First and foremost it all depends on one's level of interest, level of motivation and the intensity of achieving their life's goals. The above factors contribute toward success of any business. That is a very good question. The right one too. There is a vast worldwide population to cater to with the E commerce biz. There are two types of e-commerce markets out there:
1. Consumer Market or retail market
2. Industrial Market or bulk sourcing market.

Any business with divergent and vast product base can do well.

As SFI is based on affiliate marketing system; it is therefore more prudent to concentrate on Consumer based market worldwide.

I recommend businesses which cater to the basic and divergent needs of common people. Basically people come on the net to buy when they exhaust their search for the item they were physically looking for in their area. Businesses which cater to common needs of people do very well. Let me list a few: 1.Gizmos 2.Mobiles 3.Electronics 4. Fancy Gift items 5.Home Decor 6.Apparels 7.Leather Accessories and many more or any Innovative product which can catch the fancy of the customers.

The Consumer based businesses are the best to persist with.

Affiliates are of two types: (1)Serious (2) Non-Serious

(1) The Serious Type are those who are motivated and know what they are doing. These Affiliates take the responsibility and earning opportunities very seriously. They are Entrepreneurs in the making. Again there are two segments in this type too (a) & (b).

(a) Confidant and on their own. They know their direction and they don't feel the need to take help from anyone. They simply learn and follow the rule book. They keep pecking continuously.
(b) These are the people they are in a hurry, they want to do everything at the same time. They learn and want to be on fast track. They are the one's who seek out ideas, suggestions and fast paced methods.

**(1)b: This type are those who can be communicated, they too respond. YOU CAN KEEP THIS TYPE ENGAGED AND CONVERSING ALL THE TIME. THEY ARE TEAM BUILDERS. THEY HELP AND TAKE HELP. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TO BE NURTURED, DEVELOPED AND NEEDED BY EVERY LEADER.

(2) This type are casual, they try things and leave at the first instance of difficulty. They are lazy and routine. They are not motivated and they can't be entrepreneurs. Any amount of goading won't help. They are simply not motivated. 90% of the people are like that. JUST DROP THE IDEA OF FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM.

I. Many people are not habituated to reading & learning. SFI needs learning and duplication. Hence their difficulty in continuing as AFFILIATES.

II. Many people don't have basic requirement of Computer & Internet Connection at home to pursue regularly. These are the people who access net from Internet Public Centers and they are not regular. These register at SFI and are irregular. They forget.

The above two I&II types are difficult to be communicated.

Motivate your affiliates about SFI Business!!!

1. It’s very simple, in any kind of start up businesses, you have to invest first to start the business, then you have to wait for some time for the profits to come which is called gestation period, then when this gestation period ends which is known as break-even point, your profits start coming in, first in small figures, gradually it increases over period of time and finally gives the income you have dreamt of.

2. You have to keep in mind that without investment there is no return. There is no rule like something for nothing. Hence, you have to invest in SFI initially to build your VPs in the beginning and stay in contention for qualification for “Executive Affiliate” level and keep working to build your down line while SFI also helps you upon your qualification as “EA”.

3.
