Too much of any thing is not recommended but at time you have to break this rule. Here the target audience decides when and how much is too much.

1. There will be people in your downline who are self motivated and work oriented, who only need your welcome speech and a few "Getting Started" tips and then you need not to worry about them. Just a weekly contact or a stream message is more than enough. If they need your help they will contact you themselves.

2. Then there

“It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It's what we do consistently.”
? Anthony Robbins

Getting started is mostly easy and interesting. The actual test of skills and capabilities is when we continue to retain our status once achieved.

Yes if we follow the SFI instructions and getting started tips carefully and move in proper direction we can acquire the EA status with in a week of signing in. Some even got it in 24 hours. But to retain this rank

From my two months affiliations with SFI this is what I have learnt and will always recommend to all affiliates.

If an affiliate is aiming at a big success in SFI he/she will have to follow a few simple rules and these rules are:

1. Visiting SFI every day. This rule, you will see on top of every list of getting started tips. Whether it comes from your sponsor, an A2A friend, in the Forum discussions or from SFI itself. You can see the grey button in the header of your home page

Supporting your downline does not necessarily be financial support.
Support can be extended in many ways.

Here are some ways that I am using.

1. First of all I make sure I am available to them when they need guidance.
Just by being there for them can be of great help.
2. The trust that they are talking to a real person is very important.
3. Present myself as a team member and not a leader.
4. I may not have the answers to all their queries but I

First thing to be kept in mind is that Standing order is not
compulsory and not the prerequisite for your success in SFI. By saying
so I am not negating its importance but to succeed in SFI there are
options other then Standing order working for most of us. For what I
have learnt is that standing order is a supporting tool to help us work
comfortably with out having to worry about loosing of the EA status.

Secondly I will also request you and all my fellow affiliates

The first and most important thing is that when you start talking about SFI business and when you are asked to give a comparison you should have enough knowledge about SFI and that you know what you are saying. By this you will be ready for the cross questioning.

Start your conversation like this:

a) Both the business have some basic requirements - both needs hard work, dedication and time to establish its foundations.

b) Both will need investment from you.

c)

I think if you tell them how exactly you have joined SFI and what benefits you are getting from it you will be able to make an impact.

Tell them the truth.

They should know it is free but at the same time tell them what are the requirements. Make it very clear to them that it is not some quick rich program and the money will not start falling into there lap with just signing in. They have to work real hard. Also tell them that like any other venture SFI business will take

"Leader is a person who rules or guides or inspires others".
I believe leadership and success are two entities. One can be a leader but whether he is successful or not is determined through many things. His knowledge, his attitude, his conduct and most of all his desire to be a successful leader.

There are many qualities that make a leader successful.
A few that applies to SFI, I will like to mention:
1. Mission: Leaders should know what their mission is?

"Respect your fellow human being, treat them fairly, disagree with them honestly, enjoy their friendship, explore your thoughts about one another candidly, work together for a common goal and help one another achieve it. ~Bill Bradley"

For me the reason for any relationship's survival is the trust. Whether the relation is personal, friendship or professional.

It is this trust that actual will lead a group of individuals from all over the world to make a team and

The first thing is to understand that SFI is not a pass time activity. Rather it deserve to be treated seriously if we want to succeed.

It is like any other business venture. It needs our time, our brain and our heart. If some one opens a grocery shop, he or she needs to be there every day, invest money by filling the shelves with the items for sale, use ideas to advertise it in the community. Same is the situation here. An affiliate who signs up for SFI makes a commitment that he/she
