Hi Ben,
Facebook and other social media sites can be great platforms to interact with your downline and recruit new PSAs.
You could start by setting up a group page and inviting all of your PSAs and CSAs to join in and share their experiences. Forming a group will help to create the team spirit you need to get the members helping each other.
Another great tool that Facebook offers is the Fanpage. I have seen people set up fan pages and go out soliciting for likes without creating good content. This will not look good for any serious prospects out there. I suggest that you provide good content in your posts. Ask questions at the end of your post to get your audience to interact.
Try not to plaster SFI links all over the page. If you type SFI into Facebook, I bet you find dozens of pages full of referral links and Pricebender links. The trick is to build a relationship with your audience. After all this is a social media site. Find articles about making money or other small business related articles and post about it. Have a quote of the day (good content).
Fanpages have a section at the top for applications, likes, photos and videos. Use this section to place all your SFI and TripleClicks ads. This is a good way to get free advertising on Facebook and you will not be blocked for 'spammy content.' You can also create links back to your application box.
I hope you find this helpful and I look forward to seeing your name in the top performers sometime.

What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

Congratulations, Filip! This is a very good question.
I cannot stress enough how important this is. In my opinion, a strong team is a team that not only communicates with you but communicates with each other. When I started, I looked to the SFI stars to see how to build my team and I noticed one thing they had in common. They had a website, blog or even just a group chat set up on Skype. This is what gives the real feeling that you belong to a team. If you can set up a media that allows your team members to communicate with you and each other, they will gain a lot more knowledge and know-how from each other. Each team member is an individual and has something different to add to the team.
By providing your team with a platform to converse with each other, you are setting up a pool from which each member can contribute and extract invaluable knowledge, help, understanding and experience. Building your team in this way makes your team dynamic. A dynamic team is forever moving in new directions, growing both upwards and outwards.
So if you want to build a team with true team spirit, provide a platform from which they can drive each other. Each member of your team has his/her own unique personality which they can add to the teams dynamics to give "true Team Spirit"
Best wishes to you and your team!

I want to use an autoresponder on my website. What information do I need to provide to potential Affiliates in follow-up emails?

Thank you, Jelena!
I love this question because I am new to using autoresponders and will-no doubt-learn so much from the answers given.
From what I know about autoresponders, the number of follow-up pages differ from advisor to advisor. Some say there should be 5, some say 8 others say 10. What I will say on this is that the number of follow-up pages you decide to use should be determined by how much information you personally think you need to give before providing your links.
After introducing SFI to your reader, you may want to concentrate on showing them the power tools at their disposal when they join. You can use each follow-up email as a base to showcase one or two while keeping a common thread like the fact that you will always be at hand to support them and the powerful support mechanisms already set in place at the affiliate centre.
This is just one of many ways you can do your follow-ups. As I am answering your question, it is becoming clear to me just how powerful a tool the autoresponder is. Unlike the splash page, you have more time to explain how this business works for you. By presenting the reader with links later on, you're giving them the freedom to choose for themselves. I believe that the reader doesn't feel pushed into signing up this way and that they are better informed upon signing up therefore are more likely to give it a good shot(so to speak).
I hope I have been able to contribute something to the already excellent answers that have been submitted before me. I am looking forward to reading more answers on this topic.
I wish you much success with the autoresponder and look forward to seeing you at the top!

Hi Paul!
Although SFI has many great features and is a very trusted, long running organization, I believe it is more important to be proud of what you do here at SFI.
I am Proud...that I am logging in daily and learning a new business
I am Proud...that I am making the most of SFI's networking tools and am getting to know like-minded and successful individuals.
I am Proud...that I am persistent and that I do something each day towards achieving my goals here at SFI.
I am Proud...that I am part of one of the largest affiliate programs on the internet and that I am following the guidelines laid out by SFI's extensive training programs as a means to achieving financial freedom.
SFI & TripleClicks together with Pricebenders has all the tools you need to get started. You alone have the power to take it further and if you come up against any hindrances, you can feel safe with the knowledge that there are plenty of people here ready to help you (I am proud to know them too).
So I guess in answer to your question, I am proud to be a part of such a huge and helpful community all walking toward the same goal-Success
Be proud of your achievements and that of your friends...Be proud of the help you can give to others...Be proud of yourself!
Stay long and prosper!

