1) Sponsoring – building a team of active members will ensure you will have a strong team. To achieve this, so many marketing methods could be applied. Internally, S-Builder, PSA-To-Go, Bid & Build are the main few that you can invest on, in order to increase your team of PSAs.

2) Duplication - once sponsoring is in place by way of Standing Order for e.g SBuilder , open widely your line of communication as you need to train, guide and ensure your downlines are following and doing all required actions to be on top of their business. Lead by example is the motto and SFI has provided so many ways to reach out to our team members. Stream, PSA/CSA or Team Mail messages can be used to convey your instruction, assistance or any different kind of support to ensure team members are aware of any new developments within SFI andTripClicks. Personal e-mail for one to one coaching with personal attention.

3) Sales - The big portion of income is here at TripleClicks. Investing your time and money in this area would give you the exposure to the world outside SFI. Marketing and robust advertising in kind of website,blogs, traffic exchange, social media advertisement, on/offline advertisement in kind of flyers etc will ensure traffic to your site. Pay attention to the needs of your customers by segments. Certain group of people will need and look for certain type of suitable products. What's the best way to build a profitable SFI business using S-Builder Co-op?

It’s too soon to tell if you will make profit by just subscribing to S-Builder Co-op. This is simply because there is no guarantee that the affiliates you pay for will all turn out to be active team members. My experience is that out of the thousands of affiliates who join SFI every day, only one or two may become active.

The main reason for anyone to join this co-op is that it leverage the budget that we have and be in places that otherwise we would not be able to afford.

The quality of the numbers matters a lot. The co-op will always give you the numbers and you must pay for it depending on your budget. There is no guarantee that the new SIGN-UPS will turn into active members. This is what one should know. And this is why one has to support the new team members. With good follow-up and support, some can eventually turn into active members.

Additionally, many people are skeptical about ONLINE BUSINESS . This is why it's always important to build your online credibility and believability. This is done through building a firm foundation and online presence like having a website/blog, joining social media networks like Facebook, etc... As you recruit new people, they should be able to believe in what you tell them. Using your online presence can help to make them believe in you and to finally become active members.

Advertising being part of your whole marketing strategy has an impact on how you run it.
Your method of advertising could bring you tons of success and could also pull you down to the ground, if wrong strategies were applied. I would suggest the following being checked before you proceed with placing of your advertisement to minimize the negative impacts.

These are the very basics few:

1. Check & re-check & revise your message - beginning stage before you place your advertisement, think about the negative feedbacks you will receive from your potential contacts/customers. Revise to minimize the impact if you think what you are presenting will give a room for attacks or negative feedback, thus deprive you from getting a good result for your advertisement.

2. Do not misrepresents – Misrepresenting is a huge mistake. Tell the truth about what SFI and TripleClicks is. 1) S-Builder Co-op

1.1 Necessary for building your group of PSAs consistently, over period of time. S-Builder Co-op is good for those who cannot afford time to market and advertise for new sign-ups. Bear in mind that, you are pooling advertising resources and pay much lesser than normal ad if you were to run it individually on your own. SFI will do all the necessary for you in terms of advertising worldwide.

1.2 ROI is uncertain. No specific return on your investment. No guarantee on active sign-ups from S-Builder Co-op and no specific numbers of sign-ups could be promised. Another words, if you can’t afford to waste your money for this, than S-Builder is not for you.

2) T-Credits
TCredits is like a currency in SFI. You can use it to:

• Set up as your Standing Order – will ensure that you qualify as EA2 every month without having to worry about getting your 1500 VPs. Assuming you are talking about team building as a whole, here’s my few point relevant to our SFI business. But let me just say this, with a good team building skills, you can unite your team members around a common goal and generate greater productivity as an ongoing process helps your group evolve into a cohesive unit.

To inculcate a good working culture within a team, everyone in your team is expected to nurture a culture of sharing. Not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks, but trust and support one another, respect one another’s individual differences too.

Among the key factors to achieve what you are asking for with this question would be:

1) Have a good communication with your team members via Stream, Weekly Mails, Personal
E-mails etc, and dispersing relevant and up-to-date information to all your team members.
By doing so, you are sharing all your knowledge acquired throughout your time with SFI.
Good communication with all in your group will spur and motivate them to achieve goals,
creates a climate of cooperation and collaborative problem solving (if there is any).
2) Engagement with all members will create higher levels of trust, loyalty & support.
3) Involvement with trust & respect will enable diverse Affiliates working well together.

To achieve the above, you must:
1) Consider each members’ ideas as valuable - remember that there is no such thing as a
stupid idea.
2) Be clear when communicating – be clear to clarify directives/goals
3) Encourage trust, respect and cooperation among Affiliates in your team – as important as
those you establish with them.
4) Encourage your team members to share information – emphasize the importance of each
team member’s contribution and demonstrate how all of their works operate together to
move the entire team closer to your team’s goal.
5) Be aware of your team members’ unspoken feeling – you must set an example to your team
members by being open and sensitive to their mood and feelings.

In summary, communication is the single most important factor in successful teamwork. Facilitating communication does not mean holding meeting all the time. Instead it means setting an example by remaining open to suggestions and concerns, by asking questions and offering help and by doing anything you can to avoid confusion in your own communication.
