As I have experienced for he last three years that you can send e-mails to the aspiring candidates in the "Movers " tab and others in your "Genealogy" it is rare that you get a reply if not you promise to you provide them with financial support with conditions to be met with.This is because the newbies consider SFI as a "Quick Rich" programme and do not want to read. As SFI says " Readers are the leaders"

As I feel about working hard as a description which do not have a domain but to help you as to to do hard work guides you towards a domain from which you can understand the results you have achieved, this also helps you to understand whether your time and effort is fruitful if not then you can refurbish your way to succeed. SMART essentially stand for --- Specific,Measurable,Achievable, Reachable, Time bound.Hope this clears the doubt.

This is really a remarkable question and I have been going through the answers written by the team leaders. I appreciate their efforts, but one thing that rolls my my mind that if you go local and that is good for instant communication purposes but if you go global along with the locals you stand to benefit yourself as the universe provides you to earn even when you sleep. While your country is enjoying a good night sleep the other part of the universe is alive on the computer in order to help you to earn while you are asleep.

I am perhaps a little bit curious about the question as I am with SFI for more than to years and never aspired to be a team leader without an effective down line, so the much to my understanding SFI does not demote anyone but it stands out to be the choice of the affiliates personal goal as to where they want to be as this happens to be his/her own business. SFI encourages everyone to promote and not demote.This is my understanding about SFI.

There are literally hundreds of things you should be doing besides the To Do List actions.
* Train yourself and share it with your down line members.
* Recruiting Affiliates so that you can share your knowledge about earning through SFI.
* Promote TC products in your country in order to earn commission.
* Sponsoring as a part to keep your team motivated.
* Being active in the SFI community in order to keep yourself updated with "SFI News".

This is really an interesting question but the answer is lying in the nature which can never be questioned. This applies to our own body also or for that matter include everything that we see all around us. Anything that we see is a body or mater.
If you analyze the structure and break it down to the tiniest part it will be an atom for example think of an ocean which is huge to look at but if you get down to the tiniest part it is a drop of water to understand. The mighty ocean consists of drops of water.So one drop of water is important to form an ocean or an water body. So it is important to earn one VP which through accumulation shall definitely grow bigger into hundreds and thousands making you successful in earning through.

Hi,
What is leadership if you do not have PSAs and CSAs?So the requirement is to have your trusted down lines. You can not fight a war alone you have to have your followers.Look for your followers in order to achieve your goals in SFI. It is not simple said than done but that is the ultimate. That is the one and "Only Thing" that promotes you to success.

Well I hope this is the question with all the leaders/ and the affiliates who are in to the SFI business. I am from India and see in the "growth tab" that maximum joining is from India and find minimum number of leaders. However you can only ask your down line to be with SFI and learn about the marketing aspect of SFI. If they do not have money they can can remain with SFI as AFF but it is important to check their VP ledger to check whether they are regular to log in and complete their "To Do" list on a regular basis. If you watch some one in your down line struggling hard but yet to reach 1500 VP you can pay off if your wallet permits them to pay $through transfer of T currency or Tcredits. I get sufficient financial support from my Co Sponsor.
