As I am close of creating a newsletter, I must share with you thing which I include for now in my TeamMails for my PSA's and CSA's.

Things which are most important are:

1. Daily tasks

Without daily tasks, your affilates may lose the tail. Completing daily tasks is something that makes us doing daily routines and makes a habbit of doing a job.
Daily tasks are kindda easy you must agree. Explain it to them, so it becomes an easy job for them too.

2. Motivation

Tell them in short which are the most important things which they can achieve here. By convincing them they are in the right track, and leading them by YOUR example is most important. Seeing YOUR success will make them work hard to make THEM be successuful.

3. Duplication

Without duplication getting to the goal is harder. As you have found 5-6 great workers beneath you is what they have to achieve. Opposite to what I've said earlier, THEIR success lead to YOUR success. Which in general makes a TEAM work and function great.

My opinion is that every type of product has it's good.
The more expensive one have bigger commissions, which to us means more profit. Though, more expensive products are harder to sell, but you know the one "every product has it's buyer". Therefore we are here to advertise these products and do are best to find a proper customer.

Less expensive products have a bigger chance to get bought by a customer. But - commissions are lower, so we need to sell more of these type of products.

My tactic is to mix, with advertising few of more expensive and a lot of cheaper products which can attract a wider range of customer.

Good luck with advertising TripleClicks product. Remember, act like TripleClicks is your own store!

I love to contact them regulary, on a weekly basis. In a way of a TeamMail or a newsletter with an E-Mail with some guidlines which they can do.

Upon getting a new PSA, I usually send a welcome message in which I explain how they can become an FastTrack and get 200 extra points which can be great for new affiliates. When they do the basic tasks, collect 500 points and catch those extra 200 points, I continue to give them guides how to suceed in E365 program and get many benefites like CSA's, VP's and so.

Guiding your PSA's and CSA's in early stage of them becoming SFI affiliates is important and in these early stages you can clearly see which of them will continue to work and progress in SFI.

Only thing that we can do is to try do do our best with weekly newsletters and Team Mails, try to get them involved (again) in SFI. Mostly, mails for inactive affiliates are the same with exception to these who have been really active before, reached some status, so there I try to be more persuasive as they have some more knowledge of SFI and the things they've already done and completed.

My own tactic is that I don't want to loose more time than one more month if a reply isn't received. I have more PSA's and CSA's who want to participate actively in their way of building their job. Maybe they are involved in another program, or SFI just didn't do the click for them. There is many others we can got involved more and that has to be our focus.

The main is to try to explain them the benefits of Wave3 program.

Giving them an info that becoming WAVE3 member is easy and gets you many benefits like 5 free T-Credits with which can they bid at TripleClicks and also win some great stuff.

Letting them to know that they will also get 50 MRP's every month, and that they could win some extra T-Credits and MRP's or even $250 in weekly cash drawings if they refer others to also join WAVE3 program.

You can never expect that someone will lead you "all the way". If your direct sponsor is inactive, I am sure that someone in your upline is there to help you. Contact those and you will for sure find a unmesurable support and help.

Though, sponsor is THE one which can help you the most, never loose the faith if he/she's not there for you. Turn that into something positive. It can be even more motivating if you by yourself investigate and learn even more to get into business practically independent. That is something that is really WORTH in the future.

I try to explain them that SFI is not over night quick money job.

Rather i tell them that it is a job in which from time, with investment and sacrifice, you can achieve even more than with a daily real life job that we do.

Being persisten and trustworthy is something that is needed from you, not only for your achievement, but because of the new prospects, potentially new and great affiliates, you try to involve in SFI. Being a great example makes a great trust for them too.

One of the best ways is to motivate them after their success of a part of the success in a way of finished tasks, achieving or confirming their statuses, etc...

You can motivate them by sending them TCredits, which they can use in the auctions or PTP (Pick The Price) game which in the same time can be fun and you can win up to 100 FREE TCredits. Which after all is a motivation to themselves to bid more, and be more active on TripleClicks.

Don't forget the Gift cards too and the T-Time - an hourly based game where you can win extra 2 TCredits.

All that, FREE TC's and stuff can and is a great motivation for the affiliates to activate on TripleClicks.

This is a rather good question.
Engaging affiliates is something really important here, following their work and contacting them regularly. From my experience, or better said from things I've done here, creating a proper communication and trust relationship, on a regular daily or weekly basis, is highly important.

When I say on a daily basis, this isn't something that you have to do and "spam" your affiliates. Giving them a quick info on how they progress and correcting them if they are wrong, is something that you should do weekly with sending a Team Mail. Adding them on Facebook is also a great thing, getting to know them better, ask how they are and what they have and will done of their lives. This all makes a nice trust relationship between you and your affiliates. Don't bother them too much with your own success, instead of that, tell them how THEY can be successful here.

Also, rewarding them with some T-Credits upon achieving success is also a great idea and motivation for them to keep it up. Getting familiar with their success is important and encouraging them to go even further is also something that can make your affiliates not to give up on SFI.

I think that making a great advertising plan is what makes the difference. It's not what goes best to the others, it's what goes best to you. Finding a best solution and a way to advertise your business is the most important. That's the way to get new affiliates. After that, creating a nice communication and lead by example to your affiliates is next big thing that makes a difference. Find something that suites you the best, to advertise SFI and TripleClicks, and make your path to the success.
