The new policy of SFI viz. TW (TCredits Welcome) or CW (Cash Welcome) both are same you can say two sides of a coin. You can adopt any one with your new affiliates. Which one you adopt is does not matter, only thing is how you guide them.

You adopt any one as a welcome gift and then trained them how to work with SFI and the benefits of SFI and the different income sources in SFI.

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

I think you may advise your ECA to sale as much as digital products, because digital products have no shipping problem.

Tell them to keep prices within $1 to $5 as this is a affordable range for any one.

Digital products should be Internet base business related. People are mainly searching for advertising scope for duplication.

Good question. It is a game of luck and experience. First you see the previous winners points. It is around 3300 minimum.

You go with as per the higher and lower value. If you are reaching around 2400 points you can go for pass(only 3 times in a game), if you are confused.

Good question. First of all you have to explain clearly the theme of SFI. What type of business is SFI. It's like any other business where you have to start with some items and increase it step by step. First your income will be very less and day by day it increases.

In SFI also you have to start as an AFF then EA2 then BTL onward. You need duplication to earn. Start duplication with 1 or 2 PSA. Then every month you increase your PSA. SFI will give you income from Gen by Gen.

Good question. First you give a brief idea about SFI. Tell how SFI works. Show the history of SFI. Show your track with SFI and your income trend. How much you have invested and how much you get return from SFI. I hope after knowing these a man will seriously think about SFI who is already doing other networking business.

Very good and practical question. Face to face enrollment of PSA is the best method I think.

Community center, get together, friends in the club, Office lunch time gossip, etc. are the best place to enroll PSA. You can easily guide and train them. Even you can take the chance of family function also.

Always take the chance of face to face contact any where to recruit PSA.

Good question. It's the integral part of this business. First of all you show the benefits of Triple Click to your affiliates.
1. To earn you have to invest as little as per your requirement in Triple Clicks.

Good question. First you give your introduction as sponsor. Give him the basic idea about SFI. Tell him how to work with SFI and how it works. Don't give him any wrong idea. Tell him how income generate. Give him idea how to enroll new PSA.

Good question. Duplication is the main way to success in SFI. For duplication you set standing order for S-builder Co-op. You take part in the auction for PSA. Use paid advertising sites for getting your downline member. You can directly buy pack of PSA also. Active PSA only give you income. You have to train your PSAs.
