY is to get to know the person a little and try to tell him how SFI is capable of solving his personal problems.

Don't forget to read and study the Compensation Plan, because I think understanding it is the most important thing. After that comes the easy part.

If you understand the Comp. Plan, then you know that what you are presenting is truly great. That is allowing you to be confident enough to convince others to join SFI!

You can use your blog for two things:
1) to put the blog as an ad
2) to share your thoughts and experience in this business.

If it is for advertising purposes, you just make it look attractive, write down the best features of SFI and that is it, and if you want everybody to read about your experience with SFI, then you have to post new articles on regular basis!

The best method for attracting and convincing people to join SFI should be telling your story about how you began and how are you managing now in SFI.

But often that is not necessary to do that. Most of the times it is PRESENTING how SFI works in first place. When people realize that SFI is great opportunity for decent income, your job is done!

And the people that are doubtful or skeptic about SFI are the ones that you have to remind that SFI is there for 13 years, show them the everyday growth etc.

Just remember.. Quitters don't win and winners don't quit!

So don't quit trying to convince somebody.. take your time and wait for the perfect opportunity !
