Not an easy task, to be sure.
-Check your active affiliates progress every day, on the Movers Page. Take advantage of every opportunity to recognize their progress and achievements.
-Mention or complement a recent contribution in the Forum.
-Review their General Ledger, look for actions they may have overlooked or missed.
-Offer special rewards to encourage next level of achievement.
-Direct to specific information, you think your affiliate should be aware of.
-Leave a message of support or encouragement.
Make these your practice and you will be engaging your affiliates in right way.

How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?

This is a very regular question and I believe has been many times before. Still, as you have asked again, here is how I explain SFI to my prospect.
There are many ways you could describe the SFI program.
Keeping your introductory remarks brief, sometime work to a better advantage.
Invite your prospect to sign up and read for themselves and be available,
at any time, for questions and explanations.
This will encourage communication and build trust.
Most of us need time to think things over.
Then finally reaffirm that it's free to join and that you can start building yourself a second or replacement income starting in just a few hours a day with simple actions and copy and paste ads that are already approved for us to use or as he/she becomes a team leader they can submit their own ad for approval.
That's about as simple as it gets!
I hope this has been of help to you and all of SFI

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?

It is good to surround yourself with all levels of good people to have a rapport with.
My best advise is to be yourself and be honest when communicating with your A2A friends.
I enjoy my friendships and look forward to recognizing their contributions and successes, as I learn about them.
Well, first, you must ASK for positive support and be very specific about what you want support for and assistance with. Keep it simple. And if you want to get "support and assistance" say something complimentary about your potential advisor.

Besides giving to some family and friends, I had gone to the Wal-Mart Shopping Center and I would approach customers coming out of the stores and just say, "Hello, could I please give you a Free Gift Card?", some say "Yes, Sure" and very few will say "No thanks", (Don't let this bother you, it is ok because some people are just not interested), some will ask, " What is this for?", then I will give a brief rundown about the gift card and it's uses.
I go to Wal-Mart Shopping Center because there are many other stores, so I just start at one end of the shopping center and walk my way all around to the other side, then all of my cards are given out before I walk back to my truck. It only takes about an half an hour or so.
Just last month, for the first time, I had sent some in with my bills.
You could go to Flea Markets, Fairs, any type of out door events because with it being summertime, people are everywhere, and sort of happy about being outside and just doing their thing.
Just put a Smile on your face, and be friendly and just ask, "Can I please give you a Free Gift Card?" or something in those sort of words.
Good Luck! You can Do this!!

This means that you are working hard at trying to build up your business.
Everyone has given you great advice and please take note to what they are letting you know.
Christian, you are going to end up with HUNDREDS of Affiliates, maybe even THOUSANDS of Affiliates in your downline that will be in-active.
This business is a Numbers Game, and the best thing for you to do is, Not to Focus on the in-active ones.
Continue to keep sending your weekly mails, and who knows maybe one day they might spring into action and you will be ready to help assist them.
Focus more on continuing to move forward and keep building up your team.
It might take you months before you even get one active team member, and that is ok
Because while you continue to read and learn the many different Marketing and Advertising techinques, you will also be building up your team. Even if it is only getting 2 CSAs a month for earning your way to EA status.
Continue advertising and advertising and advertising and before you know it, you will find your "Fishing Hole" full of some new PSAs.
And you will be all ready to start sharing with them everything that you have learned to help them grow their business and then you will be growing your business.

Hi,
We are all facing the same problem that PSA / CSA are not active although we have tons of affiliate. They are login first day then disappear . It is not possible to contact them through SFI tools.
In my view try to set on your goals that everyday you contact through email at least 5 to 10 inactive affiliate. Just simple welcome letter to re-enter SFI. By this way I active every month 5 to 6 affiliate in my group although they are join before six month.
Be positive,make affiliate active.
And
What will you do if you learn where to buy SFI-PSA's that Source gets reportedly at least 2% upgrades (instead of just clicking or just responding to your emails)?

If you can recruit 5 PSAs who become EA2 every month, there is no cost to you. The commission that you earn from their Standing Order will cover the cost of your Standing Order .
It is that simple.
If you can recruit just 5 PSAs per month & they recruit 5 PSAs each then just see your commission in 6 months time
Month EA2 Total EAs Total VP Monthly Income
1st 5: 5x1500 = 7500 $3.75
2nd 25: 30x1500 = 45000 $22.50
3rd 125: 155x1500 = 232500 $116.25
4th 625: 780x1500 = 1170000 $585.00
5th 3125: 3905x1500 = 5857500 $2,928.75

No friend you can not transfer VPs to your downline either. The ways you can help your downline is:
1. Transfer of TCredits.
2. RE-assignment of affiliates
3. send them Gift certificate.
4. and last but most important guidance. Guide them properly. Keep a check on their activities and tell them what they have done and what they can do more.
