First, you have to ensure that you qualify as an EA2 each month. This will qualify you to have CSA's allotted to you each month. Also, you need to work on referring as many as you can into SFI(PSA).As you do this, you are building a team. Then ensure that you always motivate your team, sending them messages to encourage them from time to time. You have thus become a team leader
What are the easiest ways to become an EA (Executive Affiliate) every month?

Its simple! Just have a standing order that will generate 1200 versa points for your every month. That will leave with 300 versa points to cover for the month. You can get that by performing your daily tasks diligently and consistently. Ensure that you do it every day. You will get the balance of 300 versa points and you are home and dry
