Here if you have goals and would like to realise them SFI help your efforts among others with "TO DO List". You just have to do every day what You have to do... You have to check and collect the information from the "Lunchpad" every day, too. Please, not more than two/day! Please teach your Partners with your example... It is together: simple... but efficient...

I suggest to follow these steps if you would like to work successfully here at SFI with an ECA Partner:

1. You have to be more or less familiar with the products fo this ECA.
2. It is practical if you have knowledge about the available offer for similar products
at TripleClicks if there was any.
3. During the invitation of this ECA Partner you should acquaint the operation of our
TripleClicks store with your potential Partner. For this purpose would be useful a
small gift: one TC Gift Card for example, what your Partner can use with your help
based on your instructions.
4. During this tour you can collect useful information about their english knowledge.
5. During this demonstration you should navigate your Partner to the Department which

I suggest not to wait for your sponsor... It is your business, this depends on you mainly not on your sponsor. So, if your goal is to become successfull it is better to work instead of wait... What to do?

I suggest to use the great opportunity what SFI prepared for us at our web-office.
It is a great and free training course... we should just use that: read and learn...
again read and learn... important to understand: what is it and how is it work for us?
As I mentioned reading and learning are important but it is not enough. We have to apply the knowledge in our own practice... and be with patience...

And what to do if we have questions, we need support and we have a non-responsive sponsor?
1. DO NOT WAIT FOR YOUR SPONSOR!
2. ASK your co-sponsor!
3. Ask your Upline sponsors!
4. Ask your A2A Friends!

Honestly as I think behind your question mentioned here you can find an other question which is your real question: Whether is it worth to me to start with this work or not?

The main important thing whether you would like to find the right answer for this question or it is just a reason for you to start later or not to start... independently from the correct answer... Hope that if you find the correct answer you will start immediately... but this is your choice and decision...

My answer for your question is the following:

1. You are right, SFI started in 1998... which was already 16 years back...
2. If you would like to find the answer for your question you should visit the "Power Rank Leaderboard" for All Affiliates... which will show you the results of the collected VPs during the last 6 months.
3. You will find there the following facts:

3.1. Among the top 10 Affiliates you will find 5 Partners who started in 2013 only.
3.2. Among them you can find 2 affiliates who started in 2012.
3.3. Among them is one person who started in 2011.
3.4. There is 1 person who started in 2000.
3.5. There is 1 person who started in 1999.
3.6. These great persons collecting 60.000 - 120.000 VPs/month!

4. What does it mean?
There are 8 people among the top 10 who started 13 years or later after the SFI start...

1. The most important one: YOU HAVE TO DO IT REGULARLY! If you just planning continously it never will be effective...

2. You have to develop your strategy for ads... it is not should be perfect at the begining (you have to start as soon as possible when it is good enough!) but it has to be planned and followed otherwise your chance will be limited to improve it... Without plan and planned follow up you will be beginner in ads always...

3. There are a lot of different option in this great business... You have to try more & more options regarding your strategy... we are different so you will see in practice which is more effective for you...

4. Start to advertise today!

Everyone knows & accept that both are important... but... the question is: which one is more important and why?

Every situation and participants are different...

If you take a good first impression this will help you to manage your follow up. If your follow up would be good then your efforts will produce a fruitful cooperation. It is not a question...

But... if your follow up would be atrocious your chances will be reduced... it maybe you will have an other chance because of the good initial contact but you can realise it and keep the Partner next time with a good follow up only... if you can not improve your follow up sooner or later there will be no other chance... It seems to us the success depends on the quality of our follow up...

Can we say that the follow up more important? I do not think so... why? it is very simple: if you can not create a good initial contact with your Partner there will be no chance for you to apply your brilliant follow up...

OK. So, what is my answer for your question?

Let me ask a question firstly! Which one is more important: your left leg or your right one? What should be your right answer for this question?

There are different answers... there are different opportunities... different chances... but if the one of your legs will be not OK, you will limp always unfortunately...

First of all I joined to this business for something. It is was not a pure chance... since I was who accepted the invitation... of course it maybe I was curious only...

So, arrived here... what to do? Here at SFI there are a lot of information and without reading I have no chance to understand what is it and what about... so my first goal was that: to understand this business as good as I can... because I wanted to decide: to do or not to do? So, I started to COLLECT INFORMATION beside the VPs... You have to know: the information are more important than the VPs!!!

If you have correct information, you can make a correct decision.
If you made a correct decision, you can set up suitable goals.
If you set up suitable goals, you can focus your power to achieve them...
If you achieved them you will set up higher aims and you will strive to get to the top...

Very easy to understand: if I am working on a task alone this will take me definitly more time to finish this task compared to that situation if there are two, three, four, five or more of us to work on the same task. We will achieve the goal what we set earlier or we can set higher aims what we will achieve during the same period... The work in team is usually more efficient ( but of course it is depend on the team leader!) compared to the separated induviduals.
The new Partner can realize that he/she can go faster with your help since he/she can use your knowledge too... and this is what he/she should gave further to his/her new Partners. As I think it is clear for everybody: if somebody made a decision to join there is no reason to go slow if you have a chance to go faster with duplication...