One of the great things about this business, Mei-La is that you can do it in your own time. You are your own boss and you set your own daily routine.
Logging in daily and getting through your To Do list takes 10-20mins and you can set another 30 mins, hour or two hours to work on advertising, setting up blogs, Facebook pages or whatever you choose to do.
How long does it take to read one of the Launchpad lessons?
I think the main thing to tell them is that this is their business and they can set about learning it at their own pace. They don't need to be working on it for 8-10 hours a day to make a success of it. I started out by spending all my time on SFI but now am able to set aside just an hour or two on my advertising and answering any question my downline have.
The thing I like most about SFI & TripleClicks is that I can set aside the time I can spare and it is still working for me.
Wishing you success!

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

Hi Sue,
With enthusiasm and courtesy!
The fact that someone has asked you about SFI shows their interest. What you need toi do now is build on that. You may want to ask them where they heard about SFI and what was it that sparked their interest. Always include questions in your response; this builds a rapport and will equip you with knowledge about that person...all making it easier to get them on-board your team.
Try not to just recite the SFI intro or list all the things that SFI does. I personally feel that it is better to find out what my prospective sign ups are looking for. They may think that they don't know. In this case your job is to help them by finding out their life goals, career goals, whether or not they are living within their financial means.
Keep the conversation lively. Ask questions and answer them as best you can. Tell them a little about your own goals. Explain how you came across SFI and tell them what SFI is doing for you personally. Remember that every person is an individual and your response must differ to suit their individual needs. Finding common interests is a great way to keep the conversation alive. You can make references to your common interest when explaining how things work here.
To summarize:
Find out what their goals and expectations are then show them how SFI can help them to achieve their financial goals. Show them what SFI is doing for you and try to keep the conversation moving to and fro between you both.
I wish you success and hope I have been able to help in some way.

Hi Rebecca,
I want to write to my team every time I learn something that I think will help them but if I did this, it would be nearly everyday.
What I do is make a note in my notepad of important things to relay to my team then refer to it twice a week. The only time I break this rule is when there is something that is time sensitive and they need to know immediately.
Personally, I welcome all informative mail I get from my up-line but there are many people who do not appreciate this. What you could do is send out a survey and ask them how you are doing...ask them if they would like to hear from you more or less. I'm sure they will appreciate you asking them.
Hope this was helpful...wishing you success!

Hi Samuel!

50 Member Reward Points (MRP)
Weekly entry into the $250 Wave 3 Prize Draw
All they need to do to qualify is to take a photo of themselves with the decal fixed to your car.

What kinds of investments should a new affiliate plan on making to succeed in SFI?

Thank you for your question, Kay!
When starting out, SFI allows us to reach our first EA rank without any financial investment. Therefore...Time is the best investment you can make in your first month. Read all the training literature available then re-read it. Take time to properly digest all you have learned and if you're uncertain of anything...ask your sponsor, up-line or go to the forum.
Maintaining your EA rank is essential to benefit from all that SFI and TripleClicks has to offer. So your first financial investment should be placing a standing order that comes with 1500 VersaPoints. The IAHBE would be the best option to any newcomers because it is full of helpful tips and advice regarding home business enterprise.
With these two vital investments in place, you can concentrate on building your down-line, recruiting new ECAs, opening your own TripleClicks store or all three.
As your down-line starts to grow, the greatest investment you can make will be to invest in them. Investing in each of your active team members by taking an interest in their progress is the most rewarding for me.
This is just my personal experience but I hope you can draw something from it.
Invest wisely!

Hello Michael,
Be the best that you can. Use the resources provided and be the sponsor you never had!
You've already made a huge step toward answering your question by coming here. You will get a wealth of information contained herein; now all you need to do is sift through the answers and act on those you feel best suit you or you may decide that you have found your own.
It has already been said but I will say it again: SFI has provided us with a wealth of resources we can implement daily; the sponsor is just one of those many resources. By being the best sponsor you can be, you will be creating an awesome team from which you will earn an income from. The better the team, the greater the rewards. It also follows that the better the sponsor, the better the quality of your team.
Learn from SFI's many training resources then teach what you know to your down-line. Be the sponsor you never had. It is your sponsor's loss that he/she is not fulfilling their role as a sponsor. Maybe they're no longer active; if this is the case then you will soon be given a new sponsor.
How is your co-sponsor?
Don't forget that your co-sponsor is equally important and may give you a lot more support than your sponsor ever could (another one of the many resources provided by this well thought out company).
Learn from the many resources and train your down-line to do the same. Teach them all the things you've learned along the way and you will see how rewarding it can be to be an awesome sponsor. It is a shame that you don't have an awesome sponsor but remember that the sponsor is just one of the many free resources. This company is like an army of sponsors. Use the forum, Ask SC and the training pages to succeed and become an awesome sponsor yourself.
Happy New Year to you, my friend! Please contact me if I can help in any way(my identity will be revealed when voting closes).
